He went to my house and checked my car in was some thing wrong with my radiator fan so it had to be made direct in order for the fan on the car to work well the work wasn t done . So I called and got a negative response . I had txt no response ,and no answer in calls so I asked for his google review and he got upset and txted me a negative response with these txted messages I m about to post as well I will not recommend him cuz with business it s supposed to be professional no personal relationship should have been Involving with Business..

They came to my aid in the storm! I was pretty sure it was a minor repair, and I didn't want to pay for towing and a mechanic. They showed up quickly, and was a pretty reasonable price. Would recommend!

I stopped to give a young Hispanic man new to Longview a jump. His starter was shot so tried to remove it himself. He never did that before so I was coaching him. The guy got frustrated so I called X due to his excellent reviews. He showed up 15 minutes later and had a new starter installed 40 minutes later. The young man was extremely happy and made arrangements to have X repair his horn the next day so the car would pass state inspection. I've done my own mechanic work for 55 years and was impressed at how safe and efficient Xavier worked.

X was Awesome!! I called him this morning and he came right on nd found nd fixed the issue that was going on with my sister car. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing and an excellent communicator! But most of all he was affordable! If I could give him 10 stars, I definitely would! I highly recommend Gonzales Mobile Mechanic!! And he is definitely my go to mechanic now!!

X did an incredible job. He was busy in the afternoon and I started a job myself that I could not finish. I didn t have the tools that I needed and my truck was on jacks so I couldn t go anywhere. He told me he was going to try and finish the job he was on so he could help me.He came and finished in 2 hours tops. Saved the day for me. I needed to tow the following day and he helped me finish my brakes. Very affordable. Very kind. And he did a great job!Service: Brakes

My car wouldn t start on Boxing Day and I called for assistance several mobile mechanics. Mr Gonzales quoted me the most reasonable price and showed up within 20 minutes and resolved the issue. I am very grateful and will continue to use his services for all of my car issues in the future. Battery was dead in my Lincoln MKX. Called and he came quickly, checked to make sure it was the battery. Went and purchased a battery, installed it and had my car running. Very nice man, knew what he was doing and the charge was reasonable. Will use him again.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Misdiagnosed the breakdown. Told us that's a problem with a fuel pump, but fuel pump was okay and that was a wiring issue. Promised to be back next day, but blocked my number and the number of my driver that was sitting in the broken van. Had to hire a different mobile mechanic that fixed the wiring issue. Don't call this guy if you don't want to buy an expensive part for no reason.

Lacked communication. Never gave me an estimated time of arrival. After the initial call they wouldn t pick up the phone. Waited over 5 hrs for them and eventually called a tow truck.
