I can't speak highly enough of Tish and Jd. They went above and beyond to get me in a car the same day. I honestly had a blast going through the process. They were completly upfront with everything and I left feeling like I had made new friends. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I had been looking for a car for me for a while all about gave up until we decided to come here and I am so thankful we did. We had a sensational experience here, highly recommended if you are looking for a new vehicle coming here.After we had done been to several places and got the run around, we went there and the service was amazing. within less than a hour of being there and doing the paperwork and getting the approval process done, we were approved and out a car. Mrs Naomi and Mrs Tish helped us out a lot, they are both awesome ladies and I recommend when you go in asking for one of them to help you... Husband and I was very pleased with the service, we got there and and very happy with my car

The service department is really good they help you out in any way they canBut when I got my van it was supposed to be another town and country but it was a dodge caravan so we went ahead and signed the paperwork with the dodge it has been in the shop 3 times for the same thingI tried to see if I could switch it out for something that runs better but they will not let meI will not be doing business with them again

Ken helped me so much when I purchased the car I really wanted which was the dodge Durango ! Ken was very polite and communicated very well and made me feel comfortable. Tish is a superstar! I'm sure you hear that often. She was there for me every step of the way. When issues came up, she was instrumental in helping me out every time. She is like having a best friend or relative in the car business. Please be sure she knows! I also want to thank you guys in general. In three years you helped me turn my credit around. I was able to buy my first brand new vehicle in 20 years. I'm happy to be in that place and JDB Longview was a big part of that!

Byrider sold me a 2012 Honda after financing was 25000$. Had a wreck last week and now my full coverage insurance company is telling me they are paying off what I owe which was about 12000$ but it was at today's market value worth about 6000$. And that wasn't even quite a year and half ago. And they wanted me to make a payment Friday when my insurance was paying it off of what owe. Now I have nothing and all that monte i paid byrider on it means nothing because I don't have no money on another car because my insurance says it really worthless.

I had car for 2 months and they took the car after $1350.00 of down payment was given of the $2000 required down. I was short on my last down payment of $650.00 by $85.00 and was told to bring the car back. Don't be dumb like me and get wrapped up in the process of getting a new, but not new car, and settle for an over priced, actually doubled the Bluebook value, high mileage $140,000+ and hail damaged cars. They work with some and not others as my referral to them has been late numerous times and they worked with her but won't budge for me. Buyer beware! Crazy thing is I've bought a car from them before and had a much different experience. They weren't so cut throat, short, and not willing to help. Life on life's terms happens to all of us and sometimes you can't control it but you shouldn't have your car taken from you. Really bad business if you ask me.
