I just got my car back today and I am so happy with the outcome. I am even more pleased with their communication. I would get updates 3 times a week (M,W,F) and I could tell that they were constantly in the process of working on my car. They made the process so easy and stress-free. Thank you to Dave for the outstanding job done and explaining it all to me, and thank you to Ashley for being so welcoming and compassionate throughout the process! Everyone I talked to was informative and helped me with exactly what I needed! I could tell they had my best interest! 10/10 recommend!!

Got my car back from a out of pocket repair. My car looks great but what was even better was the customer service. Front desk was helpful with updates and my service advisor Gabe was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend!!

I brought my vehicle in about 4 weeks ago to repair the damage from being rear ended. My vehicle was finished this week and the damage has been taken care of. Arnold and Ashley communicated with me throughout the repair which was helpful, but my vehicle is missing the front license plate. I don t understand how that could happen since damage to my vehicle was only on the rear end. The service shop failed to address what happened or follow up with me and communication on the service shop s end started being unclear. I had to make multiple phone calls to figure out what happened. I still don't have an answer as to how they lost it. I was told I d get a call today and at least get status on whether they found it or not, but no one followed up.

Today while parked at my daughter's school, someone hit my front bumper on my SUV. My driver's side bumper didn't appear to be damaged (only appeared to be scraped pretty good). So I went to Service King just to see what they thought about the damage. The front desk lady (sorry I don't remember her name) was so accommodating and nice. Dave came out and took a look at my bumper. After reviewing, he went back in the building and got a paper towel which had some type of solution. Paint came right off. However, it did reveal some minor scratches as a result of the hit. Dave advised me of the process to remove the scratches. Bottom line...Dave didn't have to do any of this. He could have just told me to schedule an appointment. I really appreciate the customer service in which he and his team provided.

Took my car here in april last year after an accident. Repairs took 2 months. when i got my car back the paint didnt match, the hood was misaligned, my headlight wasnt mounted properly, my hood latch was stuck closed and my radiator was making a gargling noise. I brought my car back the following week and they realigned the hood and said all the other problems were unrelated to the accident... i brought my car back a couple times after that and nothing. The last time I was there they said they would take another look at it, they took my car around back for about 15 minutes and said i'd need to make another claim, shortly after leaving i noticed they had turned my shift knob around out of pure pettiness. NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS "BUSINESS"!!!!!!!!!

People usually only leave reviews to complain, so I feel that it s my duty to leave a great review for Allstate, Service King / Crash Champions on 380, and Enterprise rental car also on 380!My young adult daughter was rear-ended, and the at fault party s no-name tiny insurance company strung us along and eventually denied the claim. We needed to get her car fixed and ended up filing a claim through our own Allstate uninsured motorist policy. From the day we called Allstate, the ball started rolling quickly! The same day they assigned the shop of my choice (Service King / Crash Champions) and had Enterprise call me to schedule a rental car. It took about a month to get parts and complete the repair, but Ashley at Service King texted us updates and was the one who answered the phone anytime I called. It was so nice to be able to talk to one person throughout the process. They also dealt directly with Allstate. Enterprise rented us a nice car, and we were able to leave it at Service King when we picked up our car. I can t say enough good things about how these three companies made a frustrating process as simple and easy as possible. Special shout out to Ashley at Service King / Crash Champions for always keeping us informed of the status! Very friendly staff overall and quick to complete repairs! Abiel help me with the insurance process and was very responsive to all my questions and letting me know what was going on with my vehicle which I appreciated quite a bit. Work done by Ramon looks excellent and you can t tell there was any damage to my car at all.Work was done on time and we were well informed throughout the entire process. Very pleased with the quality of service.The level of customer service and attention to detail was top notch.If anything happens to my car again, knock on wood, I ll be bringing it to them definitely!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are currently doing body work on my vehicle after a collision I had when someone dropped a box off the back of their truck. Service King keeps you up to date on how things are progressing. Very professional with an expedited service.

I didn t have great experience here. They took around 2 plus month to fix a minor damage. After 45 days they gave the car without front grill. Again they asked to drop the car to fix the grill. Later I noticed the fender and Bonnet was not properly aligned. I dropped the car again for 3 days. Still the Bonnet is not fixed. I tried contacting and fixing. But unsuccessful so far

Called up there for information about my crashed car. I was anxious and worried about what to do next, but the lady at the front desk (I think it was Ashley?) was extremely helpful! In this kind of industry, if you have doubts about where to take your car, I highly recommend you at least call up there and consider this shop for repairs!

I went through this location to get some work done on my car. They were booked so they towed my car to the Farmers Branch location. Farmers Branch was amazing! I received text notifications often, updating me on everything they did or what they are working on. After I got my car back from this location, I informed them that I am still getting a car crash warning on my dashboard. It has been a month of me trying to get in touch with someone that can help get my car back in to get serviced. I was told to bring it in one day. When I got there,they told me they couldn't do the work and acted like they didn't know I was coming in. Now EVERYTIME I call, someone at the desk tells me someone will call me back and I never receive a call back. I am frustrated with Service King now. Next I will try to reach out to their corporate office.Service: Body & Trim

It s been a pleasant and exciting experience here. Came to replace my broken side view mirror and thought will have to spend few 100 bucks for the repair but to my surprise, they did it for free. Excellent customer service and as usual, a superb engineering team taking care of the cars. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for body shop repairs..Service: Body & Trim

