The front desk was extremely rude. When we called and made the reservation and reserved a suite they did not mention any hidden fees upon arrival they made us aware there is a $10 person fee added when theres more then 2 people in a room. Id recommend at check in to go in without added people. The breakfast is extremely limited and the pool and rooms are filthy. Its clear they do the bare minimum of just emptying garbages and making the beds. Dust everywhere. The rooms are dark as theres very limited lighting. If i visited llano again id stay at the best western.

Checked in to a very HOT room because AC was off. They do not turn on their AC s prior to your arrival!!!!! There is NO possible way to cool a second story room on a 100+ degree day in central Texas. How can they expect anyone to check in & wait for their room to reach a normal temp?!We were headed to camp pickup & chose this location because of its proximity. We checked in and waited for almost 2 hrs for the room to cool off . We were sweating & miserable. There was no possibility of going to sleep. We called the front desk to inquire about a fan - which their response was we have tons. Obviously they know this is a problem. They brought a fan that clearly was not going to be able to help the current situation. We drove to Austin to find some real AC.Avoid the trap - miserable, miserable, miserable!!!!!Will not be back to this hotel ever again.

Only problem is no cold shower, room 111. Nice front desk ladyEdit, just got back to a hot room after working in 100+ degrees all day. Don t mess with folks AC when you clean the room, they ve paid to have a room of their liking, this includes climate.

We got there around 10 pm on a freeze night. Front door was locked and nobody at the front desk. After 3 times phone calling, a gentleman ( owner?) came to open and check us in. Clearly we woke him up. His mood was far away to be courteous or welcoming. The room was dusty. Bathroom old, towels dirty and very little toiletries for a room where three people are supposed to stay. Breakfast? A joke, literally! Not worth the $138 we paid for the night

My husband and I stay at this Days Inn every time we go to the Texas Hill Country or west Texas (we live in the Houston/Galveston area). This is the nicest Days Inn we have ever stayed at! The furniture has a very nice rustic look. The rooms are huge, comfortable, clean and have amazing water pressure. I have long hair so I'm always super excited to come across good water pressure. On one stay, I had forgot a pair of earrings (full of sentimental value) and I called the front desk asking about them once I realized I had left them behind. This friendly, family run business not only saved my earrings for me but held onto them for 3 months before I was able to return and retrieve them! What an absolute delight to interact with this family! Thank you so much - we will continue to choose Days Inn & Suites in Llano (Deer Capital of Texas and conveniently located right around the corner from Cooper's BBQ).

This was a nice clean place to stay. The place was pretty full, but we heard no noise from anyone. The only staff I saw was the guy who checked me in. They offered some sort of breakfast, but I am a Whataburger person, so I did not stick around to find out how it was. Every hotel I stay at has some sort of baseboard issue in the bathroom. So long as it is not moldy I don't worry about it. I will stay there again when I am there the next time.

Great experience. Room was very roomy and cleaned on our arrival. Great visit. No noise or loud customers. The only drawback was the continental breakfast. They only had waffles and Danishs, fruit, toast and coffee. I guess cooked breakfast are a thing of the past now.Overall great vist. Recommend it.

Y all I wasn t sure when I booked, but it was a great choice! Very clean! No carpet which is a huge plus!! The only issue I had was my own sensitivity to the laundry soap or fabric softener. If you are sensitive to fragrance you may want to bring your own pillow case. The fabric smelled wonderful and my sister could barely smell it, but I m super sensitive and don t use fragrance at home so it was over powering for me when I snuggled down into my blankets and pillows. However, can I really complain that the sheets smelled too clean, no! Great small town hotel!

I am super picky with hotels and can honestly say I was highly impressed with this one! Super clean and has comfy beds. Only dislike is the very small selection of breakfast they offer. Again, LOVE it and will definitely be staying again though.

