Great place to get your RV repaired! Was upfront and honest about what my trailer did or did not need. They do quality work for a reasonable price! Will not use anyone else to take care of my RVs.

Jason always takes care of the minor details and explains as to why/how something works. Just when you think you know all about campers...... you do not, trust me. Small business that focuses on education and quality of repair work; not the number of customers in and out in a months time. I will always use this business.

Don't really know how people can run a business without answering the phone and get reviews like you have. Maybe your customers wrote a letter to schedule an appointment with you. I don't know.

I took my 5th wheel in with an electrical problem that was giving the previous tech I had come out a headache. The previous tech was very nice and professional. He didn't charge me because he couldn't figure out the problem after hours of looking into it. He is mobile so he had a schedule to meet and my bill would have been extremely high if he would have kept looking for the problem. He referred me to East Texas Repair and I am so grateful! They went above and beyond to have my 5th wheel fixed. I took it in on Monday and they had it ready by Wednesday! They knew we needed it asap due to being out of town on a job. These guys are very knowledgeable and honest. I was scared to get the bill but was very happy with the total cost of repairs. They were a blessing in a time of need.Service: Electrical

Our big slide was not sliding in or out properly and our door was not opening very well. They made some adjustments on both of them and they work perfectly. They got our bus out in a week. Very professional and honest.

Jason is straight forward speaking and honest. I left with the wife and I thinking we were going to have to buy a new AC for our horse trailer but a couple days later we received a call telling me our trailer was ready. East Texas RV could have told us the 20 year old unit wasn't repairable and I couldn't know any better. Its nice to do business with people who are honest! Thanks Jason!

I had a very pleasant and positive experience with East Texas RV Repair. It's always a scary taking equipment in to a company you have no experience with. Jason was upfront about what services he would perform and how long it would take to get my trailer back. He took care of all my issues, roof, bearings, slide outs and a plumbing leak ( found another one I didn't know about). I was pleasantly surprised with the bill! I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking RV repair services in the East Texas area. It will be my go to repair and maintenance shop from now on.

This place is fantastic. I have now used them twice and both times I was beyond pleased. Their prices are very fair and they are good, honest people. Both times they had me finished days before when they estimated it would be done. I will use them as long as they are around!

Very happy with service! We were traveling to Texas gulf coast and developed issues with our evening, they got us in immediately and we were on our way within 30 minutes. Highly recommended!!

These people are a breath of fresh air after trying to deal with the "Big Boys" in town. I needed some obscure parts and they had them at a great price no waiting. The service is excellent and courteous. Very knowledgeable and helpful. My new RV guys!

The work I had done on my RV was done professionally. The technician was knowledgeable in accessing the problem, and didn't overcharge me like alot of other technician's I have acquired in the past. I would highly recommend East Texas RV Repair to anyone.

Was outstanding experience with them they helped us out of a jam trailer left us stranded and they came out to the campsite and got us going again super friendly and very helpful would recommend them them very highly
