As usual the place is very crowded however was not able to make an appointment on the app. They were able to get me seen to and the vehicle taken care of in less than an hour. Truly outstanding service in the front of the house as well as the back of the house this is why I continue to utilize them only as my tire supplier.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Discount Tire in Frisco, and I must say I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.Not only did they help me find the perfect set of tires for my car, but they also gave me a great deal on them. The installation process was quick and efficient, and my car now drives like a dream.I was also impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the store. It was clear that they take pride in their work and value their customers' satisfaction.Overall, I would highly recommend Discount Tire in Frisco to anyone in need of new tires or tire services. They provide exceptional service at a great price, and I will definitely be returning for all of my future tire needs.

I woke up to a flat tire due to a nail; it was luckily in the tread so was hopeful I could patch since i have just over 5k miles. I have a Rivian (an EV) that requires pucks and some other things to properly change the tire and was glad to see Discount tire had what was needed and was knowledgeable. They were able to repair and get me on my way AND at no cost.

My 18 year old daughter came to discount tire this evening with 2 tires that were flat and needed to be replaced. She brought in the tires on their rims. Discount tire merely sold her two tires and simply handed the rubber to her. They didn t put them on the rims expecting her to do it herself. She has no way to take the old tires off and put the new tires on. Her car is still broken because they refused to help. She paid 320.00 for two tires and received no remedy for her problem. I am out of town and unable to help her. This is ridiculous!

I had a very good experience at Discount Tire, FM 423, today. The two gentlemen who worked with me were professional and kind. The tire was repaired in 45 minutes and no charge. We are longtime customers at this Discount Tire and will continue to give them our business. Thank you!

Thank you to Drew and Adrian for being extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and understanding.I had a bad experience once with Chris who was disrespectful, had an attitude, and very unwilling to help me. Nonetheless, Drew and Adrian help me out and took matters into their own hands.

Sorry but customer service at this location is terrible. They overbook appointments such that walk-ins suffering unexpected tire issues that cannot be scheduled, frequently wait 20+ minutes to even speak to a clerk. Those who do have appointments get in quicker but stand around 10 to 15 minutes before they get any attention because the appointments are so overbooked.Before Discount Tire began booking appointments a walk in on a busy day might wait an hour and a half to be serviced. No it's upwards of 2 hours on a busy day. The scheduled appointments take an hour and 15 to an hour and a half. On average everyone is waiting longer than prior to the appointment process. I'm sure the staff appointment process has a book-cooking effect so this doesn't show up in their numbers but as someone who does typically book I can confirm it has had an overall negative effect.I've been a customer for well over 20 years and never received such poor service. As I stand here waiting in line, walk-in questions at the "appointment" counter have twice now turned into those folks being serviced ahead of the 30 minute wait at the walk-in line.Use Discount Tire, just not this location.

Should have known better, my husband was treated badly a few years back, but I decided to give them another chance. Booked an appointment to have 4 new Michelin Defender tires installed and was charged the additional add-on warranty for $160 without being asked. I didn't notice it until I got home. When I called back the next day, I was told to come back to the store to get the refund. They were likely expecting me not to come. Considered giving the Prosper location a chance, but nope, I'm done with Discount Tire.

Sales rep. not so friendly. Didn't sound very happy when I told him about Costco zero installation fee even though they say they will "happily price match any price", but he didn't look very happy with that idea. He made me wait approximately 3.5-4 hrs to get the tires changed after I made the payment. Don't make the same mistake that I did, if you have Costco, go with them or check some other store.

Thank goodness for Adrian and the team at Discount tire. I feel terrible for showing up less than an hour before the shop closed, but I desperately needed a tire repaired as my car needed to go back out at 8AM the next day. Adrian got me in and out of the shop within 20 minutes. I can t thank this shop enough for coming thru and helping me run my small business.

I've been going here for years! They are the best! These guys are always so friendly and helpful and do not try to upsell you. I am a realtor and I drive around in new construction all the time and frequently get nails in my tires. I ALWAYS get the warranty on my tires and it's totally worth it. Also, since Discount Tire is everywhere no matter where I am they can pull up my account.

They have hard time not stripping wheel lugs . Then don't want to cover cost of repair. I will not use this location again. They don't appreciate my return business at this location. Fleet Services handle their claims. Good luck with that. Whoever is assigned your claim ,never will answer call or return them. I will be calling Discounts corporate offices .

