Caliber did a wonderful job on my vehicle! Not only was an exceptional job done on my hail damage repair but were awesome in their customer service when I was dropping off and picking up the vehicle. Additionally, the communication texts during the time while the repair was taking place kept me aware of the steps and the due date never had to call to ask how things were going! Mike was awesome!

Hit a deer and my vehicle had to go in shop for a couple of weeks. Mike was awesome and kept me in the loop about repairs. Went to pick it up, and noticed a couple of things not quite to my liking. Mike agreed me with me and had them fix it. Had my car a while longer but it was perfect when I got it back! Thank you Mike and Calliber Collision!!

Superb customer service and excellent work. Paint match was spot on and the work finished ahead of original scheduled date. Very, very, VERY minor issue with our insurance interface with Caliber's computer system assigning us to two different persons and ultimately a third (Mike) was our only contact. Again, meant nothing except a miniscule amount of confusion at the onset that Mike addressed in person at our first meeting. Mike handled everything professionally. Well done!!

Steven, Lane, Jaime and the whole team far exceeded my expectation. I got my 2017 Honda Accord back yesterday and could not be more pleased. Lane kept me updated each step of the way. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I have never had such an easy experience when ir comes to my vehicle. My car was ready five days earlier than promised and looks brand new. Colton went above and beyond and even helped with a couple of extra things he didn t have to. They have all my future business.

I have had a very difficult time getting my husbands truck inspected due to broken plastic cover for the rear tail light.I was unable to get the tailgate unlocked which made it impossible to change out the tail light. I went to Caliber Collision in Longview and explained my situation. A gentleman named Lane said that if I would bring the truck by he would get the tailgate down. I did take the truck in and he also asked me if I had the new light? I said yes and that it was in the truck. In approx. 10 minutes he entered the waiting area and said it was ready. Not only was he able to unlock the tailgate, but he installed the new light. I was shocked. Oh yes, I must mention something else - NO CHARGE! Customer service seems to be something of the past and I felt I needed to share this. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision off HWY 259 and ask for Lane. Definitely a 5 star referral.

Staff was friendly and super efficient with my time. They worked with my insurance company to quickly get everything done and even earlier than originally projected!! Car looks great!

After having my truck for over a month, in Sept they finally admitted they lost the door they ordered for my truck. They did not fix mechanical part on wheel from wreck or alignment, they messed up the finish on front bumper that did look good when I took it in, and part of front bumper is missing. The actual body work they were supposed to do on passenger door and right front quarter panel does look good though.

I recently had my sunroof shatter and I needed help protecting it since it was going to rain the next day. Thank you Caliber Collision for helping me out so quickly and at no charge. I want to add that I was not using their shop to have sunroof fixed and they still helped me out. In the past we have had two trucks repaired after a wreck and they were top notch and we didn t have any issues.

I just picked up my 2014 Equinox today at Caliber Collision in Longview, Tx. I dropped it off last week for a facia repair, a service rep named Jami met all my needs, excellent job, highly recommend going there for all your vehicle needs, Life time Warranty on paint.

Was informed that the GM said "due to their capacity they didn't want to deal the insurance company" of the person who hit our vehicle.I asked which is it the capacity or the insurance company?The rep said "well kinda both" this of course after being all excited about getting me in for a quote.When I lived in the DFW I was a customer no less than 3x of Caliber Collision and at least that many of Auto Body Express. That of course doesn't matter, because they just want the easy money, so they hang the customer out and of course ALL future business that I won't be giving them.

Excellent communication, amazing customer service, and they walked me through everything that had to be fixed with my car. I'm normally hesitant to go any place that deals with cars as a woman, but they were honest and Lane kept me well updated.

After the recent storm that hit the area, we were forced to deal with significant damage to one of our cars. This was my first experience with a body shop. Despite taking a little longer than usual due to the influx of damaged vehicles from this storm, everything about the experience was excellent! We live in Winnsboro, about an hour away from this Longview location, but coordinating getting our car towed in there was a quick & simple process. They were forthcoming about the possible wait time, which turned out to be very accurate. There was great communication along the every time a new phase of repair was entered. Pickup was a breeze & they really put effort into making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The results are outstanding! My wife is very happy to have her car back just as it was before the storm. Thank y'all so much for making our first major auto repair experience go as smoothly as it did! Had an appointment, but it didn't matter, still had to wait for an estimate. Price was astronomical and they couldn't even quote the entire job. I'll only return if I have an insurance claim and have no other options.

Caliber Collision in Longview did a fantastic job getting my car fixed after I was rear ended. I was very pleased and grateful for the job Destiny Vermeer and the rest of the team did in advocating for me and communicating with the individual (who wrote the 1 star review below) that was responsible for paying for the damages. They ensured my car was in pristine condition after all was said and done and made me feel well taken care of throughout the whole process. Will recommend to anyone I know!Service: Body & Trim

Would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Longview! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work that was done. Had a fender bender at my work, decided to take my car here for the repairs. Figured it was a good time to do a little upgrade that I always thought about but never did. The work was top notch. The paint matches the factory perfectly. Really made my baby shine. These guy are honest and take care of you, inform you of everything along the way. I am telling everyone that needs body work done to come here. Anything else my car needs is coming back here. Great crew and very well job done. Thanks for taking the time and care and getting my baby back to me.

Caliber Collision got my vehicle in and out! I needed a lot of work to be done before I headed to my honeymoon and I thought it was going to take a month for all of the repairs I needed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!! They had my vehicle over two weeks and never touched it or ordered parts. It just sat out in their lot as they made one excuse after another. They Never returned my calls. Wasted my time and cost me more money. I finally had it moved to a different shop that will actually work on it.
