Came In for an Oil change, and alignment. They didn t reset my change oil light, then didn t put a return for service sticker on my windshield. The alignment wasn t done correctly, I went back and they told me that s how an alignment is supposed to be. They took my car on a test drive after while so was in it, and it still pulled to the right. I had to go get an alignment from another place and quote on quote the other company said they didn t fix anything with it. So, all in all make sure you check after you get your car done. I m very disappointed in them.

I would give a negative star review if I could. Do not go here. The alignment & the oil change that we paid for was never done. We went back to have things reevaluated and approached them in a very nice & non judgmental or accusatory way, and we were met with an absolutely WILD response. Unhinged would be the word I would use to describe the person which I believe some other comments allude to as well. We confirmed our suspicions later by going to a different shop to get it checked out because it was completely obvious.

They are amazing. I made it there around 4:00 pm this afternoon. The guy changed my oil, put air in my tires and changed my wipers by 4:25 pm and it was much cheaper than going to the dealership like I normally do. They ve earned a new customer and the guy was very nice and knowledgeable I heard him helping other people with their car issues.Service: Oil change

Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location. I have never had an issue until today. I brought my car in 2 weeks ago for a basic synthetic oil change 7,500 miles and after 2 weeks 2,500 miles. I needed another one. I told the young man that I understand if someone made a mistake and possibly put the wrong oil in or forgot to change the oil filter last time but he insisted it was my vehicle.My car needs 10W/30 because it s up there in miles, I told them this and it s in the system and they instead put in 5W/20.When I brought this up to the manager/owner he made me feel like I bothered him and passive aggressively shunned me away. I had to pull my car out of the bay myself!! Why I gave 1 stars is because of his negativity and he kept reminding me how he wasn t charging me for this oil change. That was the least he could have done!!! Anyway I am posting the picture of my receipt from 2 weeks ago and the sticker they put on my windshield today.People make mistakes my friend thank you for not charging me to fix a mistake made 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately for me there was a mistake done again today and I will now be taking my business elsewhere.Hope this helps anyone going through a similar situation.

Good service but someone needs to tell the owner automotive maintenance/repair is not a tipping industry. I ve never been prompted by the register how much I want to tip while paying for an oil change as the manager/owner is staring at me. Guarantee you this place is losing business over this awkwardness.

You've excellent customer service 1/18/2024I'll give more stars I sent my son , he's young, and learning about caring for his own car, Kwik kar service for oil change, and noticed that my son's car missing part of Engine Oil Filler Tube, they tried to help my son to find the part and temporarily fix it, till we get the part, not charged him.Thanks so much for helping my son Totally recommend this place!!Very friendly and ready to help.Isn't it expensive like the others kwik kar I visited.Thanks again,Kwik Kar Eldorado!!

Fast, friendly, and fair. I had a brake hose replaced, my tires rotated, a front end alignment, and a state inspection done. The price was close to HALF of what Brakes Plus and Firestone quoted me. Plus, those other two places wanted my truck for most of the day, where Kwik Kar did ALL of that in right at an hour! I'll definitely be using these guys again and I encourage anyone else to give them a try as well. You won't be disappointed Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

ZERO STARS, NEGATIVE IN FACT.Beware Extremely rude Owner argued with husband because he wanted to wait for a simple inspection outside in the parking lot and the owner belligerently demanded he waited inside the seating area, keep in mind this is a shopping center parking lot, strong words were exchanged and he refused to service our car which was the most logical thing he said.Words to the Shop proprietor : You own a Shop NOT the customers, people are free to wait anywhere they wish, take an anger management class.

I always come here to get my oil changed, inspection and have never had a problem. I go during the week midday so there s no wait. They can get busy on the weekends. But that s the same as any auto shop.

For the past 15 years I took my vehicles to the Kwik Kar on FM 423. An oil change normally cost me around $70. Last time I was up there they charged me $115. So I decided to go somewhere new. Today I visited the Kwik Kar on Eldorado. Excellent service at a great price. Thank you.

