I wish I could of give zero star. I recently visited Menineki and had a disappointing experience due to the behavior of one of the staff members. Despite being in a public area where smoking is prohibited and in front of customers, this individual was smoking without regard for others' comfort or health. When politely asked to refrain from smoking, their response was dismissive and unprofessional, suggesting that I leave if I didn't like it.This lack of consideration for others' well-being is concerning and reflects poorly on the establishment's professionalism and respect for its patrons. Additionally, the staff member's attitude and behavior throughout the encounter were notably unpleasant.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend either the place or the individual in question. It's disappointing to encounter such disregard for basic courtesy and customer service.

Ive never had an issue here for the 2 year's or more but the last oil change i had they left the cap open and oil all over my engine and it smoking and Smell like something burning and i called to explain what happened he said there was nothing he can do the workers need to be more careful with people cars we depende on them to do a job and we pay to have them do the best because on the road anything can happen. NOT HAPPY AT ALL i dint even want to go back but they have great prices but this work is unexceptable

I should have written this earlier but got busy. This place is magical! I went in for service before for an issue with wheel alignment that their competitor made worse. During the inspection they noticed that the two bolts holding my Turbo Charger had come out. They replaced them at no cost. Then they noticed that my engine mount had to be replaced. They showed me what was going when they reved up the engine. They ordered the part and put it on. Oh by the way they gave me a loaner car since we only have one car. Second incident my car was overheating. They replaced the thermostat and I was on my way. However, when I got to my destination I noticed a pretty strong leak of antifreeze. It was after closing but they said to bring the car back. When I got there they had another loaner car waiting for me. What car repair does that for you? The level of service there is insane! The next day after they inspected the car, it was discovered that I had damaged the housing for the thermostat. They ordered another one and I had the very nice loaner car for another couple of days! Do not take your car to anyone else! If you live in Prosper, Aubrey, Frisco, Little Elm and Plano do yourself and your wallet a favor and go to Meineke on FM423 in Little Elm. Tell them Mike with the Blue Hyundai recommended you!

Great shop! I'm a contractor and broke down At 9am a mile down the road from Meineke. Brian Gonzalez,5 star advisor, fix belt pulley and changed oil, serviced transmission, fixed washer fuild pump, rotated n balanced tires. He had it out same day and had me making $. Great crew and service, at fair price!

The service was excellent I give it 110% of customer service. I took my vehicle in because of my windshield wiper was not working properly. The technician informed me there was a loose screw on there that caused it not to work. He did not charge me any type of fee because it was something really simple. I really praise your company for not having a technician take advantage of an uneducated automotive consumer. I will highly recommend you to my friends, families and colleagues. Thank you for a job well done.

I came in for a regular oil change and let them know I was experiencing some braking issues. Once the oil change was complete, they easily diagnosed the problem with my braking, took the necessary corrective steps and had me out the door promptly.

Friendly staff !!!The gentlemen at the front desk was extremely informative. I felt like I could trust anything he had to say about my vehicle, because of all of the knowledge he communicated to me about my car . The mechanics were happy to be there,which is always a good sign. There were several customers that knew the staff, and clearly had a long history with this particular location ,which to me meant that the staff were trustworthy. I will definitely be back .The best experience.

I went to Meineke because my battery and alternator were out according to Oreillys. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and I needed to get home to Ft Worth. I went in and talked to the gentleman at the counter. He was very helpful and nice. After talking to them they confirmed the problem and had me out the door on my way home in under 2 hours. They did an awesome job and made sure I was safe to get on the road. They even told me they had a free loaner if they couldn t get me fixed before they left for the day. I could not ask for a better place to get a car repair. I give them 100 stars plus!

James saved my satuday and possibly Easter Sunday!!! had a screw in my back tire called Meineke 15 minutes before they closed and he told me to come in and in just a few minutes he had it fixed and didn't charge me.... Wow, I am blown away.... Thank you so much, God bless you James

Service is really good but their prices have gone up astronomically. Two years ago an oil change was $35, less than a year ago I paid $53 and yesterday they charge me $72 for just an oil change. I drive a 4 cyl Toyota, nothing fancy. I understand inflation happens but thats just excessive. I will not be back.

Great service; fast estimate! Solid work.Super expensive car battery but that s a function of it being a mini cooper - (sigh)But I always feel like my kids and wife are safe after you guys work on our cars. That s worth it.

Every time I come here, I m impressed by the level of service. But this time cemented my loyalty in that I will not go anywhere else for car service. I originally took my car to the dealership for what I thought was a transmission issue to be told my engine was misfiring and they recommended getting valves cleaned. 5 days later finally got my car back only to see it didn t fix the issue. So took it to Meineke and a few hours later they had me fixed. Lesson learned. If I had just gone to Meineke in this first place I would have saved myself time and money.

