Best service around!! There s another Firestone Complete Auto Care on the other end of town but this one is the better one out of the two in my opinion. I drive the extra miles just to come to this location. I ve always had wonderful experiences. I ve gotten my repair work done and bought my tires there for years and they re super honest. Even greased my creaky doors on my truck without me even asking!! They are very thorough and super friendly/helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest, reliable work done on their vehicle or if they need new tires.

I absolutely love these places. I have been serviced by the Longview Location and San Antonio. They keep your vehicle on record, so if you need any work done they already have all the necessary information, ie: make, model, previous service, etc.The staff is knowledgeable and many have previous experience at major dealerships.I have used their services for oil changes, all the way to differential service and alignments. Plus, their tire selection is excellent, with excellent warranties ranging from 50,000 miles to lifetime. Staff is excellent and treat you with respect at all times. Highly recommend!

Very professional services at the High Street location in Longview Texas. You just can t find this kind of organized, professional service anymore. I will share this location for years to come. Even President Trump would get his tires and car repairs here.

Sooo busy, two mechanics onsite that leave at 3:30pm, 4-5 hours before they touch oil changes. Customers in front just left as well. Hire more mechanics rather than turn down business or work a whole business day.

I took my vehicle here. They fixed the brakes that the warranty paid for. The place where I got the vehicle from wanted pictures, estimates, and measures of the struts and the wheel rim. I called every day. Sometimes, twice a day to get the information I needed. Gave them 2 emails and even asked to be sent to the person who needed them. Never got either. I'm so frustrated.

They did my oil change and tire rotation in a short amount of time. Which is awesome. However, I asked for them to replace my wiper blades and he said he had time for the oil changer and tire rotation. Being as it is a fleet vehicle, you have to get authorization . But while the maintenance work was getting done, he had sufficient time to call the fleet company. I just don't get it. He had time while maintenance was being performed. SMDH at people these days.

Firestone on north high street. they acted like they didn't want to help me. lied to me about having an appointment with them then moved my appointment back by an hour. came in for an alignment they told me they were unable to until I paid $1,500 for fixes, I took what they said I need fixing to my usual car mechanic and he marked off the oil change that was done at his shop last week, and billed me for what I needed...came out to be $450....I don't appreciate them trying to swindle me out of $1000 ontop of being rude and lacking decent customer service. I know I'm a woman and it's easy to get over on us but it's absolutely uncalled for. Do better.Service: Wheel alignment

Stop by first thing in the morning to get my tires checked because the light was on they told me it would be an hour and a 1/2 I then went to the other Firestone store by Olive Garden and they got on it immediately So if you need any kind of service don't go to the Store on high street

Went in with a simple valve stem repair. The guy working the front desk was outside visiting with someone. When he finally came in he said he couldn't get to me for an hour and a half. I believe there were maybe 2 cars in stalls and 3 plus empty. Won't recommend.

They had my tires and installed them in no time. I really enjoyed the awesome customer service and the fast in and out service. I will definitely keep coming back.

The prices are a bit higher than other tire shops in the area but the prices are not set by the shop managers but instead by the corporate suits...Lewis and the guys in the shop are excellent at their jobs. They got me in and out relatively quicker than most places that I have been. The waiting area was comfortable and well maintained and Lewis came in and gave me periodic updates on the status of the work being done.Overall, I am glad that I chose to do business with this Firestone store.

No mechanic on duty that can completely solve my problem so they tried to put me off on a much needed repair. They finally addressed the most important thing that was necessary to keep my vehicle operating safely. Other than that everybody was friendly, knowledgeable and professional as well as understanding. Thanks for being there during an awkward time.

This is the second time I've had this experience at this location. I called at 7:04 to confirm they had no wait to get a alignment done. She said sure come on, no wait. I arrived at 7:17. "We now have over an hour wait" one car in the garage getting an oil change and only 1 person waiting on that car. Not sure where all the customers are to cause an hour wait.

These are probably the best mechanics in Longview! They treated me so well and ensured I left super happy and more importantly, safe. I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and when I say it's a pain; I mean it! They made sure to take great care of me and not take all of my money in the process. Being a 30 year old woman, dealerships usually see me coming a mile away, and they spoke to me and treated me like a little sister and like they had known me for forever. Super honest and hardworking men. Thank you guys! I will be back!

