Just wanted to thank you myself for your quick response at Longhorn Lester's and picking his farm truck up and taking it to get it fixed at the dealership for them. Because of your quick response, they weren't even out a day with their truck that they use for all their farm chores, and the care of all their farm babies. Thank you for caring about your customers and their needs, and your quick response.

I can t thank y all enough for taking such good care of Lester Morrow (Longhorn Lester s) when his truck needed immediate emergency repair. His farms and his animal sanctuary depend on this vehicle to provide much needed care for their many animals, large and small, who depend on them. Y all saved the day by getting his truck safely and quickly to Kramer Chevrolet in Livingston so they can get it fixed up for them asap! On behalf of the animals and Lester s many followers, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Y all rock!!

I want to thank you for the prompt work getting Lester Morrow's pickup towed. He runs a sanctuary in Plum Grove, Longhorn Lester's in Livingston & JL Ranch in Livingston.He needed his vehicle back asap and you done great work getting there & towed. I was going 59 S headed to home to Houston. I swerved to keep someone from hitting me and slid off the road in a ditch and mud. Daniel pulled up and before he even asked about towing my car,he said mam are you ok? Do you need any medical attention? He talk to me a few minutes to make sure I was okay. You don't find caring people too much anymore. Customer service was A+.

My son was broke down on the side of 59 south on Sunday. I couldn t find ANYONE to help out with a tow. Lakeview towing came through quick and professional! Brandon was a life saver and I am very grateful! 10/10 recommend!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Can't say enough about how helpful they were. Didn't end up using them but they helped me find another tow company that was closer and less expensive even after they were about to dispatch a truck to me. Thankful they were the first one I called In my business I'm sure I will need a tow again and if I'm in the Monroe, Louisiana area they will be my first call.

My vehicle broke down while camping at the state park. I called asking how much it would be to tow it to my house over 100 miles away, as it was Saturday and every local mechanic shop I looked for was closed. Jeff told me that would be expensive and asked about taking it to someone local. I explained from what I saw everyone was closed. Jeff said he would call me back shortly. Jeff found a local mechanic that not only said he would fix it, but fixed the water pump within hours that same day. Standup guys at this place!

Previously I rated lakeside towing five star. They're very fair on their pricing, knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. when working as a manager at motel 6 I called them countless times to help people who locked their keys in their car. They were definitely our go to company! However, I am a little disappointed. With them being a wrecker service, they announced 24-hour availability. Unfortunately, that's not the case. We had an incident which required a wrecker. Dependent upon previous experience I reached out to Lakeview towing. This was at 3:30 a.m.when my husband was getting ready to leave for work. I called Lakeview towing and got voicemail. I did leave a voicemail, and then waited. I tried calling back an hour later, same thing. By this point my husband was late for work, and Lakeview towing was not answering. We ended up making different arrangements for my husband's transportation to work. I figured later in the day I would get a call back from the towing company, which never happened. Sadly, I feel that this situation was handled very unprofessionally. I had higher expectations for a business I had come to love and depend on. If you're not willing to work 24 hours then please change your advertised hours. Sincerely a disappointed customer!!

Wouldn't/don't use anyone else ! I've called them out for lockout(several times),and for towing a few times. They have reasonable rates ,and are usually able to come fairly quickly. Customer service the best, whether it's Jeff, or his son Brandon !

Jeff was still recovering from the horse accident but still came to Walmart to unlock my van. I had locked my keys in it and he was very prompt of getting there quickly and charged me a small fee. I thought it was worth more and he absolutely refused. He is very trustworthy and very kind. I will be using him when I need the assistance. God bless you and recover soon.

Jeff is great very professional. He even went out of his way to make sure we got home after dropping car at mechanics. It was late and Jeff went that extra mile (actually it was thirty) and took us home when he found out we didn't know anyone since we were kind of new to town. Will definitely use again and highly recommend
