We are so pleased with the service we received from Automotive Supercenter on the Loop today. When a vehicle went down unexpectedly, they were able to get it towed to the shop, diagonised and part ordered in 45 minutes. Which I know is not always possible, but it was so appreciated. We are picking it up today. Their communication and efficiency were 5 star. Thank you to Justin for keeping us in the loop the whole way and getting our vehicle back to us the same day.

My husband has had work done on his truck he left an old debit card in the armrest not thinking anything of it...We Left the truck in their care and left to go out of town while out of town my husband noticed pending transactions coming from the card we knew was in the truck .We Call to complain about it and Nothing was done!!!! they claimed he was fired but we weren't even giving the employee name who done it so we could press charges....No Integrity and No moral!!!! Save yourself Alot of trouble!!!

I brought my 2014 jeep on because the ac was making gurgling noises and quit blowing cold air. Over $600 later, they said it was fixed it was leaking at the valves. 3 days later, it's making the same noise. I brought it back, and they said the compressor was leaking and cracked. I asked how that was missed and was told I must have hit a rock....mmm no you missed it. So now, $860 more, we will see how long this lasts for. The staff was polite and the service fast. They even gave us a ride since we're from out of state. I'd give more stars, but I was charged twice for recharge of the system, and it just seems to be covenant that the compressor was damaged 3 days later.

First time I used Automative super center. They were friendly fast and very professional. They gave me an accurate diagnosis and go my jeep in the road and running. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great automotive repair center.

I had concerns with my car smoking and overheating. Had a diagnostics test done, and though for the year of my car (2003) and the cost of repairs (very fair), I decided to not go through with it. I will say, I received excellent and knowledgeable customer service which is so important! Thank you Justin, and I will definitely be back when I need any auto services done.

We've lived around Longview for 12 years, and we've taken all our cars to these guys. Time after time they show a commitment to honesty, care, and clear communication. Our latest vehicle lasted 270k miles under their capable hands.

This place is outstanding!!!! I brought my 2006 crown Vic in due to the fact that it was leaking transmission fluid while I was refilling a transmission and after I had replaced the fluid pan. Come to find out I forgot about the dang torque converter still being full and overfilled the transmission. They got me out within a couple of hours even though Justin had said that he probably wouldn't have been able to get to my car until the following morning.. Great service!!!

We are extremely grateful to the young men at automotive super center on the loop in Longview TX. Micheal at the front desk has been very patient and polite during our entire process. Justin and his crew assessed my car and figured out what was wrong with it in a very timely manner!! The work was done properly and I was quoted a fair price. The owner Mr. Gordy is an awesome man of God and has a stellar crew that works for him! I can't recommend this shop highly enough! Iwas quoted a fair price over the phone,told my car would be ready the same day,and all with a warranty that is unparralled. I own a 2004 Lincoln Town car and like most my air ride suspension went out. For all of you who wonder about the conversion from air ride to standard suspension...THIS IS THE PLACE!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

They were immensely helpful and treated me as a competent individual. They gave me news bluntly and very straight forward without being condecending. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone who needs anything done.Edit: Justin is a godsend! We had an overheating transmission and took the car in to have the thermostat replaced last second and they squeezed us in. After we were on the road for an hour, the transmission overheated again so Justin went well out of his way to keep in contact and offer possible solutions, eventually narrowing down the issue and giving me instructions on how to fix it myself over 300 miles away. After draining excess transmission fluid (the source of the issue, but hard to check due to the trans being CRV) we were back up and running. Without his assistance during and especially after the visit, we would have had to stop every 30 minutes to let our car cool or possibly kill our trans. If you have any issue, come here and they'll treat you incredibly well and get you on the road. Took my pickup in to have my A/C checked and upon diagnosis learned it was completely done for. Was quoted a price and completion date by Mike. They were very quick to get started on it and get everything taken care of. Beyond fair on there price and they go above and beyond for there customer satisfaction. I ll gladly continue to use them anytime I am in the etex area and need work done on my pickup. Thank you again for all the hard work guys !!!!Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

My boyfriend and I are on a Cross country trip from Tyler, TX to Michigan, our jeep has overheating bad and needed somewhere that could get it in and looked at fast. The guys here have been awesome in getting it in and looked at/fixed up so we could get on the road the next day. Awesoome and friendly service professionals that dont treat you as inferirror if you dont know everything there is to know about cars like so many shops do. We will probally never be down in Longview again but we both highy recommend them and are very happy with the service and understanding that is was a very last minute not scheduled.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I Called the head to order tires. Got there said it would be two 2 hours for two new tires and rotation of the old. Had a couple of drop-offs ahead of me okay. 4 hours later they brought my car up with no rotation new tires mounted in wrong location. He said I could come back next day to to fix it.

