Had tire problems in my car and stopped at the convenience store next door to FleetPride and their air machine wasn't working so I took a chance and walked to FleetPride just to see if they had an air tank I could use. Jordan McKay greeted me and was as polite and kind as could be! She offered to let me use their air hose and the tire was worse off than expected. I believe the gentleman's name that helped me outside was David? He let me use a jack and impact and we got the tire swapped out (Dodge Chargers don't come with spares).In a time when customer service isn't as good as it used to be its nice to know that there are still good businesses and good people who work there! You guys ROCK and again thank you all so much for helping a guy out in need, y'all are the best!-Bear (The guy in the coca cola car).

Elizabeth French and all those girls keep things running smoothly and efficiently its nice too see not all shops are like this and trust me I know I've been driving over the road for over 22 year's thanks again FleetPride

What a great bunch of people. Bearing burned up on i20 and ruined the spindle. After the help of Isaac Towing (damn good people as well) Greg at Fleetpride said bring it in the shop we've got ya covered...before even looking at it. And they did!

Dont be in a rush. Weird vibe... people are kind of lethargic. Didn't have the part and had to figure it out over time. Eventually, I found out they didn't have it and left.

I took my truck in for a regular PM last week. I was advised to have an overhead, oil pan gasket, and drive axle wheel seal replaced before it got out of hand and left me shut down on the side of the road. They had the truck ready the next day. It runs strong and I can drive confidently knowing my truck has been serviced by knowledgeable technicians.

I had a really good experience with these guys. I was in a position 1200 miles from home with an RV with brake issues. Jeff really worked hard to get the issue straightened out and was able to get parts quickly and get me back on the road. He really did an awesome to deal with and had a great attitude. If I could give them a zero stars I would. They kept my truck for three weeks diagnosed as a bad body control module and it was just a pressure sensor bad. Ordered the wrong part wasting time. They don't communicate with you at all. They are very rude and unprofessional telling you to take it to Kenworth after screwing it up. They don't stand behind their work. And they don't fix anything that you write up. They are very slow and inconsistent plus they leave your dash pieces on the catwalk for the weather to ruin and for anything to happen to them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Got into my truck this morning, started it up and it didn't air up due to my D2 valve. Went into Fleetpride Service Center to buy a part I thought I needed only to find out it was good. Then found out I left some tools I needed at home. Josh and Kyle not only made sure u had everything I needed, they walked over to my truck and assisted me in every way possible. Thanks guys and I hope your day is productive and peaceful.Lesson: Always be thankful for any/all help no matter how big/small it is. Again, thanks Josh and Kyle.

Truck towed to shop oil leak spraying over engine. Diagnosed valve cover cracked causing leak. Part ordered would be a few days. Got part in to install but bolts were stripped so had to order new bolts. Not checked when initially diagnosed. Not in stock ordered took 2 days. Came in had not retapped the holes yet took extra day to re tap holes. Left shop truck broke down again. Towed back to shop. Waited 7 hours at shop could not get someone to just diagnose the problem oil leaking still. Service Assistant tried to get Shop foreman to take a look but would not. Waited through lunch and had to wait on mechanic to come back.called home base mechanic to troubleshoot suggested crank case oil separator assembly. About 2:30 mechanic came over to diagnose. Confirmed Parts ordered. Went and picked up parts in Tyler to save time . Got back at 4:30. Close at 5:00. Have to wait til next day. Called next morning short handed not sure when it would be ready. . Still needed another part not in stock locally. Order will take another day. I Had to call someone else to locate part in Dallas. Drove to Dallas to pick up part. Got new part on next day. Another problem needed to be diagnosed. Didn t want to spend another week or two getting truck fixed there since they don t seem to have dependable help or too much work load. Not very efficient in diagnosing.Had to have truck towed back to Fort Worth. Not worth the hassle to have them do the work. They did discount for the last couple of hours. Hopefully new management can help make things work more efficiently and improve customer satisfaction for future customers.

On March 3, 2021, Maric Services, LLC ( Maric ) used the repair services of National Truck Repair ( national ) to replace a clutch. At 58,509 miles after the repair the clutch began to slip which prompted Maric to diagnosis the slippage. There was play between the fly-wheel housing and bell-housing due to cross threaded bolts by National. The damage threads loosened throughout use, created play resulting in damaged the clutch, input shaft, bearings and flywheel.Under successors liability and the ongoing continuity of the service, operations, location, and staffing of FleetPride formerly National Truck Repair our position is to hold FleetPride liable. FleetPride would not honor the work after the purchase of National. Our position is such that if the bolts were not cross threaded we would have not suffered damages. This is not a warranty it is a claim and resulting damage.

My truck wasn't getting air pressure and they figured it out in less than a day and had me back on the road wasn't high on the price also.
