I've used the 3-4 times in the last few years... They do a good job with spray in bed liners or other cosmetic upgrades, but everything else is hit or miss. I definitely wouldn't let them touch anything on your chassis or instal/service a trailer hitch.

Absolutely a great experience! Took my truck there and the customer service was on point from the get go! Jeffery helped me from my inquiry to my quote to the final pick up! Got a bed liner installed. Took a little longer than expected but they were super busy and Jeff got it done! Absolutely recommend these guys for all your truck accessory needs! Had a great experience here. My truck had a bed liner and a tonneau cover put on. Plus installation of running boards. Work done was superb and prices were very reasonable. Jeff was great to work with and kept me informed - I will happily use them again for future needs - Just a great team there, I cannot say enough good things - Thanks Guys!!

Drove from Shreveport to Longview and had a tonneau cover installed and these guys were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Bobby explained in detail about the new cover and the store was well stocked and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking equipment for trucks, large or small.

Most pleasant Experience ever! I went to them for a Bedcover Issue. As soon as I walked in the Door I was greeted by a wonderful Salesman Hunter. Purchased a Low Max tri-fold hard bed cover for my F-150. Great service and the sales person was very helpful answering my questions and providing options. A very good selection of covers, both hard and soft. They went above and beyond in customer service. I made an appointment to be there by 4:30pm (they close at 5:00pm) to purchase and install the cover. The salesperson mentioned they would need about 30 minutes to install it. I arrived at 4:50pm. They never batted an eye and took my truck, installed the cover, and then took the time to demo how to open it, how to secure it folded, and even how to take it off, if needed.

Guys at east texas truck equipment are awsome had a few issues with nurf bars but issues where taken care of promptly. They have open the door 3 times before 8 a.m. to help me out excellent customer service. Would recomend them to everyone look forward to doing business in the future!
