Shannon was the biggest help!! I ve never had a motorcycle and WENT HOME WITH 2!! The new ownership definitely helped out! They made sure I was up to date with everything and knew what I was getting myself into. Highly obsessed and will definitely ONLY do business with fun motors & dirty deeds

Seems like a 50/50 chance of getting any kind of decent service here. One repair (wire to a sensor) was done well and seemed fair, but next maintenance was slow, broke the bead on the tire putting it on, and then never reset the maintenance reminder (?). I also find it interesting that when doing the tire they never offered to replace the TPMS in it. Triumph dealers and the lack of service may be the reason I leave Triumph.EDIT: As stated in the dealers response, they did replace the tire after the error was discovered. Extra trailer trip of 100 miles and had to use a borrowed bike to go cross country 3,000 mile trip.

Good folks there. They will work to get you in when you need it. I would recommend this place. Update. Just made it back after several years away. This time I went for a service on my Triumph Trophy SE. Same great service as before. I'll be back again soon. Hats off to the service department. I still recommend this place.

I have had a google account for some 12 years and today, google says they don't know my name. Maybe tomorrow they might remember. But for now this is my new name.Anyway back to the review of Fun Motors:My real name is Walter and I have purchased 4 motorcycles in the last year for me and family and Fun Motors went the extra mile to put me in the Suzuki SV650 at a great price and then they delivered it to Mt. Pleasant.Easy to deal with, all pricing as promised, SV650 ready when promised.I shopped every single Motorcycle dealer within 150 miles of Mt. Pleasant and Fun Motors is absolutely is the best all around motorcycle dealer that I found.

Can t keep up with there own business they say it ll take a month to do a job that can be done within an hour or two at the most called a month ahead of time it s unbelievable that someone trying to run a successful business wants to argue online with a customer and insult be that s a bad business model. And say I m a one star hahah I m not running a business and if I was I certainly wouldn t take a month to clean and sync dual carbs now I know why your parking lot is empty every time I pass by.

I Purchased A new motorcycle here, a 2022 Triumph Trident 660, Both Salesman on the floor were very helpful and informative and not to pushy when it came to making my purchase. Helped me with financing and delivering the vehicle to my house as I do not stay super close to the Dealer.One thing about these guys is they are very busy due to the demand of the shop, hiring another person to help even just with phone calls may be an improvement overall, however I am very satisfied with these folks.Drove it to work today and It's a lot of fun, Had a smile on my face all day at work thanks to this bike.Sam.

They have good attitude and also balance motorcycle tires which is hard to find in Longview unless you have a Harley

This posted only 2 stars previously & I'm not sure why, I had rated 5 stars! Not sure what happened... The last few times I have come in the Parts dept was quick & friendly & had exactly what I needed in stock. I also came in with a question related to my 09 Rubicon & was told to speak with the mechanic in service. He was very helpful & I had my four-wheeler running later that evening! Thank you!

These guys are great! Very friendly and personable. I put a deposit one one Honda Navi and ended up buying 2. Love that they also sell Beta's and Triumph's. Dave is the man.

Well when I went in there I told the gentleman what size tube I need what year bike and model I had he goes against the tube and then he tells me that oh I'm sorry that's for the rear tire but the rear tire is a totally different size tubes than the front and I never heard of in my 20 plus years writing that there's a front and rear tube I understand front rear tire but I've never heard of a tube then the other gentleman in there goes grabs exact same tube double check it in the book and that was the correct tube so to me that was a little bit of knowledgeable when I told him exactly what I needed

Nice shop. Friendly staff. Prices weren't negotiable on newer models. We looked at a new 2017 model and came off price some, but could probably find it for a little better price elsewhere. The gunshop, however, had very competitive pricing for what they carried. Would definitely consider purchasing a firearm there.

Went in a couple days ago to look at 4wheeler. 1 other customer at parts counter. Other people sitting at desks. I hung around 4 wheelers for a few minutes. No one even acknowledged my presence or tried to help me. I have bought parts and used service dept in the past there. Prices are high and service dept is very slow to get to your needs. I won t go there again. To many other places that actually want your business

Called to ask about purchase was answered by someone that was obviously not wanting to talk to a customer. Speaking in a wannabe Indian accent (At least it could have been a good one?) then hung up on me. Called back and line was picked up and hung up? Not sure what kind of Business you are trying to run? Hope it works for you.

Great service again. Last time they made a quick and made the check and repair to my bike on the trailer free. This time they made repairs in a timely manner. Cost was reasonable and the bike is running great. I will be back for future repairs as needed.

