My experience with CARSTAR was absolutely amazing! I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and professionalism CARSTAR provided. Erica kept me informed throughout my entire service, and my repair was completed so much faster than we expected! Getting my car back cleaned and washed was the cherry on top of my already wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

We got my wife s brand new Chevy Traverse worked on here. Had extensive HAIL damage. CarStar got our car in and it came back in great condition in a very timely manner. They even coordinated our rental car. Thanks!

No one really wants to deal with all the hassles that come along with having your car repaired buuuut the folks at CarStar made it a smooth and easy process. Everyone there was very friendly and willing to help. Definitely a lot of good teamwork going on. If I ever have the unfortunate situation of having to have my car repaired again. I will definitely be going back.

Dealing with a car accident is never fun, but the team at CARSTAR Little Elm made the repair process as smooth and painless as possible. From the very first interaction, I was impressed by their:Everyone I spoke with, from the front desk staff to the technicians, was courteous, helpful, and genuinely invested in making my experience positive.Seth kept me updated every step of the way, explaining the repairs in plain language and answering all my questions patiently. I never felt out of the loop. They got my car in and out quickly, without compromising on quality.My car looks brand new again! The quality of the workmanship is fantastic, and they even went the extra mile by detailing the interior for free.Overall, CARSTAR Little Elm exceeded my expectations in every way. Amazing place hands down!! Patty is so sweet as well as Erica!! They did A LOT of reassuring the entire two weeks they had my car in the shop. Body work done on my car was astounding. HIGHLY recommend coming here. Thanks for all you did for me

Went in for hail damage to my vehicle. My service advisor, Seth, was amazing. Explained what work would be done on my vehicle in detail, called frequently to give me updates, and overall, I felt comfortable knowing I was in good hands. The job was done perfectly, and I m beyond satisfied!

Excellent customer service! I was out of the country and got into an accident right before I left. I had to leave my vehicle in their lot for a month due to my insurance's lack of urgency. During that time Seth and his team were great at communicating and helped me with my vehicle! Thank you!!!

I've used CARSTAR twice and each time I 've been thoroughly satisfied. The first time I was tboned and needed to leave my car for a period of time. They -Erica- was very helpful and secured me a rental complete with pickup. Erica also stayed in contact with me keeping me informed every step of the way. The second time, I had a busted taillight replaced, which they took care of while I waited.All in all no one really wants to use a car repair service but accident do happen. When they do, CARSTAR is the best place to get your car fixed.

Erica is exceptional at her job. So knowledgeable in her field of work. Did not stress about my vehicle as I got regular updates. My truck came back like new. This shop is about quality. Thanks again to the whole team.

Amazing service and effort to ensure your car is taken care of. My car had to be pushed to 5pm for the pickup and the people updating me were willing to wait after work hours to ensure I could pick it up, and when my rental tires busted preventing me to be able to come; they offered to allow me to pick it up on a Saturday when they are not open just for me to get it on time. Highly recommended.

I had bodywork done and half my minivan re-painted here. They did an excellent job and communicated their progress along the way. I highly recommend this body shop. Friendly staff and great customer service.

Everyone at CarStar was fantastic from the receptionists at drop off to pick up and to Seth. Complete professionalism. I dropped my vehicle off Monday and it was done by Friday afternoon. What I appreciated most was that they cleaned my weather tech floormats and they look brand new..I will definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience, friendly staff, they do ALL the work!!! You just sit back and let em!!! Car hasn't even been in their shop yet, but what a START!!! Car was finished almost a week before promised. It looks better then delivered by Chevrolet... My Corvette created a stir as I topped off with gas when I took it home... VERY happy with the results and you will be also!!!

Seth is great at taking care of the customers. Any issues I had he went above and beyond. I felt rushed on getting the car out, minor issues that needed extra attention and they needed to redo the paint. After that I drove back another day and they needed to rebuff. Yesterday I noticed at an angle a dent when the sun hits it. Unnoticeable looking straight at it.

I like the staff from Carstar Little Elm. They are very helpful and supportive. Kept me informed every week about the status of the repairs and also job was well done. My car was delivered with exceptional work and quality. Also, they have cleaned the car outside and inside the car. Overall I loved Carstar Little Elm work.

The MOST accurate, honest and efficient place you could ever go!! Plus the staff is amazing on keeping you updated and could not be a better group of motivated individuals!! (I was not paid/endorsed for this) so helpful when you are using loaners/rentals as well!! Never wish an accident on anyone; but this is the only place I will ever go!!!

Edit: I came back a second time because of a hailstorm in the area. Initially my vehicle was reported to insurance as repairable, but it was downgraded to totaled without any communication to me. They gave the insurance company bad information about the model and factory options of my vehicle which caused the market valuation to be low by about 25%. Poor communication this time around and headaches caused by incorrect data given to insurance have made a mess out of what should have been a simple process.Original Review:Erica took excellent care of me throughout the process of having my truck fixed after a wreck on the ice. Her communication was clear through the entire process and the work they did was phenomenal. She took care of me on parts and made the truck better than before. I hope I never have a reason to come back, but if I do, there's no doubt I'll bring my business back here again.

MILLION STARS TO CARSTAR!!! LOVE Erica!!! She is the BEST!!! She is So professional, patient and so kind!! She was working so hard with my difficult to work with insurance. Excellent communication on the process and what needed to be done for my car that had to be repaired for the hail damage. My car looks brand new !! Front desk Valeria is very nice as well! Excellent customer service! I had an interlock in my car and had already taken it to another shop that said it would be an inconvenience to deal with. I came across Car Star and they were more than happy to help me despite having the device. They kept me updated during the entire process, and my car was ready at the date they said it would be ready. They also went the extra step to provide me with documents I needed to report to my probation officer. I was very satisfied with their services and would use them in future if I needed it.Service: Body & Trim

I went to CarStar to have some warranty work done on my car and although there were some communication issues I was extremely pleased with the entire process. They fought with the insurance company to get things done the right way. I spoke with Karla initially and then dealt with Erica and they were both very helpful and friendly. With the staff shortages and auto body shops being slammed and backlogged the communication issues were minor. They did an amazing job on the car. My son got rear ended around the same time my car was in the shop and I had agreed to take it to a place the insurance company recommended and that was a mistake! I eventually was able to change the shop and I took his car to CarStar as well. They dealt with the insurance company again and got everything taken care of the way I wanted. And they kept me updated through the entire process. I would highly recommend taking you car to them if you ever need any body or paint work done. I do not normally leave reviews but they truly went above and beyond. Thank you to the entire CarStar team.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Carstar is the gold standard for car/collision repair. Although the current circumstances of delays with manufacturer or dealerships are unavoidable and not their fault. Erica have been updated me along the way. The parts use to replace were from the dealership and not aftermarket unlike other repair shops in my experience.

I highly recommend this business, sometimes things happen and things don't go our way, what makes a good company is how they handle the situation and this company is top notch!!! The paint did not quite match as you can see on the first picture, they repainted and it looks great! They cleaned out the splatter that was in the bed. The first picture is before, the 2nd and 3rd picture is after. Thank you Carstar Little Elm for doing such a great job!Service: Painting