I recently scheduled an oil change and wiper nozzle replacement at the Little Elm Meineke. They brought it to my attention that additional work was recommended for my truck. When the authorized additional work ran long, I was compensated for having to leave and return to finish the wiper nozzle replacement. I was able to return after work the same day and have the wiper nozzle replacement right away. Being compensated for having to return is emblematic of how this location cares about customer service and building loyalty in customers. I will continue to trust the Little Elm Meineke for my auto care needs.

I have to give a huge shout out! My appointment was for 4:00. They started doing the oil and filter change at 4:17 PM. They also put air in my tires because they were low due to the cold weather. I was done at 4:45 PM! They apologized for the delay! I couldn t believe it. It didn t take three hours for an oil change. I am definitely going back, they have gained a new customer!

SCAMMER WORK HERE. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR. I brought my vehicle in due to a knocking from the rear driver side wheel. After inspecting they told me the issue is the rear passenger bearing. They told me they would also need to replace the rear breaks to do it. The total would be around 1600. I asked to see what they were talking about and they treated me like an absolute idiot. They ended up being able to replace the bearing without the breaks for a total of 700. Best part, I still have knocking on the REAR DRIVER SIDE. Worst service I have ever had.

Love going to Meinecke for our annual state inspection. They are quick to get me in and the turnaround time is very short. The guys are all good guys to deal with. Excellent customer service.

I wasn't planning on leaving a review, but I got several unsolicited texts from Meineke asking me to review them, so here it is. I wanted to get my diesel truck state inspection for the year. I called several times in the morning to see how busy they were: three different times it rang through to voicemail, and on the fourth time, someone answered and asked me to hold, which I did for about 15 minutes before hanging up. I live less than a block away and assumed they were busy, so I decided to walk in and leave my truck for the day and walk back. Upon arrival, the front desk folks were looking at their phones, but to be fair, there were numerous customers waiting, and they did indeed look busy.I ended up leaving my truck there and walking back; they set my expectation that it would be done in about 90 minutes and I would receive a call or text when it was ready. I never received a call, and finally about 4pm, I walked back to retrieve the truck. It was done, and I paid and left. The front desk folks were again looking at their phones and chatting amongst themselves about sports car mods; they barely addressed me to take my payment. Perhaps they were having a bad day, or perhaps the holidays are on everyone's mind. Again, I wasn't going to leave a review (out of benefit of the doubt), but after the 3rd unsolicited text message to submit a review, I am doing so now.

Went to Meineke for my state inspection. The guy that helped me at the front desk was AMAZING! He was so helpful. I just moved to Texas and he let me know what the next steps to get my car registered and where to go. The service was so quick. I will definitely be back.

This shop quoted me $170 for a repair based on a diagnostic from the dealership. I took my vehicle from the dealership to them based on their quote.They then added an undisclosed (and absurd) diagnostic fee and tried to quote me 4x what they initially quoted. When I called them out, they removed the unnecessary crap they were alleging needed to be fixed but left the diagnostic fee that they surprised me with. There had already been a diagnostic done and they were aware but decided to screw me out of that money and try to screw me out of more. Deceptive practices. I will not return and will not recommend them.

The team here is unbeatable! Very professional and great customer service. They will not hassle you with components your vehicle does not need. The technicians are extremely thorough and properly diagnose your vehicle, and a proper diagnosis can save a lot of money! Oil changes are more than just an oil change, they look over your car to raise any issues to your attention before they become bigger than what they are. State inspections done quickly too! This is seriously the best shop in the DFW area and I would not take my car anywhere else.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Best shop in Frisco, hands down!!I have been bringing my car to this shop since I bought it almost 10 years ago. They are timely, answer any and all questions you have, never pressure you to upgrade or fix more than you want/need to, and always have the best prices OR will also let you know when you could get it cheaper if you did it yourself. Honestly, not just as a woman but as any customer, I don't know of other shops who would be as customer focused as this shop is. I will trust them with all of my vehicles as long as I live in the area. The best part is, I know if you have a less than great experience with them, they will make it right.All around wonderful shop with amazing employees and an excellent Manager. Tell your friends, family and anyone else you see to check this shop out when they need their car serviced. They are 100% worth it!

I like the fact that they were efficient with time in getting my car repaired. However, I knew it was a brake problem when I dropped it off and they told me it was the calibers and replaced them. As of today, my brakes STILL make a strange noise when I brake which was my initial issue when I FIRST took my automobile to have my brakes fixed. So, I still have an issue, but have taken it 3 places and I STILL have an issue with the brakes. My car is 5 years old and has 75,000 miles on it, and I have already spent close to $3000 on my brakes in the last 6 months. Help me, Universe!!! I don t blame Meineke, though, since there are two other car repair shops involved.
