Great experience with my car that needed suspension work done. Took me into the work area to explain and show me what the problem was and it is appreciated. Worked me into their busy schedule and 100% sure will return with any other car repair I may need in the future. Matt was very helpful keeping me informed throughout the process.

They try to put everything on the bill they can get by with and very condescending and rude if you do not take there recommendations.The oil leak is understandable wanting to add 2000$ worth of stuff when a women goes up there is wrong. That vehicle was in there a month ago and you didn t find anything. Granted a leak could ve happened in that time frame. But not brakes, struts, coolant, and the other 10 things tacked on.

Had a great experience today. I have been going to this location for the last year. Anytime I have maintenance or car troubles, this is my go-to place. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection, and found out that I also needed new tires. Godfrey took care of me and found a fair price for a full set and had them delivered and installed in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate that they take care of their customers and don't try to add on anything unnecessary.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection

Took my car in this morning (6-3-22) due to a bad cable causing my gear shift to get stuck and got it back the same afternoon. Godfrey was amazing! His customer service was excellent! 11/30/22 I called and spoke to a gentleman about getting my car inspected but I work all week 8-5. I can t remember his name, maybe started with J or G, told me to come in after 5 and they d fix me up. My check engine light came on and I took my car here. Even though they were extremely busy, they had my car diagnosed and fixed within the week. What an amazing group of people!! So knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Godfrey is such a pleasure to do business with. This is the only repair shop in Longview that we will take our vehicles for repairs. Right when I walked in the front door I knew that I was in the right place and that I could trust them. I generally don't like to write reviews after one or two visits in case my visit (good or bad) is a one-off. That being case, I have had nothing but wonderful help and service here. I've had some repairs done, routine check-ups and, in this last visit, tire replacement and alignment. Chandler helped me this last time and was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Chandler also is not alone in this assessment. Everybody here fits into this description. One of my favorite things is they don't try to add extra to what you need done. They simply inform you that an inspection was done, send it to your phone and advise you review it and ask them if you have any questions or concerns. As usual, Godfrey, Matt and this last time, Mike as well, helped me get everything I needed done in a timely matter working me in on my usual short notice. They saved me hundred of dollars on the high performance tires I have to get for my car. Godfrey and Chandler are spot on; friendly and very professional! Both were upfront about timeline before we got started, communicated with me throughout and exceeded expectations. I ve always done my vehicle repairs myself, afraid to take them to a service center. I came in with what I thought was a simple repair but they did a complete diagnostic and told me exactly what I needed. Then they found other issues while working on my vehicle. The technician contacted Mr. Godfrey and they both showed me. They went above and beyond to meet my vehicle and my financial issues. Chandler Gordy was not only professional, he made me feel like family every time we had a conversation about my vehicle. He was totally up front about what he could and couldn t do. He made recommendations about the course of action I should take. He made sure to keep me up to date on my repair status. All in all, he made a bad event (losing my cars engine) into a positive outcome. I highly recommend Automotive Super Center.Service: Engine repair

Wow!! The brakes on my 15-passenger started grinding so I called chandler at 8:30am, and when I told him he was like come now! We will find you a way home- but come now. That s not safe. So I had three kids under 5, and not only was the office staff insanely understanding of me playing goalie with these kids bouncing all over the place, but they got me a ride home until they finished the breaks on my van. I am grateful they could get me in so quick to keep me and my kids safe. Thank you Chandler for being awesome and so good at customer service!! After I took my wife to a doctor's appointment, my car would not start even after getting a jump. I called several repair shops and chose Automotive Support center. They gave me the best quote and the quickest turn around time. They performed a detailed diagnostic and pinpointed the problem. Once I authorized the repair, it took them less than three hours to complete the work. Not only that, the final cost was less than the initial quote. Everyone there was knowledgeable and professional. I especially appreciated how Godfrey explained the results of the tests and the recommended course of action for the repairs.
