Love to support this local business! Owner is very helpful and friendly. Staff is knowledgeable and speaks to my level of bike expertise without making me feel too novice . They gave my old garage bikes a new fresh life for a fair price.The shop is fun to browse around in and plan for future purchases.Love that they chose to revitalize a store on Highway 80. The view of the lake behind them is beautiful.

What an awesome buying experience. After riding the Velotric Discover 2 and loving it, Dereck insisted we come back the next day so that they could get the larger size built and make sure I had the right size EVEN THOUGH they didn t have that larger size in a color that I was willing to buy, fully aware that he would lose a sale if I decided on the bigger frame. We bought 2 Discover 2 s and simply love them!

Great experience!I brought my mountain bike in for some repairs in the morning, they looked busy, but took care of my needs promptly, and was I was able to pick up my ride the same day. Fair prices too!I also needed some advice & recommendations on some component upgrades in the future. Derek took his time and was very helpful with my concerns.These guys are great! Glad to find this local gem!Warning: they ve got some pretty cool merch, gear, and goodies. You ll wanna buy more than what you came for.

Great service! I had brought my hunting bike in for tubeless setup and sealant for this hunting season. The guys had it ready the next day and affordable price, very happy with how quickly they got my bike back to me for one more scouting trip. I highly recommend their services!

Bicycle Tecs are very experienced and helpful. Staff is always nice and friendly. Their shirts are lightweight and comfortable.They have Group Rides that are Fun!! Bought my Road Bike from them and I Love It.

I brought a brand new bike from Amazon n never been rode. (Assembly required)My Husband put it together but the brakes was bad (defective) n all around needed checked over n the frame around the tires adjusted cuz was crooked. We picked it up n I didn t notice till after The Husband was tryin to tie it down that it was scratched on part of the frame cuz I was inside paying for it while it was taken outside. But there are scratches on a little bit of the frame that wasn t there when we brought it in. This is a fact cuz I m real particular and My Husband knows it n was extra careful assembling it not to scratch it. The scratch is quite noticeable. I didn t want to go back in cuz we had an hour drive ahead of us to get back home n sides everyone was so nice to us n we even dropped off another one (still in box, unopened) to be put together. I didn t want to complain cuz everyone is so nice but now I m having to look for a matching touch-up paint to fix this. No luck yet. But still not happy with the scratches

The staff is very knowledgeable and has products and services related to all things outdoors. This is way more than a bicycle shop, although they do have great bikes as well. They promote a lifestyle that is refreshing for Longview ! Go check them out.

Great customer service!! Above and beyond. I live 3 hours away. I called about 6 times with questions about a bike they had in store for my son. Only one in a 3hour radius from me!! Molly answered all my questions every time. She even put the bike together and held it until I could arrive.Thank you!

I would recommend this shop highly. They are so great to work with, very knowledgeable. We test rode different bikes, they took the time to make sure I was comfortable riding the new electric bikes we were interested in buying. They were not pushy at all, they listened to us and made suggestions. Everyone who works there is SO friendly. The have a great assortment of accessories as well. Give them a visit!

My wife Karen and I were passing through Longview on our way from Florida to California on our tandem bicycle and we needed maintenance done on our wheel. They dropped everything and went above and beyond to help us. They actually treated us like royalty. Extremely helpful and courteous staff! Thanks!

Great bicycle shop with super friendly and helpful staff! Dereck, the owner/operator, has done a nice job establishing this new addition to Longview. Had my classic P- Bone Cannondale serviced and found a new toy. It s a Hurley pizza bike hybrid. It has 7 gears for a manual ride or can utilize 5 levels of electric pedal assist. Fun ride!Can t wait until Lake Lamond is open to the public. In case you didn t know Flugers is located on a soon to be open public water space with trails and other amenities. SUP time!!!

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When I walk in the door I feel like I m with friends. During these times it is challenging to find parts and people that want to work and install them. Flugers still manages to receive and install parts in a very timely manner. No one would ever know that this was a new business because the atmosphere feels as though the shop has been here for years.I am very eager to see the growth flugers has planned in the upcoming future.

Today I purchased our third bike at Flugers. Great experience every time! I always feel welcome here, whether just kicking tires looking at bikes or trying to find the right fitting gloves. Also a great place to hear about local trails/events/upcoming projects from chatting with owner/employees/other customers. Go check it out.

We recently purchased a Quat 2 bike rack here and have been pleased with the product and service by Flugers. We were planning a vacation and Derrick told us about a state park in the area where we were going and it was amazing. My husband also ordered some tubes and tires and they've already arrived. Nice job!

Derek is great...was on the fence about what kind of EBike to buy...he let me try out the Velotric Discovery 1, wow, it felt awesome..he helped me find a good fit, and when it comes in I will post some pictures. I purchased another kind of EBike online, but the size was not represented correctly, so kind of a hassle...there is something to be said about dealing with a store and a real person as well...makes for a great buying experience...go see Flugers for all your bike needs...he is a great guy to work with.

Dereck was Helpful & knowledgeable and assisted with choosing a cruiser & helmet at great price $. If you need a kayak Flugers has some Jackson s on site and can order. Will be going back soon to purchase one .

Flugers is the kind of place that motivates you to get out and ride. Fun showroom, skilled staff, and a passionate owner. I just got some routine maintenance on my mountain bike but they were so thorough, I felt like I got a new bike. Flugers get my highest recommendation.

Flugers did a great tune up, clean, and tire replacement on my wife s bike. It looked like new and worked great. The guys there are friendly and know their stuff. I got to test ride an electric bike. It was a great experience!

The bike mechanics are very skilled repair technicians. They fixed a snapped cable on my favorite office chair. I'm elated!! Derek and his staff are top notch nice people. Thanks Derek. I appreciate your East Texas all around courtesy.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I thought the cost of repairs was reasonable. They also carry Retrospec bikes, which I have been eyeing for a few years now. Happy to know they can order the bike I want and assemble it for me!

My mom and I took my daughter shoping for a new bicycle on her birthday. We made multiple disappointing and frustrating stops where we couldn t find anyone to assist us, bicycles were in the wrong places so we had no clue what the prices were, and the one person we did have assist it was not his department so he was highly unconcerned.When we walked into Flugers we were all drained and about to give up on finding a bike. Derek greeted us immediately and asked what we were looking for. My mom told him a bicycle between 20 and 24 . Doesn t exist as a bicycle size he explained. We were disheartened until he looked at my daughter and based on her leg length recommend a bike for her to try. It fit her!!! Hallelujah! He took it outside so she could try it out and she loved it! He made a recommendation to change a piece to bring the handlebars a bit closer. The part is ordered and he is even going to deliver her bike when it is ready. Our day was turned around and my daughter can t wait for all the adventures ahead on her new bike!
