D&K Tire is and was a great experience, I got to see multiple aspects of professionalism and hard work; the owner was very respectful, trustworthy, and his employees were quick and precise in their work.

I had a terrible experience at this auto shop where their main goal seemed to be maximizing profits at the expense of quality service. I ended up spending close to $900 for two lower control arms, which should have cost much less elsewhere. Additionally, they caused damage to my car that will now cost me nearly as much to fix as the initial repair.On another vehicle they only replaced one lower control arm, and they still managed to mess it up by improperly assembling it and leaving a broken stud. They also missed replacing the rotor and hub, and ended up breaking the axle during installation. Now, I'm facing another bill of close to $1000 to fix the hub, rotor, studs, and wheel, which worsened from driving on it. I strongly advise against going to this shop; you'll end up getting ripped off.

One of the one of the best tire shops that I've been to in a long time their customer service was great their knowledge of my vehicle was outstanding they went above and beyond to make sure that the correct part got put on my car at a reasonable price and also took the time to check out my vehicle to make sure it didn't need anything else I recommend this tire shop to any and everyone that has mechanic problems Gus is who we dealt with and he was awesome but now everyone else that work there were great thank you guys so much

I took the car to have a tire checked, he couldn't even find the problem until I was tired of doing nothing I had to take the car to Walmart very bad service and they still charge you three dlls for using cards I never go again I don't know why it has good opinions

Bought a brand new set of tires back in June. This morning I wake up to a low tire. So I take the tire to the nearest tire shop and he tells me my tire has already been plugged. Nobody drives my car or has the tire ever been plugged. I call you guys and y all tell me it s my problem . BRAND NEW SET. Y all lost my business.

Great price, excellent customer service. They were the only shop open early on a Saturday morning after a blowout on I-20. In and out within 20 minutes

They have amazing customer service and never push you to do more than you need. They make sure your vehicle is safe for driving and have amazing pricing. I have been going here for almost four years and I ve never regretted it one time and always feel safe driving away from their business. I highly suggest you give them a try. :)

I am new to Longview area driving around scoping out the area I stopped in D&K Tire asking couple questions I liked there answers and there attitude so I took a few cards. So yesterday I need to get a patch on my new tire and get my oil changed while they had my back tire off they noticed I needed some brakes so I was in agreement with them. I ask do I need appointment he replied no so while I'm getting my oil changed and tire patched plus brakes I was done in no time without hurting my pocketbook. These guys all had clean matching uniforms and all very pleasant and knowledgeable. So I'm giving them 5 stars and I'm tell anyone in this area they will do you right. Thank you and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

If anybody is hesitant in going to D&K don't be they have awesome customer service and the owner himself he is fantastic. I give him and the shop 5 stars and if I could give more stars I would ! Awesome company. Thank you Gus.

Horrible customer service!!! He was nice at first giving me cheap prices but I went to get some new tires on my car.. My steering wheel was straight at first but when his men put the new tires on it gave me an alignment issue. Guz got an attitude with me when I asked for a refund and told me that he could only give me half of it back because he didn't charge me for labor. So he drew me into his plan!!! I paid $151 for new tires but ended up with new tires >>PLUS<< an alignment issue that I need to get fixed somewhere else now! Guz and his men got attitudes with me!! Guz told me to "Make up my mind!" When I went back for the refund, because at first he told me that I could keep the tires because he couldn't sell them again.. Today he told me that he kept my old ones (Which are bad and old tires) expecting me to come to back and get them. What if someone else gets them and gets into a wreck????? They are bald tires that skidded on me in the rain!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! It's ALL A COVER UP!!! Go to Discount Tire or some other place... Don't waste your money here!!!! I had bought 2 used tires from Guz 2 months ago and they were HORRIBLE.. These same tires were the ones needing to be replaced!!! He argued with me when I tried to get my refund back, he kept trying to talk me into other plans. He barely let me get a word in!!! This place is "Bootleg" and definitely NOT worth your time or money!!!!

They take too long to get your car inpection like about a 1hr 40min with one car in front of you but the smoking, conversation and horseplaying among them is more important than giving good customer service.

They are the most helpful and friendly tire shop in Longview tx. Also very good prices and no b.s.. Check them out they will take good care of you. They do oil changes also.

The first time I went they were rather rude and not very friendly this time the custom service has gotten alot better guess tax season brings out the best in everyone just a thought

Always someone ready to take care of your sudden emergency when it comes to replacing a blowout tire. Especially when time is of the essence. I know I can count on then for prompt service.

The majority of the staff is nice but the inspector for the place is rude and dismissive. He is also he one that checks people out. Why you would want someone that rude checking people out makes no sense.