Got into a collision May 2022 my Insurance recommend service king, had an appointment a couple weeks later to drop of the vehicle and leave with a rental, this took 15min. The vehicle is not ready yet, but every week so far they send an updated. can t wait to get my jeep back I m 100% sure is going to look perfect! Excellent customer service

Would leave zero stars if possible!!! Worst experience of my life, made an appointment to take pictures the manager (Justin?) comes out during the pictures being taken and says no need after I had the appointment and made changes to my schedule to be there. He said you just need to drop off for service and we will take care of everything. Made a second appointment and then they (Marrisa?)started asking me to remove parts of the bumper cover to take pictures. I asked why they are doing this now and making me wait when I had previously came before, the woman went to the manager from before and said I was yelling at her; which was a lie I was asking her a question. I greeted this receptionist when I arrived with "Hi and that is a nice keyboard" and I never yelled at her. The manager comes out and says leave, the manager starts yelling at me. They trap my car on all sides with other customer cars and just leave me stuck in the parking lot. This manager knows nothing of customer service or treating customers with dignity and respect or appreciate for their time. I still believe there was some discrimination taking place because why would they fabricate false allegations (front desk rep) about a paying customer and then yell (manager) at them; management 101 you don't yell at your customers duh. Frisco location is much better we had work done there no problem. Manager needs customer service training badly, had to make a third appointment because of this manager and his behavior. Would never visit again until the manager and perhaps front receptionist staff sincerely apologizes or are removed. Others have had same issues with their Customer Service read the reviews so you know this is a them issue.Service: Body & Trim

This place will steal the wheel locks for your vehicle then say they didn t have any reason to touch the tires. That is absolutely BS considering they had to repair the front panel.

Waiting time for getting an appointment is about a month or more. I had to reschedule mine couple of times due to staff shortage. But once the car is in, customer service was good and I had regular text messages with updates about the progress. Car was delivered prior to the promised date and it was clean.

I highly recommend this team of professionals. They were all courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They sent me updates on the status of my vehicle and walked me through each step of the process on the repairs. My suv came back to me looking and driving like brand new. I was having difficulty with my insurance giving me a rental car while my car was getting fixed. Shawn was so amazing and said he could handle it for me. He was so helpful and nice! It was a breath of fresh air knowing someone who truly cares would be taking care of me! Thanks again for everything! Hopefully it doesn t happen, but whenever we need our car fixed we are definitely coming back to this service king! They were all fantastic!

I sent my vehicle to this shop because is Progressive Insurance in network shop. They had my vehicle for seven (7) weeks. I picked it up and after 2 days the started showing serous issues . My car is now at a different shop because they DIDN'T repair my vehicle correctly. Employees blame each other and they don't take responsibility for their actions. They are careless, irresponsible, and unethical people. They are very good collecting the money from the insurance (by the way, money that I pay year after year).

I recently used Service King off 380, just west of 423, with Shawn as my representative. The repairs were done in a timely manner, and Shawn kept me notified of the progression of repairs! It was a fast process getting scheduled, checked in, and checked out! Shawn answered all my questions, giving me better understanding of the repairs process! Should I ever need more work done to my vehicle, I will definitely be back to this service center! As well as recommend to others!

I rushed through traffic for an hour to get here before close yesterday. Their rental car shop closed early so I had to come back in the morning. When I came back to rent the car, they said they were upset with Progresive and we re refusing me service. I told them I was in the middle and very busy and needed my car fixed. They said it s not their problem. Service is not king, at the service king. Choose another shop.Service: Body & Trim

This company has earned the right to put "Service" in their name. From the time I dropped the car off for repairs until I picked it up, someone has been in communication with me daily with status of my vehicle. Thank you for exceptional customer service. Everyone I worked with has been extremely helpful.

My comments for Mr. Mark Lowe; thank you so much ! From the moment I walked into the establishment of Service King and met you, you were on point with my vehicle. I got current emails and calls. When the car was almost ready, I got a call, not rushed to say when I could pick it up and asked, not told, if that sounded okay to me. He was kind and humorous and helpful along with the staff in telling me how to exit on to the busy highway safely when leaving. The average person wouldn't care. Thanks Mr. Lowe for being you ! Have a blessed day, life and take care of yourself so you can continue to be the best person you can be !

I am not one to write a review, but the excellent, quick and efficient service is worth writing about. They made a situation that felt scary to me and made me feel at ease. Always letting me know where they were at on my vehicle. I took my vehicle in on Monday and by Wednesday they were complete. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Used Service King to repair some collision damage and this was the best service I have received from any repair. Daily updates made sure I was fully up to speed on the repair. I received the vehicle back on time fully fixed and immaculately cleaned. They even repaired a seatbelt buckle that was not related to the repair. I highly recommend Service King! Besides the little bit of miscommunication with them thinking my car was a total loss I'd say I'm happy with their service. They did a great job on repairing my car, looks amazing. Not going to complain about how long it took to fix because I got to drive around in a nice 2020 Nissan Rogue for a month!!

My daughter's vehicle was repaired recently at the Farmers Branch location. After getting the vehicle back we had to address several minor issues. The representative for Service King went above & beyond to ensure the issues were remedied, no inconvenience on my behalf.This is a stellar company with outstanding service, the way it should be! The tow service was great as well.Consumers, if your vehicle is in need of repair after a collision, Service King is the place.
