Do not use Action Towing!!! My moma paid to have my cousins car towed from the hwy 80 rescue mission, he s homeless. They don t tell you when you run your credit card that you have to select a box whether you want to leave a tip or not. It was raining and my moma signed it boom, $29 tip! Nice way to get extra money from unsuspecting customer. I called the manager and she said don t you look at your receipt. They should make you aware of this, simple. I couldn t select no stars

First I want to apologize for becoming so angry on the phone call with your dispatcher yesterday. That was impolite and quite out of character for me.I am contacting you to ask about the events that transpired and the behavior of your staff with the service call from my husband yesterday. I am hoping you can clear up some questions I have.My husband called for tow service at 5:20 pm from I-20 at approximately exit 591. He talked to the dispatcher who connected him with a driver. The driver said he was in Hallsville, about 15 miles away, and was heading towards my husband's location. My husband told the driver that he wanted a tow to Marshall, but he was not sure of which auto shop. He said he would talk to his wife and let the tow driver know where to go when he arrived. He was NOT told that he was required to call back with a location in order to receive service.I drove from Jefferson to his location. He waited on the highway in over 108 degree heat, with a heat index of over 112, for over 1 and 1/2 hours.Your staff did not call him back to tell him they were not coming or ask if he still needed service. When I arrived he was on a call with your dispatcher and found out she had told the driver to return to the shop. Needless to say we were shocked, confused, and incensed upon hearing this.How could a service company, or any decent person, knowingly leave someone stranded on the highway in those conditions and not even have the conscience or concern to call them back. Seriously, my husband called for tow service and help from a company that is supposed to provide exactly that, and your company's staff didn't have enough concern for someone's well being and safety to call them back and ask if they still needed service or even let him know that they were not coming. Irresponsible, uncaring and negligent only begin to describe the actions of your staff. Believe me, anger does not come close to how we feel.Your dispatcher's excuse was that my husband did not call her back and give her an exact location in Marshall where the car was to be towed. As I stated before, he was not told by the dispatcher or driver that they would not show up if he didn't call her back. Considering the conditions, why didn't either of them call him back? Marshall is a small, easy to navigate town, so why would the delay of an exact location constitute abandoning someone on the highway during a severe heat advisory without even the courtesy of a call?When I called to ask your dispatcher these questions she became defensive and rude. Once she started yelling at me, I responded with the same inappropriate behavior. I am sorry for doing that but I cannot excuse your dispatcher or driver for their behavior or lack of concern for the safety and well-being of my husband. I am hoping you can explain this behavior to me or at least assure me that this is not the way you expect your employees to treat people.

I broke down in Carthage, Tx and they went to service my truck and found out i needed a tow because my air confessor went out, they really took care of my vehicle and were very reasonable in pricing! I truly recommend this place!

Call this company and a very friendly and helpful man Tyler Hayes came quickly. Towed our family car to the shop and even drove my husband back home afterwards. It has been an excellent experience. I called this location at 12 at night. A wonderful woman named Lisa answered the phone and was able to speak to me about my issues. I had just had a blowout on the side of 1-20 all alone. She even recommended me to a spot where i could even get roadside assistance if she wasn t able to help. But she definitely helped. Another great guy TJ came and assisted me with the car and towed me home. He took great care and got me home safely! Action towing arrived within 30 minutes of the actual call, both my daughter and I and our car were quickly loaded up. During the ride to the dealership, Lee was friendly and helpful with local information. Driver was very cordial. Dispatcher helped to find an after hours tire service. Driver waited with us until the owner of the tire shop arrived!! Very satisfied with the Action Towing!!

I will definitely use them again if I break down again down there for sure. They were all very professional and did there best to get the job done and to get me back on the road as fast as they could. The final bill with the work they did and the tow bill wasnt bad at all definitely good pricing. Even if im not broke down and just passing through and want something looked at will use these guys. They worked on my 18 wheeler so any drivers that need help and are around marshall I recommend giving them a call.Service: Special vehicle towing

From the moment I called to the time the wrecker left my house the people I interacted with were great. They were very quick getting to me and very good on price for a long distance haul. The TWO Drivers Were Very Professional And Friendly!! The First Driver Was Polite And Very Helpful. He Was Not Able To Assist Us But Did Not Leave Us Stranded Alone Either. I was stuck with U-Haul truck and towing car on a steep slope of dead end parking lot. Caleb Thomas, a company employee, helped me out to get out. Needed a 53 step deck semi trailer stacked on to another trailer. They were available that night but we agreed the daylight would be better for loading and scheduled it for 7:30 the next morning. I DONT KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN BUT I REACHED OUT TO ACTION TOWING IN THE EARLY PART OF THE MORNING FOR TOWING SERVICE AND THEY CAME STRAIGHT OUT IN A TIMELY MATTER THE DRIVING WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A GREAT JOB ON HOOKING TO MY VEHICLE AND GETTING IT AND ME BACK TO THE SHOP SAFELY AFTER GETTING IT BACK TO THE SHOP THE CREW SERVICE MY VEHICLE AND WHILE I WAIT THEY INVITED ME TO THERE LOUNGE FOR COMFORT AS I WAIT IT TURNED OUT TO BE A MOTOR ISSUE AND THEY ALLOWED ME TO STAY AND WAIT ON MY RIDE AND IN THE PROCESS THEY TOOK ME TO GET FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS AND ALSO ALLOWED ME TO LEAVE MY TRAILER UNTIL I CAN COME BACK AND GET IT MY EXPERIENCE THERE WAS AWESOME GREAT FREINDLY STAFF I WOULD RECOMMEND ACTION TOWING TO ANYONE IN THE AREA THANKS ACTION TOWING FOR YOUR GREAT HOSPITALITY Service: Special vehicle towing
