I had an amazing experience here. The warranty company I use was only going to cover half of my repairs and Ultimate Car Care would not allow that to happen. He pushed the warranty company to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Ultimate Car Care they truly care about their customer.

This is my second time using their services and both times I have been very pleased. New transmission and a starter for my CLS 550 Mercedes. The prices are very reasonable and customer service was great. Friendly, fast, efficient, and pocket friendly. This might be my "GO TO" spot for my vehicles.

We were first sent to Ultimate Car Care by Carmax. They were honest and telling us that we didn t have any problems. The second time we had to have the car towed to them. The car was fixed the very next day! My husband and I feel they re honest and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone

This is the best auto shop in the area. They are affordable and do great work. It only took a couple of hours to do maintance on my car. They are very nice and welcoming. I will be take my car there from now on.

Ultimate Car Care Is Honest when it comes to diagnosing your vehicle and they will not up price you or sale you on things you don't need. I am sooo thankful I found Ultimate!!I am a single female and I will be going back for all my auto repair needs!!!

These guys really take great care of both my vehicles. They are friendly and professional and know what they are doing. They always finish my oil changes quickly and efficiently. I have a Chevy pickup and a Lexus SUV and they are knowledgeable about both of them. I highly recommend Ultimate Car Care

My family has 3 cars which we have been sending to the dealership for service. One of the cars developed a problem and the dealership quoted $15k to fix because they had to remove fuel tank to access the problem area and would take about 3 weeks.Ultimate did the job in 2days for less than $4k. They did such a perfect job that I moved all my cars from the respective dealerships and extremely happy about their skill sets, professionalism , courtesy and customer care.

I took my car to this repair shop to fix my car brake lights. The Manager tended to my car and resolved the issue promptly and professionally. I'm very pleased with this establishment and will definitely be using Ultimate Car Care for my future automotive needs. Great place, great people.

The name says it all. "Ultimate Car Care" is exactly what you get with this neighborhood auto shop. Shaun, Abdul and their team provide comprehensive information on the type of service needed for your vehicle. They will even provide photos of issues found. I've been bringing my car(s) to this location for several years for registration inspections to more complex issues.The location, guaranteed work and parts, and the friendly customer service will keep me coming back. Easy scheduling, very polite staff, the owner is very helpful and always makes sure his customers are taken care of. A couple of months ago, I brought both of my cars in for oil changes- for the second car, when I got here the lift for the cars stopped working on them so they couldn t change the oil, the owner was very apologetic and wanted to make it right by offering a discount on the services needed for when the lift was fixed. The waiting room is very cozy and the Wi-Fi is fast! I always try to come here for any of my cars needs!

Nothing but great things to say about this shop. I went in for a diagnostic test on my 2011 Ford Edge due to my brakes being soft. Matt & everyone was very helpful & explained everything needed to be done, time frame & costs. Work was completed on the master cylinder, brake booster in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for fast, courteous and honest auto care, look no further than our neighborhood Ultimate Auto Care only 3 miles away (from Wildridge) and no crossing 380. Matt got me in right away and I was in and out with my inspection in less than 20 mins. Such a great experience and I will be avoiding the dealership and taking my vehicle here from now on. Thank you Matt and team for taking such good care of me!

Matt at Ultimate Car care was awesome! When I was getting gas, I realized that my bumper was hanging off on one side. Not sure if something hit it and I hadn t noticed previously but I was worried about driving it with it hanging loose. I stopped in at the first car place, I saw, which was ultimate car care, and Matt and team came to the rescue!I will definitely be back!

Ultimate Car Care has done a great job for me. I ve had them fix my car s alternator, oil pan, front brakes and solenoid. Their prices were reasonable. Their ability to do the service was quick. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. BILL IS THE MAN.. this guy is very professional he will politely explain everything in details for you and if possible he will also try work with you. Wouldn t ask for anything better. Third time taking my car over there. The BMW and now the Nissan Altima. ask for BILL if can find him but am sure even other guys can Assist well to.
