I went here two months ago which I'm just now giving my rating but far as customer service the best very knowledgeable far as me getting my Dodge Ram truck back on time I did they replace the engine for $7,000 and gave me a 100,000 mile warranty brand new engine by the way and it was put in right and if I have to go back there for any other vehicle I will

I was satisfied with the work that they did on my truck. I feared the worst when the engine light came on. I gained their trust when I was informed to not buy parts without their diagnostic. After leaving the truck for 24 hours, I was rest assured finding out they were able to pin point the problem & were able to address the issue. I saved hundreds since the dealer diagnostic fee alone is what it cost me to get it repaired with this shop. This is now my go to shop for all future repair needs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are awesome! Roy and Jessica are super friendly. My son needed a new engine in his car and they were extremely helpful and quick through the entire process. We have been without our 1 car for over 6 weeks now. We had repairs done in March for the timing belt costing us $1600. The car died over 6 weeks ago and we replaced many things on it on our own, but it turns out they weren't the issue anyway. Finally my husband, kids, and I pushed our car to a mechanic near by. After another $500. We learned we were taken advantage of by the original mechanic "Car Repair of Little Elm" . Not only did he over charge us, but he used a cheap generic timing belt to replace, did not replace the tension belt that was in the kit, and did not put the motor bolt back in. The new mechanic fixed the issue, but due to the 7 months of missing parts we were unaware of, it has also messed up part of our engine including a few valves. They are bent, possibly by the original mechanic himself on purpose. Even though our car starts now, We basically can't drive our car now or the head gasket could crack among other issues. Over $2500 in repairs and on going all because the mechanic who scammed us, "Car Repair of Little Elm", didn't replace and fix in the first place. "Car care of Little Elm" was HIGHLY recommended to us. We trusted the multiple people who recommended them. We were able to contact Car care of Little Elm about the issue once. They wanted proof and we gave it to them. Then silence. We haven't been able to get in touch with them since and we have no transportation to go to the shop in person to confront them and resolve the issue.. I read by law they must fix this issue? True? We are trying to avoid legal action by keeping contact and hoping they will fix their mistake, but they are proving to be more shady and scam artists with each time they ignore our call. I highly recommend NOT using this business. I hope this review will let them see the issue and fix it and I can change my review, but they don't seem to be professional Andi would stay FAR away or you may end up with more damage!***Update: Response to the reply from owner 1/14/2022 at 2:00 p.m.No, I don't have the place confused in anyway. We made several contacts and got the run around. My husband is still waiting for one of the mechanics to call him back about the damaged and missing parts we were gipped. There are no mistakes on Car repair/ car care of little elm change your name whatever you need to to not address the issue. Fact is we were at that location and our car was damaged further by your mechanics costing us the entire repair all over again plus new damages due to the lack of repair the first time. Took my Subaru here for a power steering pump replacement, after reading the wonderful reviews.it s true, these guys do good work, solid costumer service and Bi-lingual.Will be coming back, and will spread the word!Good job guys.

I was in desperate need of new brakes when I went into the shop just about a year ago now. I was greeted by a courteous staff and also great prices. I had the same work on a similar vehicle and it cost me almost 3 times as much for a bad job. Little elm car repair was WONDERFUL, not only did the install new brakes and rotars but when I came back less than a week later ( because against their suggestions I went with HONDA factory replacements) they installed the ones they suggested in the first place. I have never been happier. I really hope that I have same experience again as I will be going to visit them for new brakes on a different vehicle this week.

Had a water pump fail in my Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L. They were able to get me in right at 8am and my truck was back to me by 2pm. Great work, fair price and very friendly staff. I'd highly recommend them and will use them again should the need arise.

Roy has been the best to work with!! He is honest!! I am a woman that is a widow and when I brought my car to him he explained what was wrong and fixed it!! That was five years ago! Me brother in law is a mechanic in another state and every time I call and ask him okay what is this noise he tells me and EVERYTIME Roy is spot on! Now his son Brian works there and has the same work ethics!! He has earned my loyalty

Good prices and great service. They will let you know what needs to be done now and what can wait a little while. I've been a client for several years. The people who had the business before had a deservedly bad rep, but these folks are excellent.

I sent my daughter to have A/C work done. The only thing he did was band aide fix that didn't last ten minutes. If I wasn't at work, it would've been ugly. I was told that he smirked at my daughter when she immediately went back. Needless to reveal the likelihood of future business. Too much happening in the world, especially when it comes to best interest of family. Straight scam business. Do not even waste time with Roy.

Is this place a joke, what kind of location is this? I was considering bringing my car here based on reviews. I went by there the other day; first off it s in the middle of some neighborhood. It makes absolutely no sense as to why there is auto repair place is this poorly kept neighborhood. I would be incredibly frustrated if I lived near this place. They have cars parked all over the street, blocking the road (a poorly maintained dirt road). I assume these are customer s cars, the level of care they show for them is ridiculous, they re in the way of any traffic. Please if you care about your car don t bring it down here. I swear this place has to be some kind of joke.

All I'm gonna say about these MEN IN THIS SHOP THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY REASONABLE PRICE FOR ALL KINDS OF WORK i recommend these MEN TO ANYONE That needs there car worked on please go to them I bet my last dollar u would not go to anyone else after u see tha performance of those guys they do it all any car truck van bus they can do it

Great guys AND GIRLS. Always do what they say and at a fair rate. Clean shop and mechanics. Use them frequently.
