I had an appointment to get windshield wiper blades installed on my mother's vehicle. When I arrived, the power was out, so I was sent to a different Firestone to see if they still had power (bad storms). The Firestone Judson Road location also didn't have power; however, after seeing the condition the blades were in, the manager offered to install them and run my card once power was restored. As a long standing customer of Firestone, I truly appreciated the gesture of good faith. Once power was restored, Candace from Firestone called to let me know that my card information had been run and everything had gone through.

Thank you Firestone in Longview! My husband and I were traveling back to El Paso on Saturday. We started having a rear tire issue. He dropped in around 6 p.m. Your tech quick found the issue and we are grateful for your service and workmanship! Thank you!

Counter guy was borderline rude and not interested in helping me at all. I almost left. I came in at 8am with a tire going low. They said they may not get to it if I didnt have an appointment. It was a holiday, so I get it. They obviously didn't want to be there. However, after about 20 minutes or so the technician took my truck back and repaired the tire. He is the reason they get as high of a score as I gave. The repair was great, he reset my TPMS, and all pressures were spot on the money. During the time the repair was being made, the counter guys "warmed up a bit" and actually became a bit more friendly. I paid $31.75 for a flat repair and I believe I that price is ridiculously high. They charged me for a TPMS valve stem replacement AND a TPMS valve stem repair kit. I know that the rubber TPMS valve stem is non repairable, so I think I was charged for parts I did not need. Its a shame they treat folks that way. That technician needs to find another shop with a better reputation to work at. Buyer beware at this location.

Have used Firestone for many years, both in Texas and New Mexico. Gotten excellent service at every location I have been. I am a widow and no location has ever tried to sell me something I didn t need.

The guy's did the repairs that I asked for along with changing the motor oil. Chris gave me exception service and yes I'll recommend Firestone to friends.

Will not use this Firestone again until Michael the manager is fired. My daughter took her vehicle to this Firestone for a front brake job and an expection of the whole vehicle. I even talked to the mechanic before I left her there he said no other work was required accept brake fluid flush. I declined brake flush and just had the new brakes and rotors turned. Daughter picked up vehicle and was making a weird noise took it back and they said that the rotors needed to be replaced and front hub bearings needed to be replaced I asked how come I wasn't told this the first time they said he was a new mechanic. They would not repair the brakes unless I purchase new rotors. Called corporate filed a complaint and as you can see on the receipt that's what was needed the second time we took it there. Corporate had me to take the vehicle to a another Firestone down the road on High Street they repaired the brakes the correct way. I asked if the front end needed any additional work they said no. Walked out of the second Firestone paid nothing. corporate help me repair this vehicle for my daughter. I believe they took advantage of her because she was a girl. FYI I was prepared to take this to small claims court just for the principle because of the way I was treated by Michael the manager at this Firestone.

Trash. Refused to work on my car because it had an interlock device, i told them they could call and get a code manager didn't want to mess with paperwork, tried to lie and say it was a liability thing and they just didn't have someone to take responsibility. I called the managers bluff but took my care elsewhere...will never use again they are overpriced anyhow.

Got an alignment because they had good pricing and said it s basically warranty for a year which is amazing. Had a problem after we left and I was able to get a hold of Mr.Lancaster, he fixed the problem and was able to take fault something not a lot of companies can do. Thank you Mr.Lancaster for all your help.

Michael and his team are very hardworking and do their best to accommodate their customers. Having done my research online with Firestone coupons. Michael gave me a better deal than their online a better quality tire. I really appreciated how attentive he was and how fast he took care of things, knowing I had to go to work (in the same center) AND had my car ready while I was on my lunch break which is 30 mins. One thing I must say about Michael is that when you are in front of him and he is taking care of your auto needs, he will happily answer the phone, but he will also tell the customer on the line can you please hold I do have another customer in front of me who I am currently assisting. This makes for a great customer service experience because you know you are being taken care of and not shoved to the side. As for inspection stickers I had Firestone do a few of mine and never had any difficulties getting them done.

I went in for my State Inspection. I was greeted when I came in the door. I received prompt, courteous service. I didn't have to wait very long and I was on my way. When I need any work done that can be handled by Firestone, this is the place I'll go. I was treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this shop.

I have a damaged tire and needed a state inspection. I waited in the front lobby for 15 minutes, surprised to see a garage full of cars on lifts, and no employees, nothing happening at all with the cars. Finally a man on his cell phone slowly walked across the garage. Instead of doing his job at Firestone for apparently a lot of paying customers, he was offering to perform minor car work after hours as his side-gig. I had to stand there waiting at the desk while he went on and on and on about how he also does minor work on cars after business hours.He told me no one was available to help me and sent me on my way. No problem, buddy. I realize it's much harder to hire workers these days, but I would be really careful before trusting my car with workers that spend company time not doing what they are supposed to, because that means they will cut corners on your family's transportation.Service: Tires

What a nightmare. I do NOT recommend this Firestone.The customer service is horrible and they overprice for sure. A $20 dollar part cost $143.00 that is price gouging. I ordered tires online, site said they were in stock. I made a 10AM appointment, the store called before my appointment to let me know they did not have the product in hand but the tires would be there that day. It was another $260 on top of the price of the tires. I'm not sure they didn't mess up the tire studd in the first place. Will not use this place again.

I have been to the dealership, I do get my oil changes at valvolene, but when I need a lot of service at once...I only go to Firestone. Mike is wonderful to deal with. They are honest and work with you as much as they can. I am sitting here now waiting, but they got my truck in immediately and going quickly.Highly recommend!

