Tony was super helpful to us as we were traveling through town and needed a diagnostic scan on an error code on our 2022 Audi Q5. He stopped what he was doing and helped us on the spot so we could get back to our hometown. Very kind and compassionate. Send him your business if you drive a German car.

Replaced battery in my BMW X5. The battery is hard to access and then it has to be programmed to the vehicle. Mr Tony s fee was much less than expected and my husband and I were surprised and grateful. Very kind and professional. We will DEFINITELY use him in the future.Service: BatteryService: Battery

I am a new owner of a BMW with 100,000+ miles. Tony has done a great job getting it to run like it should. He explains what he is going to do and the reasons it needs doing. He does not pad the work with un-needed extras, charges very reasonable rates and completes the job when promised. I highly recommend Tony and German Precision Sales and Service.

My first experience with these guys was a repair that was going to be 4 grand at the BMW dealership. I took my car to Tony and spent $1,600 for the same job.We've taken our Mercedes and BMW to German Precision and they only do the work necessary and charge a fair price.At this point we don't ask what's wrong or look elsewhere because we know they're doing the right thing for a good price. If not for this place I'd probably just buy a Ford so I could get it serviced in Longview. Great place.

Tony was very polite and kind. He answered all of my text messages, even though he was quite busy. The most important thing was he had my car ready several days before he said it would be ready...... and he had four cars in front of my own! The price was fair, and the service was quality, and quick.

I highly recommend German Precision in Longview. Tony was able to quickly determine the problem with my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman and repaired it next day at a very reasonable price. My experience at German Precision was much better than at service departments at dealerships much faster and much cheaper. My car is running great now and only had to be in the shop overnight. If you have a German vehicle, this is the place for service. Thank you, Tony.

I was charged $550 for a German audi replacement part. Now I am at the dealership to have my car fixed again. Come to find out he doesn t use German Audi parts. They are after market parts that don t fit properly and ruin your car. I will bring your crankcase back to you, Tony. Be aware using this place!!!!!!

Fast and excellent service! While traveling through Texas my car broke down on I-20. Kept the shop open to accept my car that evening. Order parts overnight and repaired the problem by noon the next day. Very honest, displayed high integrity repaired only what was necessary. Excellent performance and very reasonable shop rates!

Tony was selling an bmw x1. I asked for an out the door price and we ended up settling on a price. After I got a ride to get there and we sat down for the paperwork he said: just take this paperwork to courthouse and say that you repaired it and pay the fee.So now I have to lie and pay more money? Come on now... thanks alot for wasting my time...

I went there to get my radiator fix for my bmw 328i and he provided with excellent service and had my car ready quicker than he said. Never try the cheapest things he knows German cars to give you the best deal and repairs it like if it was brand new.