The people working there are nice enough, but every time I've gone there, I am always quoted a price that is way above most other places. This dealership will over charge you for just about everything. They checked out one of my motorcycles and told me it would cost about $1,600.00 and then I went to another place and they charge me about $260 for parts and labor to fix the exact same issue. This place will have you buying things you don't need. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

they do not keep shop repair details in order. no one tells you the same thing. our opiniin may change ince they have finally gotten our bike back to us. first we were told in friday when we toik the bike that they would check it out on tues. on thursday we had heard nothing so we called. it took them a good 30 min and return to the phone 3 times just to locate our bike. then finally the shop man came to the phone and said it would be 2 weeks min before we heard...not good. they seem to trap you then make you wait.

Why I gave a 4 star? Because this is a NO HASSLE DEALER. I would give 5 star if I could ride bikes but they have a NO RIDE policy. I do not live in the area and have only used them for parts about 10 times throughout the past 15 years working in the area. They always had or got what I needed ASAP. I have been in here to just look and see what they got about 10 times cause I like to go look at motorcycles and talk motorcycles. I've ridden my whole life. I don't understand all the bad reviews because MY experience is just the opposite. But I don't live in the area and I'm not a regular customer.When I bought my 4 wheeler from them years ago I knew what I wanted and went in and bought it. They did loose a motorcycle sale several years back because I thought I wanted a adventure bike (VStrom) and I did not get to ride one of the two he had... A month later I was in Mt Pleasant Tx working and they had a VStrom for sale. I rode it and bought it there on the spot. So yes I'm a gotta touch it guy, I want to ride it or try it before I buy. Now... In the defense of this policy... I know my next bike will be another VStrom but the 1000, and I don't need to ride it to decide so with this said the day I have the money in hand (I don't finance toys) I will call and get price on a new never ridden NEW bike that may be a year or two older.Anyway here is why I like this place.Parts... They have always had what I or my company needed Everytime. They have a big selection, easy to get to out of traffic location and no hassle shopping. Come in look kick the tires get info and no pressure sales. I've never been treated rude, but I've NEVER been greeted either. Sometimes I've come in, looked around and left with no one saying anything, but I'm OK with that,This will be the first place I call when I have cash in hand.If I we're owner... I'd make sure it was a pleasant place to come into... But that's me. Anyway my experience has been ok here.

Well, I am disappointed at the service my son, husband and I have received at this shop. We, brought a bike in to have a specific type of inspection and we have been waiting from 9:30am - 2:15 pm. The people have only responded with you paid and just have to wait till we can get it done.

Just picked up our Bennche Cowboy after dropping it off on June 29th. Today is November 2nd. Wow! I was charged for 3.5 hours of labor. I bought the Bennche in 2015. It only has 22 miles on it. The winch broke the first time it was used. I just dropped $792 to have repairs done on it. We were lied to by service department. I am not a very happy customer Randall.

Replaced a recalled fuel pump.. went out 2 months later and kept the bike a month and a half only to tell me that it is indeed the fuel pump but they will not cover it again because the recall was never "fully completed" because we picked the bike up after it was installed and put a new fuel line on ourselves. Then after receiving a bad review from me the owner yelled "go put this on Facebook too" as I was picking my bike up after paying $102 for them to do absolutely nothing but keep the bike for so long. Sorry business owner and failing business

They need to be trained properly! Will not answer phone! Order parts they say 4 days! No! It's always 2 weeks! Unorganized! I'm disappointed ! Will not answer phone

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Had my bike for over a month for a headlight wire job and couldn t get to it bc of how extremely busy they were. Every time I called they were extremely rude and unprofessional, didn t even care when I decided to pick my bike up UNFINISHED and take it elsewhere. My teammate Kori also has had a horrible experience with this place and how they treat people. Don t take you bikes here and tell your friends not to!

Worst shop in Longview Texas don't care about there customer only money. They have there pick of customer who they take care of first. Took a month and a half to fix front seals and a water pump. I would not recommend anyone to go to this shop.

First time today, I went there. The man up front was nice. Me and my bud were deaf and we communicated through paper and pen which he gave us and effectively commujicated with us. He was accurate and quick. I loved the 1967 honda 450. I'll be going here for honda motorcycle parts.

I have been coming into Fun Motors for around 20 years. Everyone has always been super helpful and very knowledgeable about their ATV parts and ATVs. It is a GREAT family owned business and has been for MANY years!!

Will never go back here, not even to return the wrong parts I received. The man "helping" us had the worst attitude ever and was rude when asked a single question. Specifically told him what we needed and he STILL gave us the wrong part. Dirty Deeds now has my business.
