Called to check on auto battery manufacturing dates. Jesus checked and I picked a new Optima Red Top battery up at the HWY 80 location ten minutes later. Checked the battery charge status at home - it was 85%, Battery Health was 100%. Charged overnight to 100% and installed it ahead of Deep Freeze 2024. My vehicle started four days later without hesitation. Good service, many thanks!

Questionable when it comes to picking the correct part. Some attitudes are less than desirable. I guess you're only as good as the computer inputs

ABC Longview store Nick was so incredibly patient while troubleshooting over the phone a ladies car that was melting wires under the hood. He was very knowledgeable about the different parts and after the store closed he stayed on the phone answering more questions. Thank you Nick!

Tim was such an amazing help! Very quick to help me find the right bulb for my car and even helped me change it. Service was timely, building was clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

As usual, ABC Auto Parts helped me with the upmost professionalism, courtesy, and respect! No matter which facility I patronize for my automobile needs, ABC Auto Parts has the well informed and trained staff on duty that make sure that I get the right part the first time. There was a time that I needed an electronic part and could not find one. Even though they could have ordered one for me, I needed it in order to get back on the road home. They called around and eventually found the obscure part for me. I have had nothing but very good experiences with this company and plan to continue to patronize them and recommend anyone to do the same.

Small hiccup in finding a part, one man couldn't find, other parts store found with ease. The manager here offered ordering and was fast and seemed very knowledgeable. I will continue doing business with ABC and keep recommending.

Convenient location, friendly staff, super helpful.I had a suspicion that I needed a new battery for my 4Runner. They tested the amps/voltage on my existing battery and deemed that it was indeed going bad. They fixed me up with a new battery at a good price and even installed it for me.Will use them for future automotive needs.

Tried to return a alternator under warranty and the assistant manager raised his voice at my mama and said the part wasn t bad and come to find out the part really was bad. We finally got it fixed after 4 trips to this store do not recommend this store.

The guy that helped me was amazing! I was short of money for the part I desperately needed, and he helped me find an option I could afford. THAT is great customer service in the community! I will never buy parts anywhere else!

Understaffed. Only one guy working on a battery and another came back from somewhere to check people out. He was super slow and it was a Sunday afternoon with 7 people ahead of me in a very slow line. I decided to wait until the next morning and go to the parts store at the end of my street. Definitely not worth the drive out 259.

This parts store stands out from any others I ve used. I ve had the best experiences I ve ever had in a part store when I started using the ABC Auto on 259 N in Longview. The manager is on point and really knows his parts to vehicles, from old to new, top to bottom, bumper to bumper! His team is courteous and kind to customers and they give off positive vibes indicating they enjoy their job and do it with pride. No customers will feel uncomfortable doing business here because the employees don t treat you like an inconvenience! It will be the only part store I use from now on and I have to drive out of the way to get there. Great job by this team of employees!

Very clean store, very easy access and knowledgable drawback is they do not carry any detailing or car cleaning products parts and fluids which is still the necessities well within the comparative of the competitor's price range. And they do have hard to get items with fast delivery on ordering better than most. Overall a to the point auto part store

Next day delivery on a K&N 77 series air intake for my F150. Install was quick and smooth and the guy who did it was polite, professional and made sure I was satisfied. Great install service.

Excellent Service and quality parts. Each time I go the manager Zach Brady is at the front desk and always assist me in finding the right part for my truck. Will continue to go to this ABC over autozone or oreillys

Have used this location several times in the past and had installations done there with good results, however this time I was NOT expressed at ALL and will not have anything installed at this location again.

I purchased a cover for my truck and was told no holes would be grilled in bed of truck. Two holes were drilled in bed, I asked for insulation instructions and any other to be given to me but was not, I asked that any plugs or anything removed to be given to me but they were not. Cover is fine so far but other service was bad.

Good newer store of the abc chain.. more geared towards trucks so they had exactly what I was looking for and didn't have to make 2 trips to their warehouse on hwy 80 also.. no machine shop here is disappointing. Only abc machine shop is now at the newest store on Estes parkway across from Walmart