Towels were old and dirty, Bedsheets were never changed, floors were never cleaned and a lot of dust everywhere. The couple at the front desk are rude and mean(I think they are the owners) They would also assist in cleaning the rooms.(they would go through our personal belongings) We reported having a dog and paid the fee. Later we were told we needed to leave because of our dog and still kept our money. We weren t allowed to walk our pet in their property. The front desk male would always come and confront my 13 year old, instead of coming to me. Mind you almost all of their rooms including mine were booked by the same person. Every time the couple saw us they would start talking about us in their language(nothing wrong with that) but the bad part is that I could understand what they were saying. I guessed they just assumed since they only heard us speak English and Spanish that I wouldn t understand or speak other languages. If I could give them a 0 I would. The only reason they are still in business is because they aren t many hotels near here. But if it was put to their personally and hospitality they would of been out of business long ago. Horrible experience.

We stayed there this weekend. The room was very clean and the customer service was great. The last time we stayed last year it was a different story. I was so pleased and I look forward to my family reunion next year now even more because we have a nice place to stay. Oh and the pool was so much cleaner and the towels were fresh and smelled clean. Very happy

Very nice hotel nestled in a quiet area with a few dinner options within arms reach of the hotel. I had the pleasure of staying here for the night after the truck broke down on the way to Austin. Room seems to have been recently renovated and has been decorated with what feels like a slight Texan accent furniture and fixtures making it feel more of a home than a hotel room. Very clean all around. The plus part is they are pet friendly as I had my four legged companion accompanying me on my trip and only charged a low reasonable fee for having him in my room. Front staff is very friendly and great at their duties. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose a handicap room as we are elderly. The bed was so high we could not get in and out without using a chair. It was a comfortable bed but just too darn high. In a handicap room everything should be accessible. The bed was not.should be easil

Worst place I have EVER stayed. I will NEVER be staying there again. They are such rude people and they spy on you/ watch you on cameras outside constantly. They make up ridiculous rules on the spot like no guests after 9 pm. And they hate animals. They didn t have to be so rude and weird. That s why I felt like I should leave this review.

Great location, super friendly staff, great room service, clean rooms, not the best breakfast, but definitely serviceable, and best of all good prices!Book direct through the location, by calling to make everything a bit smoother, and easier on the staff.Great people and I had a great stay.

Nice place. Manager let us stay like 5 hours longer no charge because we didn't check in until 5am and had been driving for 26 hours from up North. Breakfast could've been better. Pet fee is $15 which is really good. Room is HUGE. Nice place. Nice people. Would go again.

I was NOT expecting it to look the way it did. The room was very spacious and clean. There was a smaller TV in the living room area and I'm assuming the couch folded out but don't quote me on that. The bathroom area separated the living room from the bedroom which was nice.

most uncomfortable room I've ever stayed in. Even in the middle of summer (july) they are too cheap to turn the AC on before your arrival. Checked in to a very hot room because AC was off, when i made reservations i speciffically asked for the AC to be on before my arrival and gave them my arrival time. Called to ask to switch rooms, which they did but even that room was extremely hot because the AC was on low and turned all the way up to warmest temp. Its summer people, cool the rooms off to make your guest comfortable. It took hours for our room to cool down enough to where we weren't sweating and could finally go to sleep. Even my 5 year old complained about how hot the room was. Will not be back to this hotel ever again.

This is the second time we've stayed here and it did not disappoint. The rooms are clean, there's a pool, free breakfast and a cool, creepy old church across the street. This is also located within walking distance of the river and downtown Llano. Worth noting, Llano as a town shuts down early so if you want to get a decent bite for dinner, get in well before 9.

Lacking amenities...no TV in sitting area. Outdated almost color TV in bed area. Refrigerator not cooling whatsoever. Dont bring in food or drinks without your own cooler. Beds are hard as it gets. I've stayed in better motels with the rail road. The appearance of clean until you go barefoot from shower. For the money we will stay elsewhere.

The AC did not cool the room properly. The kitchen was infested with those little cockroaches that are thin and get to be about 1 1/2 inches. We turned the lights out and it was game on! The little roaches came out from under the microwave and all around the mini refrigerator. It's deer season in Llano and all the hotels are booked solid, but this place is vacant. There is very little pride in ownership and it shows. The place is for sale and I'm sure it is a poor performer. At $1,750,000 you would think they would polish the apple or at least turn the banana ~