Loved the service and how fast they got me in and out! Most importantly how they interact with their clients. When somethings wrong with my car they are the first ones I go to. Highly recommend getting oil changes, inspections or anything needed for the car!!!

Both me and my wife use Kwik Kar. They are fast, efficient, and do not overcharge. We send all our friends and family to them and will continue to use them. Horrible experience. Took my car to replace the radiator fan assembly and after they replaced it I noticed coolant leaking on the same day. It was a small leak from the radiator upper hose end as it was not tighten properly. I took my car the very next day early morning and the mechanic was tightening the hose and he broke the connection edge of the radiator and it happened infront of me. The beginning he said I need to replace the hose and finally he broke the radiator . When I talked to the owner, he said yes we might have broken because it s plastic and he was very rude and unprofessional and told me he will send me to jail if stay there with my car. Said he has 6 or 7 shops, good for him . Since I didn t have any other option I ended up in paying for the parts and the labor charge to them again. The very first horrible experience in America.

Another amazing experience at this Kwik Kar location!My mom had an estimate from another mechanic and they were obviously taking advantage of a poor old woman.I brought the car to Mike at this location and all the same repairs were significantly less expensive! He did not take advantage of her and saved her a lot of money!BEST AND MOST REPUTABLE MECHANIC IN THE AREA!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

If I could give a zero star I would. These guys have online that they don't close until 5 so I pull up at 10 after 4 to get an inspection done. They shut the doors as I'm pulling up and said they are closed. I said the time online clearly says you don't close for another 50 minutes. The guy shuts the door on me and says we're closed. I will never go back here again and I urge you not to of your looking for stand up honorable customer service. SMH.

These guys are the best! They are always very nice and personable. They don't try and upsell or over charge. I'm always in and out fast and wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars! They are my go to when I need anything! Highly recommend!

I took my car here for an inspection and they got me in and out quickly, with no fuss.I took my bike for an inspection and was turned away because "the machine is broken" No machine that i am aware of for a motorcycle inspection... maybe the keyboard broke?. I would suggest calling beforehand ( i had called however and was advised they do motorcycle inspections... maybe i had bad luck)

Kwick Car mechanics, They care about you as a long term customer and go above what is expected, in order to do the job right the first time. Other places are not reliable.One in Denton, their mechanics would fix one thing and mess with some other items on your car so it would have to come back to the shop soon.

Perfect place to go for your vehicle. The one on Eldorado does so much more than other stores. Yes the typical alignment, oil changes, and inspections, but they are also a full service mechanic shop. The staff is super knowledgeable and runs an honest shop. If you are a woman, they will hear you and repair your vehicle correctly. No price gouging at all. They are excellent! Mike, the owner, is awesome and Tara at the front desk is extremely nice and professional. I only use them to get my oil changed and for inspections. They are the most professional friendliest people at the Little Elm Eldorado location, You will not be disappointed at all!!! Customer service A++! I've come to this place about 5 times and each time they are so nice and helpful. They take the time to show me any issues they are seeing. Pricing is average for the area, but customer service is well above average. Went in for a wheel alignment because my car was pulling to the right side!! I thought it was kind of fast to have a wheel alignment done in 30 or 40 minutes still gave the benefit of the doubt!! Should ve knew something wasn t right neither guy looked me in the eyes still gave benefit of the doubt !! Drove off to test drive it myself down the street still pulling to the right went back to tell them they had closed and everyone was gone and it was before 5 they supposedly close at 5 !! Lights off not a single person in sight and all lights were off!!! Mechanic walked to back of shop didn t say anything seemed like he was trying to hide like he knew he hadn t done it correctly !! Trash service avoid here at all costs go elsewhereService: Wheel alignment

Best kept secret in Little Elm. Brought my car in for a oil change and was out the door in 15 minutes for a great price. Tara, one of the owner's told me they do a lot more than oil changes. Any mechanical service except those involving electrical services.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
