Came in and the guys here were really great and whatever technology they're using to look you up is a lot better than how it used to be. They were able to go straight to the vehicle without asking me any questions take some measurements from the tire and they already had all my account information pulled up so it made the process of getting checked in a lot faster.I also had time to sit down and have a nice lunch in the corner that I had brought with me while I was waiting for them to work on the vehicle. And they are dog friendly I had my little guy here just sitting with me in the corner and there were no issues. It's really nice when you have pet-friendly people around that don't get agitated because there's a dog around.I love it there is a coffee station and I'm about to make myself a little cup of coffee they got the creamer right there and everything so that's about to be really good.Rocco's a good dog you know when I got him he was having some claims of aggressiveness against him but really it was just sensitive people admitting their extra sensitiveness around this dog of average to normal aggression levels.Certainly today he sat in my lap and enjoyed the good life and being included on my leaky tire adventure. How did the tire service go? Well I don't know I haven't finished the waiting process but I'm sure it's going to be fine because why would I be here writing about my dog if I wasn't sure about this place?

Cameron made an experience here that will forever be remembered. Thank you for having an employee who will make something out of nothing after the situation of a missing tire out of a set already bought. Cameron has 3 loyal customers for a long time for the future. Thank you for having such a great employee and team on the floor for nailing the time told to us.

Robert is amazing. He said my tire was not safe and replaced it with a used tire free of charge. He said Discount Tire cares more about your safety than the money. This is why I love Discount Tire. Always amazing customer service!! Thank you Robert!!!

My first contact with Wendel was on the phone. He was extremely helpful and patient, helping me choose the right tires and setting up a same-day appointment. When I arrived 15 minutes early, there was a long line. As he walked past with another customer, I informed him that I was indeed here for my appointment, handed him my keys, and took a seat . If I had waited until I got to the counter I would have been an estimated 15 to 20 minutes late for my appointment. He was very friendly with me and everyone else he waited on that day. He is the kind of employee that an employer should do whatever possible to keep. He kept his patience in a very hectic environment. I have a suggestion for all locations: ask those in line if they have an appointment and take them first. Or, have a dedicated line for us. Also, I really do appreciate no longer having the nauseating smell of tire rubber in the lobby. I've been a loyal customer for decades and will continue to be one.

At first we had a few hickups. My wheels got messed up but I am very happy with how the manager Bryan handled it. They definetly took care of me. I recommend dealing with bryan everytime. he definetly takes pride in what he does.They made a lifetime customer with me.Thanks Bryan and everyone at Livingston discount tire.

If you go to discount go here in Livingston and ask for Taylor. He went above and beyond for me today. Knowledgable and helped me find the best deal. The whole team was fast.

I ordered my tires and created my appointment online. Once I arrived, it took less than 5 minutes for a representative to reach out to me. I gave him my name and he mentioned that it would take about 45 - 60 minutes. I was early on my appointment. I agreed to wait in the lobby. The facilites was clean and I enjoyed a movie while I waited. Afterwhich, the time came, I walked to the front counter, the gentleman called out my name and I was given my keys. "We are all set?" I asked, to which he replied, "All set!" I walked out and went about my day. This is a great place to do business. I would return in the future.

Excellent service. I had salesperson Carson. Friendly, polite and helpful. They were all busy, everyone was working hard. But they all seemed happy to be helping customers. 5 star..

Rapid service when you make an appointment online as I did. 6 tires on the truck in under an hour, all wheels hand torqued to spec. only downside is no alignment facility. Stil giving them 5 stars anyway for the great service and communication.

Ended up going to Walmart and got a better tire with longer miles for half the price. Discount tire needs to lose the discount part of the name.

Excellent tire store. Management here is far far superior than the lufkin store. These guys fixed all my issues w balancing and bent rims that lufkin discount caused and couldn't figure out. Mind you I went back to lufkin 5 times to sort out these issues and they never could get it right always said if it's not right bring it back. Well it's 100mile trip every time for me. Said enough of this I'm trying a different discount and off to Livingston discount I went. First trip and they physically took me out to the shop and showed me the issues. Fixed both my vehicles that lufkin messed up multiple times. And they did it the first time. So not all discount tires are the same. Livingston tx discount tire has all my business from now on.

Updated to add, still going there and still receiving excellent service!!These guys always go above to try and help! We came one night with a flat about 10 minutes before closing and they helped us without hesitation.

I like this place. They have the friendliest workers here! Came to have my tires rotated it was quite a wait, but that was my fault, as I forgot to call and make an appointment! I enjoyed the wait anyway. The place was very clean and cool so it was nice.

They graciously let me come in right as the store was closing on a Friday night and fixed my flat. I was in a bind and really appreciated that they not only took good care of me but being so nice in the process.

We called in at 830 and they had what we needed in stock. By the time we got thwre it was 1030 and we were out the door bu 1110 with new wheels and tires!

No one likes to buy tires but I thank you for making it easy. Purchased online, tires came in early. Stopped by to see if they could squeeze me in and it was done in no time. Glad to be a repeat customer. Great crew from the top down!

After having a really poor service experience with my local community Tire store that I supported for my last set of tires, I decided to try Discount Tires and they did not disappoint. They were not pushy but instead helpful. They made me aware of their free services for tire safety, plus for little of nothing they threw in 3 brand new wipers, not just the blade but the whole metal wiper as one of mine had lost it s tip. The blade was constantly slipping out. That was another safety issue that again was above and beyond discounted. So yes good choice for me!

I didn't have a great experience at all! I made an appointment 3 days before, and was comfirm the same day... on the day of the appointment that was at 4:45pm got on time at 4:43pm Mike Marler help me and he was very polite and helpful, he stated:"since you made an appointment the estimated time is 20-25min. max you have priority"... well NOT AT ALL!!! Many people walk in WHITOUT an appointment, and they HONESTLY left before me!! And the reason been was because I am not White color skin... 1hr.30 min. later got my car and ONLY color people were waiting for their vehicles... that's not a coincidence!!! Very upset!!!!!!!!!!!

Husband and I had loose lugnuts on a new tire that we started feeling 5 minutes out from this store on the way home to Houston. Edgar from the Lufkin store actually helped us this day and was so friendly and understanding at the end of a long day just trying to get us home. We were in and out in under an hour and we got information for what to do in the future if this ever happens again. 10/10 would get stuck here again.

This is one of the few discount tire places that you can get in and out of relatively quickly I've never been here for more then about an hour and that was when I had all my tires replaced. We're talking 37" tires so that's no easy job either. The staff is polite and knowledgeable and never done me bad for Livingston, Tx that says a lot all in itself!
