This place use to be a good place to take all my car's..While they close at 5pm if you take a car at 4 just to inspected they don't want to do it because they star wrapping things up an hour before closing time Now Looking for something with better customer service..

They did an excellent job. I had a clogged catalytic converter. They verified what the previous shop had diagnosed BEFORE any work was done.. I appreciated the second opinion. They do not take appointments, so I was their when they opened on a Saturday. They performed the work quickly and was $60 below the estimate. This is my first time with them, and I highly recommend them for exhaust work. They do more, but I have not tried them for other work. Would not hesitate to go back when I need brake work.

Trust, value, competency is becoming harder and harder to find lately in the automotive and service industries. However, These guys are great. They are fairly priced, knowledgeable, and explain what they are and aren't able to do for the customer. Bottom line you will not go wrong with the company.

Showed up on a Friday morning when they opened with 2 people ahead of me. They were able to get my exhaust installed and I was gone by 9:30. Great pricing and service. The exhaust came with wrong hardware for the tips. I came back once I received the hardware and they installed/adjusted the tips. Will use them again in the further.

Brand new to the Longview area I stopped in this morning hoping these people could help me out. They were amazing extremely friendly and completely affordable. The two gentlemen in the shop they knew their business and they were fast and efficient. The young lady behind the counter very pleasant to deal with. Just moved up from South Padre I like the people here in Longview and the way they do business so much better then any experience I had in Fort Worth or in South Padre Island All Star Muffler is definitely what it says in the name.

Very friendly helpful staff. I called at 3:15 and ask if they could put a factory muffler on my truck if I was there in 15min, she said yes and they had my new muffler on by 5:00 AND charged me $40 less than I was initially quoted! Highly recommend these guysService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I took my Corvette to have some exhaust fitment issues resolved and All Star did a great job taking care of the issues. They assured me it would be done by close of business - it wasn t.They promised it would be done first thing, we open at 8am come on.Even with huge windows from the lobby, the techs just stand there talking for 49 minutes, until I get mad and ask when will they start??They say one guy is waiting on gloves, but why is it nobody else can work.Over 2 hours later still waitingI will never use or recommend this shop to anyone .

Very professional and friendly! The young lady took her time to explain the process of what was going to be done to my truck. The technician that was doing the job also took the time to show me what was being done and even recommended some options. I highly recommend the shop for your exhaust needs! Very pleased and they have a loyal customer from now on!

Took my 2021 Ram 1500 in this morning (3/27/2021) to have a Magnaflow exhaust put on. Their customer service was very nice, courteous and professional. Even though they were busy, they got my truck right in and out with 0 issues and now it looks and sounds great! Their prices were great as well. Took my camaro for some exhaust modifications, corrections and new tips. Cameron was very polite, professional and had great attention to detail. He made sure that the tip alignment was correct and I was satisfied with the result of his work. I will definitely be coming back for all of my exhaust work! Thank you!

Here's the deal. Spent $326 for catalytic converter replacement after they told me that's what it needed. Then they said it's running better, but you need a tune-up, another $228. Nope, and no. I'm not buying it, and it's not running better. Then I asked for the old converter and they said all I could get for it would be $30-$40. (Which is still worth my time) I got $180 for that converter. That NO finishes it with ever going back.Service: Exhaust

I have used this shop extensively and despite spending TONS of money there they've only successfully fixed the problem about half the time. The employees there have actively MADE FUN OF ME for things well beyond my control and have acted like all kinds of things were my fault. I would advise you to avoid these people and this business. They were my top choice for a number of years but I'm not going back there again. The last three visits left my wallet drained but the mechanical issues I hired them to fix were NOT FIXED. 3 strikes, you're out, in my opinion. Most recently, the vehicle was actually WORSE when I got it back than when I took it in. On two occasions I had the suspicion that they charged me for work that they didn't even do.

Best place ever! My air conditioning wasn't working. Turns out it was air filters that cost $10 more than I had. They got them for me and put them in for what I had. Didn't charge me for labor or all the other things that was done . No other place will touch my car again!

I called multiple times and was told to come by later in the afternoon and they would be able to fit me in. I called back the first time and they said that they had over booked and would not be able to get me in that day. I showed up the other two days and was told the same exact thing. This place has wasted so much of my time and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially if they are limited on time!!!

Prompt friendly service for a fair price.They had some complications because the exhaust flange was warped but it didn't reflect in the bill and it even ended up being wten dollars less than the phone quote

Always greated by the girls at the counter with a warm smile! Very helpful! They work with you and don't over charge or try to trick you into fixing something thats not broken. NOT recommended!My wife and I have had service here for years, never a problem. Well, that is over. I had a complete brake job done and there were problems from the start. The parking brake was not adjusted correctly so I did a minor adjustment myself. The major adjustment has to be made at the wheel with the drum removed. I thought when I had a free day I would make an appointment and have it adjusted properly.The brake couldn't wait that long so it just fell apart on the loop and created a heck of a noise as the parts fell apart inside the drum. I brought it to them and explained that the innards had come apart while driving.Upon inspection, the cable clip was deformed and unusable. The manager/owner said he would order one and "make it good". Great!First, the part received was "the wrong part. Then after several trips to have the repair done and multiple phone calls I was told that it is a "dealer item". ??? So, order it from the dealer!To make a long and tortuous story shorter, The part was never received and the repair was never performed. I don't think the manager/owner ever planned to make the repair "good". It's been months now and I have never been recontacted. Parking break unusable, and in Longview, where there are very few level parking spaces, there is a lot of undue stress on the locking mechanism in an automatic transmission.The good? Friendly staff and clean environment. The bad? Mediocre mechanics and deceptive attitude when it comes to correcting a botched repair.If you have a repair done and it works? Great!If there is a problem? Sorry, You're on your own!

Have been here a couple times for some quick welds. They got me right in and out and they have a nice waiting room. Friendly staff too. Anytime I need exahust work done I'll be coming here.

I went in for a front stablizer install and they didn t even put it on the right way the first time , had to show there people how it goes on and then they put it on again and took it right back off ! Even though it was right the 2 Nd time also charge me labor for it !!! They tried to argue with me when I told them it wasn t right to charge labor and it s still not put on !! I will be turning them in to the better business bureau since they won t give me a refund ! Won t see me or my friends back in there for sure !

For the record, I don't work there. I had dual exhaust with a Flowmaster muffler installed on my F150 about a year ago. It's been great. Dropped it off and they had it complete that afternoon. I had a hanger break, they fixed it on my lunch break. Great customer service.