This comment is just from my experience...Pro: they were very nice.However, I called around to get prices for a tune up and oil change, this place quoted me $300-$500 depending on the labor and additional stuff to do in the car. Eh, not my favorite prices, but I was desperate for the maintenance because I had planned a birthday trip to Arkansas the following week. Brought it in at 9am and waited all day for my car, I assumed there were already people before me for services too. I get a call later in the evening that they're having trouble with taking out the old spark plugs, had to drill them out, had to keep the car overnight, and by the way, it's additional labor charges per plug. No charge for the overnight stay, thankfully. Picking up my car the next day, I paid them under $1,000 . for an oil change and a tune up . Again, desperate for the maintenance and I wanted to make sure I didn't have any problems with the car on my road trip to Arkansas. Coincidentally, halfway through the road trip to Arkansas, my car broke down on hwy 30 in Texarkana, called a tow truck, and paid the nice tow guy $275 to take me off the highway. So, didn't have my birthday trip and have no car until I can find another mechanic to check what happened to my car. For that price I paid, I shouldn't have had this problem.Out of money and no car- totally worth it!Don't care if the parts have warranty, they are never touching my car again.

Might very well be the best auto repair in the Longview area. Always a pleasure doing business with them Got my truck inspected quick. When the starter went out, they fixed me right up. Worked on my other trucks too. I highly recommend this company.

I love this place. It's nice knowing you can go into a facility and have them evaluate your concern and give you an honest assessment. We took our vehicle in after the dealership told my wife certain repairs were needed on our brakes because of squeaking. Automotive Super Centers did an evaluation and determined we still had several thousands of miles in available use before they felt it was necessary to change them. They could have done the work and we wouldn't have known the difference. If it's needed they will tell you, and if it's not, they will tell you that as well.

You can always depend on them to be honest with you. We have been taking my husband's 1999 ford f150 to them the past few years for AC. They get it going right every time. Of course as old as the vehicle is it does need the whole air conditioning system replaced but they did not put any pressure on him to get it done now. Maybe by the time we have to have all of that done he will have something newer. These guys are awesome!

I m not sure the man s name that helped me today but I will definitely be back! He was super nice and explained things to me as a quick lube place left something unplugged after an oil change/air filter change and told me to go to a mechanic because he didn t know what was wrong. The Automotive Super Center employee fixed my problem in less than a few minutes. I am definitely recommending this place as they will take great care of you! Won t be back to a quick lube place, but will definitely be back here!

Great place to take your car for quality service. A bit backed up at times but they'll fight to get you and out accordingly. Great customer service. So if you're having car problems give em a call at one of 3 locations located in longview and you'll be back on the in no time.

BEWARE PLEASE !!!!I brought my car here today to have an issue looked at. They listed out several things wrong, including an oil change, which was the first red flag, of multiple, as it had very recently been changed. They quoted me over $1500 for everything it needed, but they seemed quite suspicious about it so I took the car to NTB right up the road for a second opinion. They ran a full inspection for free on the spot (ASC charged me). NTB told me everything on the car was in good shape except the battery was just bad. They suggested I go to oreillys as it would be about a $100 fix. Automotive supercenter flat out lied to me about things being wrong with my car that were perfectly fine. They put together an invoice for over $1500 for me today for nonexistent problems(one of the items being a new battery for almost $400), while NTB was incredibly honest and transparent with me, and saved me from getting scammed here. I beg you, get a second opinion if you go here, because they are flat out lying to people and stealing from them as of 10/11/2021.

Usual go to business for various auto needs that they can do to avoid going to a dealer and paying a lot more. Best thing is the free tire check and repair. I can get into a unlucky streak of low tire pressure and they can quickly check and patch most problems, or inform you you may need new tires if hit in the wrong area.
