This place is amazing! I took my car there for an AC issue that I didn't understand at all. They checked every system and sent me an email with a brief explanation and a link to a website that provided me with information about everything they found and how serious each item was with a detailed description of their findings. The staff was genuine and kind and the automotive techs were thorough and fast. They had my compressor replaced and ready to leave just 2 days after I took it in. This is my new auto shop! Victoria communicates very well about what is going on with the car. I am not a car person at all. It either works or it doesn t but Victoria is awesome. The front desk guy is awesome and very nice! Definitely continuing my car needs with them!!

Tyrone at Faith automotive shop was super nice and helpful! I knew what was going on in full detail every step of the way! They had my car done quickly and let me pay what I owe out on a payment plan. Definitely recommend going here!

I have been using Faith Automotive for several years now. I have had brake jobs done, bought tires here, had my dash in my car pulled and a part replaced among other things and always felt they were very reasonable and professional. It's so nice to go to a business and be taken care of.....they really do treat you like family and are a wonderful asset to our community!!! Many thanks to you all for a job well done!!!

I searched and searched reviews and places online, Faith Auto won by far and I can see why. You can tell a lot by a place on how they answer the phone, your questions, and how they treat you in person. Tyrone was very sweet on the phone and kept us updated every step of the way. I appreciate the link as well, it showed step by step photos of just what was done to my car, as well as their action plan. Everyone had a smile on their face, wishing you a good day/night/weekend. So much joy as soon as you walked in! It for sure calmed my nerves especially with something as stressful as car troubles.

I enjoyed my entire experience while I was at Faith Automotive! They did my wheel alignment and found another issue with my tires and an oil leak to be fixed at my next appt! They even included pictures to show what issues they found, so I am grateful to them for this cause I tend to question Mechanics on finding new stuff my car needs done! But nothing to question here at at Faith Automotive! Thank you, Faith Automotive for taking care of me when I needed them the most! Angie Hill 3/26/24

Unfortunately this day and age online reviews can about ruin a business. I read the reviews left for Faith Automotive and decided to try them. So very glad I did. Most reviews were positive and I can see why. They really took there time making every sound I described was checked out. I felt safe with there inspection results. I just can t tell you how much this means. I have a shop I can go to and I know they won t take advantage of me. For the rest of any driving issues I will definitely call them. Honest, caring and there attention to detail have won me and my family over. Thank you again

My wife took her range rover sport to thr Shreveport dealership to get looked at for a squeeze behind the front passenger tire and to get it running right. The dealership ended up charging us $13,000 dollars and replaced all kinds of parts I'm sure it did not need. Just to end up calling and saying it needed a new motor and that we need to come pick it up. So we contacted faith automotive and they said to bring it in so we did. They ended up replacing a valve cover gasket to get it to stop smoking. I highly recommend this garage for any of your vehicles needs. Thanks again guys.

I was very impressed by the promptness and friendliness of the staff when I stopped by to have a noise checked on my car. They have a busy place and I m sure it s because of the reputation and dedication of the people here. They test drove my car after making an adjustment to get me on the road again,( & said no charge as they help families ) I will most definitely use them again should I need any kind of service & will recommend them to my family & friends! I personally wanted to take the time out to thank the staff as well as the auto mechanics at Faith Automotive for fixing my 2009 Ford F150. I like very much how they kept me informed on the work and kept me well informed as well as letting me know diagnostic before performing the work. Most of all the cost before starting the job. Way to go Faith Automotive, keep up the great work!

Incompetent people here. They have no idea what they re doing and on top of that I tried reaching out to the owners and the manager and Victoria with her bad attitude told me they did not have time to pick up the phone to fix their issues as well as telling me their not going to fix their mistakes. Absolutely horrible. They cost me so much money to fix what they messed up and irreversible damage to vehicle. I would like to also add that they delete negative reviews so that their business looks good. They comment on the bad reviews and saying to reach out to them but I did and if you do they don t do anything but tell you it is what it is and to pretty much deal with it.

Tyrone is amazing he's so professional and courteous and Honest..I needed new brakes pads and rotors.(the dealership I bought my car from back a few months ago had told me I didn't need them replaced (which I didn't think was right) I took them to Faith Automotive at the last min ..they got me right away and called me and told me exactly what I needed and recommended future repairs...Tyrone went above and beyond and I will always go back to then for future repairs .. They are a family owned business and that's exactly how they treat you like family

After going to two other shops and spending ridiculous amounts of money, my car still wasn t fixed so I took it here and they got it right the first time. They were so friendly, professional, affordable and had my car back to me the same day. Had a very nice Person to ask to come in next day as early as they open , then get sidelined for nearly 3 hours as I didn't agree to the payment possible extended to me, for a " up-sale " , and i stated what I wanted & needed, yet was referred to needing to wait till it can be seen, am not impressed with my Customer Service needs not being met.Improvements are needed sorely.
