As a repeat customer I can t say enough about these good people. I remembered some faces from my previous purchase and met some new folks as well. Shannon was my sales guy. HE WAS AWESOME!!! He made my trade in and purchase process super easy. I told him what I wanted and he took it from there. I got a great price on my new awesome Can Am Spyder and a fair trade in value as well. The process was smooth and he walked me thru everything on my beautiful new bike. The new location is super nice and spacious. I just can t say enough about how much Shannon and the crew took care of me and made my day!!!!! It s one thing to get good service as a one off, but to be able to ALWAYS get great service regardless of location and staff says something great about the owners as well. This is me and my family s dealership for life and definitely worth the drive from Shreveport. Keep up the great work Shannon. See yall soon!!

A very and helpful sales staff is able and eager to assist with any questions. Even with all the chaos going on with relocating to their new store location, the sales and financial folks managed to focus on the customer and give outstanding service. They worked with another Can-Am dealer in the area and had my new bike prepped, tested and ready to roll on my arrival. I highly recommend this dealer.

Stood in this place for 45 minutes, 45 minutes of my life that I can never get back. Left without being helped. You can't get a refund on wasted time. Save yourself the irritation and eBay or Amazon those parts instead they'll get here faster bc if you're gonna stop in, pack a freaking lunch. Legit 4 people standing behind the parts counter 3 of them doing everything they can to avoid eye contact. Most abysmal customer service I've experienced in a good minute. I'd skip DD even if the parts were free and they paid my gas to come get them. Not doing that again.

Went somewhere else first, didn t go well. Pulled up in the Dirty Deeds parking lot and Caleb Stalnaker walked right up and asked what I was looking for. As soon as I told him he and Paul took me down to their warehouse since it wasn t in the store and it was exactly the ATV I was looking for. The price was excellent and these guys were just like dealing with old buddies. The whole place was friendly as could be. They got me fixed up and I m already planning on returning next month for another purchase. Great group of top-notch people even down to their finance guy.

Great place, employees are awesome and knowledgeable about the products and they don't try to nickel and dime you the whole time. We drove over 2 hours because of their prices and service and will definitely return. Juan is the man!

DROVE OUT FROM FORT WORTH. Sometimes you have to step out of your bubble to get a better deal and better service. Our salesguy was Juan. Top notch! No B/S. No wasting time. No haggling. Totally refreshing to do business like this. As The Terminator says I'LL BE BACK.

I recently purchased a KLR 650 from here, and the salesperson i spoke to was quite pleasant. When I initially contacted, I explained that I was in the gathering pricing phase and was reaching out to dealerships in the area looking for out the door pricing. The salesperson I spoke to gave me a price, and asked that I keep him/Dirty Deeds in mind if anyone beat the price, he'd like the chance to try to match or beat it. This was in stark contrast to the other dealerships I contacted who all had some level of pushy sales or outright disinterest.So when I reached back out to the salesperson I spoke to with a better offer from another dealership, they were not only able to match but beat it. When I made my decision, they put me in contact with a Finance person (who's name I do not remember, though I do remember the Salesperson despite not mentioning it here), they continued the trend of being a pleasant individual, took my down payment and other pertinent information.Due to things I had going on it was a week before I was able to make the trip up to pickup the bike and do the rest of the needed paperwork. The staff I interacted with maintained the pleasant experience I had (My salesperson was busy with another client when I entered, but I was directed to Finance by another sales person). The Finance department got me in and out quickly, were very patient with me as I examined the bike, answered a few questions I had ( this being my first ABS bike, I was unaware the ABS light would stay on until the bike started moving). By this time, my salesperson was done and we loaded the bike, tied it down and I was good to go (even though we both forgot the key and he had to chase me down in the parking lot before I left)My only complaint is they're too far away from me to make it feasible for me to bring it in on any service or warranty work that it may need, because I feel their service department would continue the trend of a pleasant experience.

First ever visit and I can already tell that it is going to be a disaster. Had to be redirected to 3-4 different employees. Still ended up standing around waiting on someone else. I finally just left.

Easiest experience in purchasing our new can-am. Juan was very knowledgeable when we were trying to decide between 3 models! He was easily able to tell us the difference and help us decide which was best for what we wanted to use the machine for. Once we decided the process moved quickly!

Great customer service. Great group of ladies and gentlemen. They took my new bike from crate to built to tuned and ready in a professional manner and have anticipated my needs even post-sale. A+. Besides all that, I have the only one of its type on the road as of now double D made it happen.

This place is garbage for service.They had my Mule for 3 weeks and $1200 later they finally said it was good and ready for pickup after having to call to check every other day when lance the service manager repeatedly said next day .Had the machine back for less than an hour and it overheated driving around the neighborhood. Checked Coolant and it was empty despite paying for a full service. I called and Lance said they don t check that in a service despite having it for weeks because it originally wouldn t start. I refilled coolant levels myself and trusted that they had done the rest of their job. After week and it dies in the field after less than a half hours gentle use presenting identical symptoms to when I brought it in.I go back in and Lance tells me oh well it s an old machine. Yeah an old machine this supposed mechanics shop had for weeks and supposedly fixed. What a joke. Save your time and money take it somewhere with some degree of expertise and customer service.

My husband just got a cam-am 1000 he has been waiting months from other places, and he called this place and they had it. I love how you can tell they know what they are talking about and explained what we were getting I would 100% recommend coming here. Thank you Shannon for making my husband so happy

I bought a Sportman 110 for my great nephew. They didn t have one on the showroom But Paul took me to their warehouse to see it. Immediately bought it with no problems at all. About 3 weeks later went in to buy a 2022 Ranger High Lifter. Was in the parking lot browsing the buggy I wanted and Caleb came out to assist. It was his second day and he got me to Juan (who was the one who helped me with the Sportsman 110). He quoted me the price with the add one I wanted. I told him Jack Rabbit was cheaper. He told me to double check with Jack Rabbit and let him know if they were cheaper. I drove to Marshall to Jack Rabbit. Very disappointed with their customer service and they were higher than what they had online. Came back to Dirty Deeds and I m glad I did. The whole process was easy and they were super. I highly recommend Dirty Deeds.

I'm on the fence with this place. I won't give names good or bad.I walked in and went to the parts department. I was very quickly asked if I needed help. I spoke of my issue and the associate didn't just tell me to go to the service department. He stopped and walked me back there! BIG PLUS! Then that's where I got my mediocre vibes. Granted. I didn't buy my machine there. It does have a recall issue on it. Explained my issue. Meh is what I felt. I even asked about making a needed purchase. And all I got was, We would have to order them. I guess I might be trying to compare them to my original dealer. I just don't want to have to drive 9 hours just to start routine service work.

Called all around. They had exactly what I was looking for. Had to order a windshield but they got it fast. Kept me informed of the progress and got installed quicker than expected. Juan Lopez was easy to work with and went into detail about all the features. The price was a little more than I wanted to spend but I got what I wanted.

Dealt with Juan Lopez and he did a great job. The entire staff was very helpful, Shannon helped us one day while Juan was out and he did a great job as well. We purchased the Can Am Max Lone Star Edition and we re excited to take it out to our farm and run it through its paces.

Lance is the man!!!!I had trouble finding a SeaDoo service department to fix my new watercraft so I drove 200 miles to Dirty Deeds and the said they could fix it. They contacted me and explained options and fixed my repairs. Amazing Service department. Highly Recommend them!!!
