This is the only used tire shop I give my business to in North Dallas. They carry good tires for all kinds of cars and they can even order new tires at cheap pricing. Cruz tires has two locations one in Little Elm and the other in Aubrey. I must mention that the Little Elm is tricky to find it's a bit behind 720 on Edgewood. It is in a trailer park home area, but do not be frightened they sell low profile tires and off road tires for high end vehicles. Friendly staff, fast service. The weekends can get pretty busy so best plan to spend an hour for the visit on those days. They do NOT do state inspection nor alignment. The reason I like them most is because they never carry used tires more than 7 years old. Never had anything really older than 3-5 years old put on my family's vehicles and I've been going to them for over a year now.

Bought two used tires on Ebay and came here to get them balanced and mounted. Showed up on a Saturday around lunchtime and it wasn't too crowded. Was helped right away and on my way within 15 minutes! It cost $20 per tire. I didn't really interact with the staff, but they were polite and friendly regardless. They did forget to take the air caps off the old tires and put them on the new ones. But I had some spares, so it wasn't a big deal. The overall experience was great! The location is technically in a residential area, but it's not way into the neighborhood. Easy to find. Would come here again next time I need tire service. 10/10, would recommend!

Quick service , no BS . The guys balanced and rotated the wheels on my G Wagon in about 15 minutes . They did it very carefully making sure not to damage anything , lots of attention to detail. I don't let a lot of people touch my G but these guys I can trust.

They were short on staff. But, worked safely and with dedication. Was able to get the tires I needed to keep my family safe on our travels. They saved our lives personal by being open so no complaints on that end. Good used tires at a great price.

What a dump! And greeted by a fat Mexican guy with a big hole in the middle of his beer belly gut shirt. I need a new tires and he told me to come back the next day. Um- NOPE.

They offer the best cash price in the area and give discounts when buying 2 or more. I only had cash for one but said they will honor the discount price qouted when I come back. You can pay by card but there is a processing fee.

Very quick and easy. These are the cheapest prices for tires + installation you can find. It's worth noting that to take advantage of the great prices, that there's no AC, you'll pay cash, and it's wise to call in with the tire size you need to ensure it's in stock. The staff is super friendly though and I had a great experience.

I've only been here once, but this place is the quickest tire shop I've ever been to. It's a small location that's easy to pass and from my experience there's only one worker. Do not let that deter you from paying a visit.That one guy alone moved faster than a full team of tire shop workers. I would highly recommend this shop.

Awesome experience! I needed two tires and was able to get two with most of their tread for an awesome price. Best part: I got to sit in my car while they installed them and it took 15 minutes! Will definitely be back!

Very honest. Oil change place told my wife we needed 2 tires and tried to sell her some. Luckily she waited and took the car to Cruz tire shop. They told us we didnt need tires and took a nail off one and repaired. Will be a long time customer for sure.

Brought from this place and they sold me a warp tire that needed to be thrown away had to go somewhere else and get another tire cause they don t replace or refund

I purchased a tire from them 3 weeks ago. My husband usually handles these issues but he was working. I called them to tell them that my tire is constantly deflating, I was told that there was nothing that can be done about it. They wouldn't even look at the tire to see what was the issue. I took it to another tire shop and they told me that there was two leaks in the tire. The leaks were not fixable, so I had to purchase a new tire. What I learned from this experience is to make sure the tire is submerged in water to confirm that the tire isn't defective or have a leak. Integrity will get you far.

The valve of one of my tires had fallen apart I was able to push it back in inflate my tire and searched for the closest tire shop. I have never been here before so I didn�t know they accepted only cash.Due to my predicament he offered to replace my valve, he didn�t want me to risk it driving in those conditions, then I could go afterwards to the ATM. Who does that any more? to trust a stranger with out of state license plates!!!Anyway, when he was done I asked him if they could accept Zelle and they did!, so if you do not have any cash Zelle will work. The attendant was very professional and courteous. I will definitely go back when the need arises again.Thank you, you are the best!!!Thank you fro everything!

Awesome service!! They were way more helpful than both of the big tire stores I stopped at before seeing them. They patched my tire in about 5 minutes and I was on my way. Highly recommended.

Nice guys. Don't always have what you need in stock but they will get it for you. Staff is very informative and helpful and I use their service fairly often.

My wife was charged 60 to have 4 tires put on her car but it only me 40 when I take her car to get it done. Not to mention i had 4 new tires that I brought to have put on less than a month ago and was charged 40 for it. It shouldn't be that way.
