These folks are professional and courteous. Helped my wife schedule drop off, and even walked her through some of the insurance and rental car processes. They did quality work. And kept us informed on progress. Very transparent, and very informative. I recommend. 10/10.

Best place within anywhere to take your vehicle, and know that it is in good hands. These people know exactly what they are doing. They told me their number one goal was to get me back on the road in a timely manner, and that's just what they did. Thank God Cadillac didn't take my truck, they would've storaged my truck for 3 months with jobs being backed up. Took my truck in February 27th, got it back on my birthday April 7th. My truck looked so beautiful, with no problems what so ever!

This shop does wonders. I m amazed how the car came out. I had them put an aftermarket bumper, a new headlight and paint match the new bumper and it came out beautifully. Had a Dodge Ram 3500 they got hit in the side my a dear coming out of the woods. Took it to One stop automotive. Their staff was friendly and got me the information that I needed for my insurance claim. Once I got the claim number to them they were able to schedule me in to start on my truck. Took about 4 days to repair the bed side that was damaged. They did a awesome job on the repair and clean the inside and out of my truck.Definitely will use them again.

Recently had my car repaired with One Stop Automotive. Upon me picking my vehicle up I was thoroughly impressed with the work that was done. My car looked brand new. The staff and friendly service was what one would come to expect here in east Texas. They conducted the business with the utmost integrity! I will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience. My bumper looks better than it did before my accident and they even vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car! What's even better is out of the 3 estimates I received they were the most affordable. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I've herd the horror stories of shops in Longview through friends and family alike but one stop automotive is not like the other shops in Longview. All the staff were extremely nice, helpful, and professional. They kept me updated throughout the repair process by phone and a website that breaks down cost and estimates pickup date. I can't recommend them enough and will be returning if I ever need bodywork done again.

Please come to this place!!! They will work with you and quickly resolve your issue!!! I wish I could give it ten stars :)!! I'm all the way from South Carolina and moving to Texas, I was completely terrified about having a new auto shop to go to, but this place made me feel right at home!! God bless this company in Jesus Christ Holy Name!!

I took my 8 year old car in to One Stop With bumps, scratches, cracked window, old headlights, falling front bumper and a big dent on one of my doors that someone hit with their car. When I pulled up and saw my car. It looked like a fresh new baby coming off the car lot. Just with no car note. Lol. I was totally impressed! I most definitely will take any future problems to One stop !!

Pretty slow to get my car back. He didn't call me once it was fixed. I had to keep calling before I was told my car was taken to a second location.

They charged for oem parts to Allstate for my vehicle and they used the cheapest ones, once it was ready, they told me that I had to buy a new battery because it was dead, when I got home I heard a noise , I went back and they admitted that they connected a pump wrong and it kept running all the time.