Arrived at store for vehicle inspection on 12/29/2021 at roughly 9:30 AM, was told it would be a 2 hour wait. The man at the counter did tell me I would be able to come in the next day at 7 AM. I agreed and did so, on 12/30/2021. However, I was rudely informed that the shop does not do inspections until after 8 AM, and it was posted. I stated that they won't take appointments (which he interrupted me and told me that they can't do appointments, there is a difference, technically correct, but really?), and I was told to be here at 7. He showed me the posting, it is one of 10 or so plaques that are on the wall behind the door when you enter (it was the bottom left one). I was upset, but said ok and then returned at 8 AM. At this time I was informed that it was foggy (again technically true) and the inspector refused to look at the vehicle until after the fog cleared up, around 10 :30 AM according to the weather. I accepted this (I can eventually take a hint), and went to Pine Tree Inspections. I was told they lied to me about how the inspection works, and was done in 10 minutes. This is a horrible place to go, never once did they apologize. NEVER go here.

I had been a loyal customer for over a decade. They suggested I needed new shocks for my Altima. During the installation the mechanic actually pulled the securing bolt from the frame out instead of tightening the shock in place. Even after presenting photographic proof of the damage, they repeatedly lied and refused to admit they damaged my car. It cost me $1500 to get it fixed at another repair shop. I haven't spent a dime at Firestone for the last 3 years. How's your bottom line now Firestone? A bit less I'm sure.

Scam!! They will rip you off!! Usually take my wife's car here for an oil change. I asked to have the brakes inspected due to some intermittent grinding. They called and told it would be nearly 700$ for new rotors and pads for the front. And they should of been replaced along time ago. I've never seen a car with only 70k miles need new rotors. They also began to tell me I needed new shocks, my tires were wearing badly and I needed new tires and alignment, the tires are only a year old, and the oil filter housing was leaking. I told them to just replace the oil filter housing since they were doing the oil change anyway. They charged me 97$ for just the part! I looked up the part number on the invoice and it's only a 40$ part at most parts places. I Took it to a well known local shop recommended by friends and was told the car could still drive 15k-20k miles before the brakes needed work. Even told me they would feel guilty for charging me for new brakes because they were not needed and The tires were wearing absolutely perfect. when I went to pick up the car from Firestone I was treated terrible, probably because I declined all their recommendations. They even tried to make me feel guilty over the phone and they asked me if it was because I didn't have the money to pay for all the repairs.... I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and watched the guy play on his phone in the service area, I finally had to go around and walk into the garage area to ask if anyone was working the front counter. Terrible terrible terrible!! Will not take any vehicle to another Firestone as long as I live.

I took my car to Firestone on Judson Road and they said I needed new struts (totaling $1500) and all kinds of work on my Corolla when all I went in for was a tire rotation and an oil change. They also charged me $21.99 for an inspection I didn t ask for. So, I took my car to Tidwell for a second opinion and they could not find anything wrong with my car. They also put the hubcaps back on when Firestone said they couldn t. Tidwell is honest, Firestone on Judson Road is a scam. I will not return to Firestone and recommend Tidwell on HWY 80 for all your automotive needs.

Bought 4 new tires from here and none of my tires were balanced. My jeep was riding rough and shaking. Asked them about getting it looked at and tried to schedule me an appt a week out. I do not trust there work, poor service performance. Will never go here again!!

They don't know how to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission. They burned up the clutch in my truck. Chris said a manager would contact me but no one ever did.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went there due to my truck having some lights come on in the dash. I got a whole list of problems and was quoted over $2,000 in issues, with over $1,500 of those problems being necessary . The employee kept pushing me to get such and such insurance on all the things I d be paying for several times. I initially agreed but then decided to take it to another shop. When I took it, they found ZERO problems. Sure enough since then (about 8 months) I have had no problems with my truck. What made me write this is not only that experience, but my friend recently told me she was charged $40 to get her oil changed, then went there and dealt with someone else who charged her $60. When she confronted him, he then only charged her $40. They are dishonest and will try to charge girls more. Please go to other places before you agree to pay them to fix anything.

Every single time I ve come to this Firestone I ve had a horrible experience - the employees that work here are rude and women are treated the WORST. They smirk and laugh at women for asking questions. I got an alignment to fix why my tires were rubbing and balding on the outside edge (tires were two months old) and they aligned it. 6 months later I had to come back to Firestone for them to align the FOUR NEW TIRES I HAD TO BUY because they didn t align my car right the first time around and the tires rubbed till they had gashes all in them (pics below). When I went back in and showed the guys at the front desk what happened with my tires, they LAUGHED at me and said I still have them under an alignment warranty but wouldn t be able to get me in till late afternoon the next day. Came for my appointment - took over two hours to get my car aligned. I will NEVER recommend Firestone to ANYONE. I am so beyond disappointed and now out $400 because it wasn t aligned right.

Went in for an oil change, left with an oil change, 4 new tires and an alignment. All of these needed to be done although it's never easy to fork out the major cost. The gentleman that checked me in wasn't the friendliest. He was verbalizing that he was trying to leave. The guy who took over my care, Nate, I believe was very friendly and informative. He answered all of my questions with kindness. I know I will be returning.

I live over 50 miles from Longview. When I got off work I noticed an issus with my tire. They close at 7pm, it was almost 6pm when I got there. They took the extra time to install 4 new tires on my car. They we're professional in explaining the warranty information. The manager was very nice. They earned my business from now on. Thanks guys!!