I was in a hurry I rushed up and was concerned about my tires the manager immediately evaluated them did not do any sort of hard sell met my needs and I built a rapport with him quickly would highly recommend if you re in the market for tires this is a great place

I've never had a flat tire shockingly after all these years. As you can imagine I was freaking out trying to get it fixed on a Sunday of all days. I will definitely come back they were super fast. Great experience.

They successfully repaired my vehicle, however, they failed to properly close my hood before delivery. That's worth only 3 stars. They earned an extra star back by committing to the price that was quoted over phone, resulting in a refund for me.Overall, they were not fast at their jobs, but they did do them (almost) right. I had to stop here on xmas day due to a failure of a hose. I picked it up today, 5 January.I would recommend this shop if you're willing to leave your vehicle overnight for anything more than tire issues, which should be an outpatient procedure.

Front desk customer service is wonderful. However. We waited 2 hours for these guys to tell us we needed some new tires. I thought it would be worth stopping here with my wife on our drive to our honeymoon, but we deeply regretted visiting this Firestone after we left. They're understaffed so much of it is out of their control, but we were left entirely in the dark throughout the duration of our time here.Edit: We later came to discover that the specific thing we needed checked was never even checked. I told them my front driver wheel bearing sounded like it was bad. 2 months later I took it elsewhere and they told me I was a moving road hazard due to that bearing going bad. The oil change I paid for never even happened either, so I'm not entirely sure what I paid for during my visit.

I have a lifetime alignment with firestone and just moved to the area. I went in for an appointment for an alignment, and they came out 20 minutes later to say they couldn't do it. They said the exhaust tips would scrape if they got it on the rack. I looked out the window, the car was parked right next to a Hyundai and the tips were literally at the same height.I asked them to show me, so they pulled out two 2x8 boards to drive on. They got most of the way and stopped when the rocker panel nearly touched. So, not the exhaust. I suggested a location for a second board and they waffled.The chevy dealer did an alignment with no questions a week later. Basically, they didn't want to do the alignment. Good on them for identifying potential damage, poor effort overall. If they didn't want to do it, they could have said so. I wouldn't be happy, but at least I would have some transparency.

Their customer service is terrible. Headquarters was called due to the terrible service. I believe because they were called prices were hiked and things were probably made up that do not need to be repaired. I suggest going in person do not try to do business over the phone.

One very disappointed customer, this is one that will probably have to be settled in a court room, very nice people, but of course all the bad guy.s can be whatever it takes to lure you in. I'm not any way implying that the owner would have had anything to do with it but he needs to do a serious inquiry of his employees because I'm ripped off to the tune of $1,800 for work and parts that were supposed to be replaced and performed that was not done on top of it I bought four brand new tires and they even charged me for four valve stem caps which didn't get put on I can see three replaced parts out of about 12 that were mentioned I will never be going back there in fact two weeks later I needed air in my tires and I go up there in the employee hands me the air hose to get it myself which I had just purchased a compressor for my home the day before if I wanted to put air in my tires myself I wouldn't have went up there. It's one thing to make a mistake but to completely lie about what you done is stealing therefore those employees probably stole the parts that they were going to put on my vehicle and sold them for their drug of choice or whateverneedless to say I will never return to this location to purchase have done or anything with my vehicle my next trip here will be to collect

Need more workersContacted them in person 3 xs to get a drive belt. Too short on workers and plus real busy. Was promised I'd be taken care of, but had to end up going somewhere else

They sold me 4 tires that they didn't have and waited 2 hours to let me know. They said they could get them from another city, but it would take 2-3 hours, and they asked me if they could drop me off somewhere so they didn't have to take it off the lift.After another 45 minutes, they tell me that the ones in the other city have been sold, but we can order another brand of tire and have it here Monday. Another 45 minutes go by and I finally get my vehicle, but all my valve covers are gone, low tire pressure, and my center cap was damaged.Poor customer service, poor work ethics, poor everything (except the 1 guy in the back that was working while the other 5 workers stood around.)

This is the best Firestone store at Longview. The employees at this High Street Firestone store rose above all the others. I was welcomed like a family member. I have three vehicles and have purchased all of my tires there. Why go anywhere else!!!!!!

Do not waste your time going to this one. Go to the one near the strip mall and Olive Garden. We had an appointment for one and by two our truck had not even been taken back yet. We even arrived 30 minutes early to make sure we were on time. There was absolutely no communication and when we asked for our keys so we could take it to the other Firestone they could have cared less. The other Firestone by Olive Garden had us in and out in less than 2 hours. The customer service here was very poor and their nonchalant attitude about their deficiencies just made it worse. Go somewhere else!
