We don't live in Livingston, just pass through once in a while. A good stop for us to fill our RV onboard propane tank.Always great friendly service, last time we had to fiddle with a couple things for tank access. No problem for them, no attitudes, how nice it is to deal with a good knowledgeable company.Propane, definitely. But if we needed tire(s), they'd be my first stop if we're in the area.

I pulled in at 4pm and the staff waved me straight to a service bay with a smile. All staff were friendly and offered tire recommendations when asked for tire prices. The staff had made sure to ask what surfaces I drive on to ensure that I had the best tire type, then gave two quotes for me to review.

Wonderful service, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Nice lobby and waiting area. Good selection of quality name brand tires and rims. Replaced my headlight bulb, which is no easy task on an Enclave! My 4 new tires are awesome! Their techs rock it out both promptly and professionally.

They were able to diagnose the brake issues on my car, but the issue is something only the dealership can work on. They also did an alignment on my vehicle for a lot less than most places charge!! I like them for most simple vehicle repairs.

Trying to prepare for pending cold weather, needed propane. Tractor Supply was out, $2.99 lb. Went to Premier Tire paid over $4.00 lb. Won't go back.

Good tire shopIf you have a new vehicle this is the place to go for an alignment which not likely your new vehicle needs. If you have an older vehicle, they want to replace your entire front end in order to align. No, must replace all tierod ends, ball joints & shocks or we will not touch it. I went into Houston & NTB did the alignment for 150. Saved me 2,250. Costs more for the alignment but less out of my account over all & NTB said of course all those parts can be replaced on any older vehicle and yes, it takes knowledge and the right equipment to do an alignment.Wish they used seat covers. The manager(?) wanted a mechanic covered in grease and dirt from head to toe, arss to fro, to bring my truck around front. I said i would be happy to get as it was only 30 feet away. Manager(?) insisted so i said thanks and walked to truck to head grease butt off at pass. Manager(?) is a bit of a little bully with a smooth Guido persona. slippery.I heard business is slow but i dont want to be the one they make rent off for the month

Went in with my 13 month old needing an alignment because my car is dangerously all over the road. The man made me feel as tho I was a bother to them given the fact I was going to have to wait on my car because my car is no only means if transportation

Will not be returning and do not recommend using them. Took suburban for one flat repair, tire rotation and balance. Sat in lobby for roughly 30-40 mins with my infant son, so I was happy when they were finished seemed like they worked fast. Paid the fee and thanked the man behind the counter who was very kind. Drove off called my husband and he asked me if the air pressure reads were adjusted as he knew they were off. I explained they what were reading and he told me that doesn't sound right. I then realized the flat that they fixed had a missing hub cap was in the same position on the vehicle. So I called and asked them if the tires we rotated why would the same tire be in the same spot. He said that shouldn't be the case and that I could come back and they can work on it again. I explained to them I was not able to. Not pleased. I didn't think I would have to worry about someone not doing their job.

RANT:I will NEVER use Premier Tire in Livingston, TX again!!!! Months ago I had my brake system serviced (completely replaced) and new tires put on, all with warranty added. Not only did the guy in the front office try not to honor the warranty on my tires, he also refused to replace my brake pads or look over any of the work that had previously been done. Several reputable automotive companies (dealership included) had informed me of faulty work. Again, I go in to have my vehicle serviced under the warranty that was paid for, and he gave me HELL and a whole lot of attitude before agreeing to replace them. Swore up and down that my vehicle was perfectly fine... I trusted him to service my vehicle properly as I would be traveling over 800 miles away (one way).. Fast forward 3 weeks and I find this note from one of the mechanics folded in the receipt while cleaning my car!!! Here I was, thinking I'm tripping for thinking that he had not replaced my brake pads, etc. All the while, he hadn't!!!!!!!