First time in years of using Discount Tire at this location that I ve been disappointed, but they ve really blown it this time. The first guy misquoted the tire I needed by $50. While waiting for the tire replacement, I ve now watched four people who arrived after me have their work completed & depart. After 75 minutes, my car is sitting outside untouched. This is their worst performance by far.

Terrible new management. All staff are not on the same page and give conflicting responses. I have been coming here since this place opened due to close to home and the warranty of the tires. Now, they have changed some of their policies and never informed the customer. One of the staff told me it's on the website. I said ok but show me the exact same on MY receipt that YOU give to customers. He said it's not on there, I guess, but read the website. I said again to show me where it says to read the website on my receipt. He said oh it doesn't say. Exactly. I said you also used to give a copy of the certificate but don't anymore, so again, how would I know. Once again, there is a stupid response. It's electronic now on OUR system so you have to read the website. You are constantly proving my point, but he still doesn't understand the issue. 1 person says 1 thing, and you do it only to have another member create this mess and tell me his coworkers are wrong. Sigh. No management resolution or presence here. Then 1 hour later they still put the tire on the wrong side and I had to run out there to stop them. Still no management what so ever. I had to become the manager.

I visited Discount Tire and I had the worst service ever. I bought four new tires from the location on 423 at Little Elm and had a flat so I went to have the flat repaired. They said I needed a new tire and I said there wasn't anything unusual that happened I woke up and the tire was flat. They wanted to force me to buy a new tire so I told them just not to change it I went to pick up my car and they took the tire and disposed of it and I just found the wheel with no tire.

Love discount tire, but if you call this location and they ask to put you on a brief hold, they are really busy and you should try another day.And thanks Brandon for forgetting that you put me on hold for 20 minutes smh. Just say you re too busy with customers next time?

Low tire pressure, Tried to get to Discount tire on 380. Traffic stopped. Turn around tried Firestone. 2 hr wait. Drove to this location they are busy, but pulled me right in. Fantastic service.

Always a long wait time and the prices are edging really high.This company is cutting every angle for profit but I think greed is starting to set in. Discount used to be the go too place with fair pricing and people first attitude...now..the register person sizes you up like a boat tuna for sushi. For the first time ever..I'll say..shop around first before choosing Discount with thier own brand of tires.

Just had my tires changed at the Little Elm Shop. I have bead lock ready wheels so it took some work to get all the bolts off and back on the rings. The service advisor was friendly and the shop guys worked hard in 100 degree weather and got the job done. However, when I got home I discovered 2 out of 4 wheels with scuffs on them. Just want everyone to be aware if you have expensive wheels.

Told by a guy in the garage to go to another place up the highway because they would be less busy, that it would take 3 hrs for me to even get checked on. I want to say Tristan is the guys name that got me checked in and serviced in an hour. I always come here and will continue.

TRASH COMPANYwill tear up your TPMS system and say they didn t do it. Will strip your studs on your wheels.Quick young boys always FAIL TO REPLACE caps on your tires when they rotate them. Management please TRAIN your employees to do their job like they are the customer. Stay away from all discount tires you have been warned.

2 of my tires had low tire pressure today and I knew exactly where I needed to go but wasn t sure if I would make it to Discount Tire before closing. they kindly squeezed me in to air up my tires as they were about close. Brandon was very professional and personable! All the locations I ve been to have been excellent and the service is top notch every time!

Still a great place. They said they no longer install tires not purchased there which was a surprise to me. Hazard Warranty's are around %20 of the cost of the tire, or higher, which makes less sense to buy.But still best place around.

I just stopped by with concerns about a nail in my tire, slight tire deflation, and my tire sensor blinking. Taylor greeted me with a smile, inspected my tire and sensor, and clearly communicated the problems, or rather lack there of (no nail, just wear on the treads). We are close to the end of Nov, and I know they always run Black Friday deals. Taylor was honest in letting me know that because we don t drive our vehicle often, our tires can probably make it until then. No high sales pressure, just honest feedback that makes me want to bring my business back!We 100% plan to return for a new set of tires in a month! We always buy them from Discount Tires because we know that their service is excellent and they take care of us during the entire time we own their tires. This location specifically has always been great!

Just stopped in to have my tire pressure checked and inflated if needed. All 4 tires were about 2-3 lbs low. Plus, tech informed me that the treads on all look good. Slight wait - I was 4th in line - but in and out within 15 minutes. Free service
