Absolutely the fastest service I have ever experienced with an automotive repair shop. They were friendly and professional. Also, when the Ford house quoted $600 for replacing serpentine belt, 299 did it for less than $120. I will be a return customer.

Barry and his guys at 299 Automotive do great work! He diagnosed my problem quickly and I had my car back within one day! Prices are very reasonable and he contacted me a few days later to check on my car ! Great customer service!Highly recommended them and they will be my go to auto shop!

Berry at 299 Automotive was absolutely amazing all around. It was approximately 12:30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon Halloween. I contacted Berry at 299 Automotive regarding my car not starting. I asked him if by chance he had the time to take a look and if needed replace my starter. He was extremely busy on this day. I explained my situation saying that I m from Dallas and was supposed to pick up my Dog Zeus from The Animal Protection League where he was in the process of receiving a Surgery and that I really needed to be there to pick him up before 4 pm. He said he would take a look to bring it by. 30 minutes later I was there and Berry went to Work Immediately Diagnosing my Vehicle and within Seconds said he could fix it and have me on my way so I could get my boy. He was extremely considerate and understanding, very Friendly and Honest. Great prices . I Recommend 299 Automotive and Speak with Berry. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Barry and his guys do excellent work!! I have had to take my truck up there for various issues now, and he has always taken good care of me!! If you have been putting off finding out, (and fixing) whatever that noise your car or truck is making, because you don't know who to trust. Go to 299 Automotive!!!

Barry is our go to auto repair mechanic. He is helping us keep our 2002 GMC pick up on the road! The last trip for repairs was for an it won t start problem which was diagnosed and repaired in one workday after the truck was towed to 299 Automotive after business hours on a Friday evening. The owner and his wife was very nice I have not had major work done but what I did have done he was done with a couple of hours and very reasonable check them out if you are looking for a good shop they are tucked off but that BIG OL NEON GREEN SIGN will get you right to them lol..Thanks a bunch I will be back when needed...

299 Automotive is the real deal.Unbelievable service. Barry talked to me about my problem and I set an appointment. My truck was good to go the same day of my appointment. I was very surprised at the low $ cost.Barry even texted me a couple of days later and asked if everything was good and if not to let him know. WOW, that's incredible. Rest assured I will go back to 299 Automotive when I have other issues with my vehicles.

They are very professional and honest with diagnosing your vehicle problem. The first time I used them, Nissan dealership in Longview, Tx was telling me I needed a new motor for my vehicle. My vehicle wasn t firing on 0ne cylinder so I replaced the plug and coil cap. That didnt work. Nissan insisted that I needed a new motor. So I took my vehicle to 299 automotive and they reset the code and my vehicle has been running fine every sinceService: Auto engine diagnostic

My husband took my moms vehicle to 299 automotive and the service was instantly great. A no bull service with up front communication about your vehicle needs and cost. Very prompt very honest highly recommended. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. My mom has her vehicle back and feels safe again driving it.

I met Barry shortly after they first opened for business. Being a truck mechanic myself I have a unique perspective on what I expect in my vehicle repair. Barry never fails to deliver and always is very fair on pricing. I also send my mother's car to him because I don't want to worry that needed repairs are completed in a timely manner, the charges are appropriate and there is never any bill padding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 299 Automotive.

Friendly staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my concerns. I've brought two difference vehicles here and was treated professionally and promptly. Quality work isn't cheap, cheap work isn't quality. I took my truck in on a Friday, he diagnosed the problem around mid-day and fixed the problem and got my truck back to me the same day. A++

Very polite and no pressure of "it needs to be fixed now". As I drove away, I immediately felt and noticed the difference in the way my truck drove. Plan on going back to get other things fixed and the owner told me if I buy the parts that they are willing to put it on so I can save money that way.

He's very patient! Because I know I'm a hand full. He will get your car done in a timely manner, also call and text with updates on the ends and out of whats going on with your vehicle. They are very professional and kind! That's all I ask for. I'm glad my husband stumbled upon them!!