My husband and I are traveling across the country in our RV. Our Jeep had suspension issues in Livingston TX and my husband chose Premier Tire. They were super busy, but when the manager saw we had no other transportation and would have to rent a car, they moved us up. We were out in less than two hours! No price gouging here either. Fair price, friendly, professional service. We were lucky to find this place!

Excellent Service. I needed new tires on my RV. John was great at explaining how one brand fits a certain driving style compared to the other. Everyone was pleasant and helpful even when they were super busy. You guys went above and beyond. My rig rides much smoother and handles better. Thank you.

I would definitely not recommend Premier tire in Livingston, Texas. Went there for an alignment and a rotation and balance for my tires and they couldn t align my vehicle which was understandable but went to rotate and balance my tires and took off the center cap and ran it over, when the center cap didn t even need to be removed. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and I still don t have a center cap and was told it was waiting for me at another store only to find out it s on two weeks back order and the owner thinks that it is not his problem anymore. He truly believes he has the best customer service for any tire store in United States and believes there is no where he can improve. You couldn t pay me to shop here ever again. I would not normally write a review like this because I do understand that problems happen but the pitiful attitude and complete disrespect from the owner really warranted this review.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They drove us to our house so we wouldn't have to wait in the lobby. The manager was very attentive and when we told them we needed to get an inspection done also, they don't do them there, he arranged for it to be done.It is so nice to have people go the extra mile. That is how to do business. We will go back here and recommend them to all our friends. We bought 4 tires for our truck and then went back for 4 more tires for our 5th wheel RV.

Excellent people to do business with who focus on customer satisfaction. A week and 350 miles away from Livingston, we discovered an issue with a new trailer tire that Premier had installed. We had to replace that tire, at additional cost to us, to continue our trip to Arizona. Chuck Robinson was understanding of the situation and refunded the total amount we had originally paid Premier Tire. This speaks volumes about a company that cares about its customers.

I've been up here in Livingston for ten years now. I moved up here from Houston to live with my father. My dad was still driving so I took our two cars to Premier Tire, LLC. for new tires. The 2 gentlemen that helped were extremely polite and patient.I know how to put air in a tire. That is all. One of the employees told me I could bring my car in anytime they are open & somebody will check & air up my tires. I've been doing that & they never mind your driving up for air. It will be another year that I will be buying tires again. I will definitely be going back to PremierTires!Merry ChristmasPREMIER TIRES, LLC

Best tire place ever. Takes care of all our tires and propain in our house. Everyone is nice and helpful. Chuck is hilarious guy. They take care of all our warranty issues with out any questions. Wait can be long but worth the wait, but if you cant wait ask chuck whats a good time or day is a good time and he will get you in faster, or can drop your vehicle off to them also.

After getting a flat while traveling, I called every tire shop in Livingston and Woodville. Just by talking with Premier over the phone, I knew I wanted to give them my business. Excellent customer service! They took great care of me at a stressful time! Definitely recommend Premier Tire

Dropped my car off for a cylinder misfire and no a/c. $900 tune up $400 junk yard manifold. Picked up my car still with a cylinder misfire and no a/c. I understand the manifold needed to be replaced from a previous mechanic mistake but I thought I was paying for a new one and my $900 dollar tune didnt fix my cylinder misfire.

We had one body mount on our F250 that was worn and causing grinding while making turns. We took it here to get it replaced which cost $950 for replacement of all the mounts which they talked us into doing. We travel to Houston the next week and notice the same grinding so when we check the body mount it is not even tight. Had to tighten ourself only to find that it is not staying tight. Had they driven the truck to ensure all repairs were successful they would have found the loose mount and then should have advised us of an underlying issue. Now that we are not in Livingston any more we have no way of making them fix it correctly. It would have been nice to have a shop actually correct an issue instead of just replacing parts in hopes of a fix.

Poor customer service. We were told it would take 30 minutes to mount 2 tires on to the rims, but they forgot about us so it took an hour and a half. They told us the tires were ready, but they still had to balance them. Will not be returning.
