I came in and said I needed the tps sensor on my 2004 chevy. They sold it to me, got home and the old 1 is riveted in, why couldn't they have told me that to begin with? Would have saved me a day

Never had a bad experience at AutoZone. The staff here was professional, friendly, and efficient. Very knowledgeable. Unless AutoZone doesn't have a part, this is the only place I'll shop for my Automotive needs.

Absolutely the worst customer service in any establishment hands down. No one even looks at you when you come in. Employees avoid contact. And if you are ready to check out; good luck, they scatter like cockroaches in the light here. Have been here more than once and it is the same every time.

the truth is not what you see in commercials that treat you kindly and help you I went to change my windshield I asked a guy there for help and I waited and waited until he wanted to come out and help me... I didn't come back with that attitude... I think there are better places where the treatment is much better

So I went in to borrow a tool. Need the wheel hub bearing removal tool. Man insists I am wrong and sends me on my way with the axle puller and a slide hammer. He was wrong, so I rent the tool from abc auto. I go back to return the tools rented from autozone and they refuse to accept the return claiming they don't have the money for the return. This is day 3 and they still refuse to accept their tools I didn't even use. In short do not use their lend a tool program they will try and rob you. Update: after this review the district manager contacted me and helped me get everything sorted out promptly. Despite my work schedule he assured me I could go up there after my work and they would be prepared to assist me.everything got taken care of and they were very friendly and apologetic. So shout out to Lonnie and jeff at autozone on West Marshall. Thank yall very much for getting me taken care off as I don't usually have alot of free time in a day.these two gentlemen uncomplicated the situation for me and had me on my way with a smile on my face. Thanks again guys.

Overall great experience! Corbin was extremely helpful in identifying why my car battery had died and he found out I needed a new alternator, definitely saved me a lot of money down the road. Even pointed out the best shops in the area to install it for me and got me the part as quickly as possible. This is why I go to AutoZone!

Big big thanks goes out to all the employees at this AutoZone for the warm welcome and not trying to have me wait so long while the managers tracked down which stores had the parts I needed that they showed in Mt. Pleasant AutoZone lol but they knew I was around the world trying and they helped me greatly can't thank you guys enough.. great parts on my truck now and safe on the road thanks

After working 20 hours, my daughter and I were finally headed to get something to eat. All I wanted to do was quickly get the food, so I could lay down for an hour or so before I headed back to work. I discovered the right tail light, license plate light, and brake light in the window were out while we were driving, but on when we hit the brakes. As tired as I was, my mind went to worse case scenario. The gentleman came out....I think his name was Mike....was so tired, so apologies if I'm wrong. He immediately told me it was not a big deal at all. A few minutes later, we were sent on our way. Merry Christmas indeed!

Horrible experience.The commercial accounts guy was rude!The tall Hispanic guy ! That goes by the name of ANGEL! Was extremely condescending!I would not recommend this store!! Some managers are rude! Not all !Horrible place...I would rather go to the store in GILMER!For the correct customer service

No good customer service. I went in with my dad to return a battery charger. Mr Jeff attended us and asked my dad for the receipt, my dad said he didn't have it. Jeff automatically said he can't return it cause he didn't have proof that it was purchased there. My dad said if I insert the card that I purchased it with it should pull up the info. Again Jeff said no! Jeff asked him really rude do you know what day, time ,store and what register he purchased it at. My dad told him it was this store. At that time my dad was already upset! And just took the device back. He told me if I go to another autozone they will return it without all that rudeness. We were at the check out register (jeff) checked us out. While My dad was paying i heard Jeff say some numbers that popped up on the screen. I guess Jeff came to his senses and said ok let's try this again which register you purchased the battery charger. My dad said this one. He checked on the computer and immediately said there you are. You purchased it on the 17. His whole mood changed he was talking nicely to my dad. He ended up returning his money back on his card. If Thats how he would of attended us in the first place I would of gave it 5 stars like I did the autozone on 300. Mostly bad customer service is what makes you not want to go back to that location again.

Went in there yesterday to ask about my alternator. There was a new guy there and he seemed to be doing all the work. I had to wait forever, and the other staff seemed to be avoiding me. Very annoyed and will just go to abc or elsewhere today. He knew what he was talking about, HE, a blond kind of bigger man, I believe his name was Nathan, was very informative. But I had to wait on him because the others would just turn their backs and pretend to stock.Lost a good customer rebuilding his truck. Thank you.

Was asked to wait so he could clear the floor a hour and 15 minutes I waited while they kept helping new costumers and all I needed to do was return 1 bottle of break fluid which then took him 2 seconds to tell me he couldn't give me my $7.49 back that's redicules so still have a big bottle of break fluid I don't need need some brake fluid let me know lol but that's some b.s. to me

I am absolutely thankful for the guys at Auto Zone in Longview, Texas on Highway 80.They helped me with a new battery for my car.My old one was just shot and just not holding a charge any longer, so I went in and had to buy a brand new one, being my old one was no longer under warranty, and the guys there helped to get the old one off and install the new one, all within 15 minutes!I was in and out of the store and back on the road, within that time frame.Thank you so much, Auto Zone!I will definitely be back!

Took car to on Estes park way to get my battery checked the machine said it was good took it to the dealership and had to buy a new battery still had a warrant on it Auto Zone . The didn't want to replace it the believed there machine. Will never recommend them to anyone else.
