Just wow! They made it so easy (booking was quick and technician Marshall arrived right at the scheduled time and was very friendly ). My Airmaxx fan had leak and Marshall had me all fixed up in 1/2 hour.I would use them again. I m currently making a list to have them come out and fix a few other things at a later time.

Thank goodness for Marshall! He is always so nice and helpful. Any issues I have with my travel trailer he can always repair and spare me the headache!

Marshall did an awesome job installing a 7-pin connector and brake controller in my Jeep. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very fair with his pricing. He quoted me an hour labor, but it took him quite a bit longer due to some unforeseen issues installing the controller where I asked him to. Marshall asked if it was ok to add a 1/2 hour to the charge. Most mechanics I ve known in the past would not have been as nice. I would highly recommend RVRS, and Marshall in particular if you have any RV needs.

Totally blew me off, left me hanging, and disappeared on me without a word, then ignored me when I tried to follow up. Was told I'd get an estimate for a fresh tank repair in "a few days". Never heard from them again. Pretty surprising they would burn a customer that bad given I had used them previously a few times. Not even a "sorry but we can't help", or just a simple courtesy call or email, just totally ghosted me and flipped me the bird. Ruined a trip for me waiting for them as I could've gone right to another provider. One of the most unprofessional moves I've ever seen.

Originally wanted just the wheel bearings repacked but the tech showed me that there was no wear or even discolored grease and suggested I wait another year or two before doing this procedure. I had an electrical problem and he diagnosed it as a bad converter. He ordered the part and installed it, and my problem was solved. Very professional, honest and polite.
