I love this place ! The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding with us. I had to get repairs done after a collision and was very inexperienced with the process. Joey was able to fill in the blanks on what to expect, how the process worked, realistically ( and honestly) what he could do with the car, and he kept me updated on the repair process the whole time.The front desk was polite and welcoming each time I came in and the facility was neat and put together. I ve always gone to caliber business for my car needs exactly for the service I received here, and will continue to return. Thanks guys !

I had the pleasure of working with Randy for a collision appraisal, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the moment I arrived, Randy greeted me warmly and took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my vehicle. I just wanted to thank Caliber Collision and their whole staff for being so helpful and for making my car repair experience run smoothly. My representative Marshall and Abby did an amazing job, the body work to my car was outstanding and Holly the front desk coordinator was so sweet everyone was so nice. I m happy with the work they did and I m a pleased client thank you guys so much for all your hard work .

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! The staff was friendly and professional. My advisor, Connor took very good care of me and kept me informed every step of the way. My vehicle repairs finished earlier than expected, and if looks brand new. I highly recommend!

The people at Caliber Collision are great and did an amazing job fixing our vehicle. They did a great job keeping us informed on the status and updates. Hopefully we won t have to go back to them, but if the need ever arises, we will definitely choose to go back to Caliber!

Had a nasty scratch and dent damage from a hit and run. My insurance company recommended Caliber for repairs. Connor took care of me from start to finish. Rental process was seamless. Repairs look as if it never happened. Customer service was 5 stars from the parking lot to the desk ladies to the finished process. They even vacuumed my car out and returned it with a nice fresh scent. There was so much attention to detail. They made the best out of an unfortunate situation. They made it a priority to get me back on the road. I m so glad they handled everything with a high level of service that isn t as common post covid. Thanks Caliber!

We stopped in because we had a broken seatbelt panel. We weren t even sure if they could help us. The gentleman we came in contact with was friendly, approachable and professional. The lobby was clean, well kept, and had plenty of seating. We were very comfortable. In minutes they were able to fix our issue. I hope we don t need more serious collision repair in the future but if we do, they will be our first call.

TREMENDOUS WORK! Caliber Collision in Little Elm was fantastic! Each member of the staff I talked to was very kind, patient, and informative about everything. They stayed in contact with updates and my car was better and ready sooner than expected! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this location. 10/10. Before and after photos included :)

Caliber Collision provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this company as repairing your vehicle. The customer service was outstanding and friendly. If in the future I will need repair, again I would come back here without any hesitation.

I had the pleasure of working with Connor & when I tell you he was very helpful, honest, upfront & nice he was just that. From the time I dropped my vehicle off, he was very transparent as far as what could be done. He set the expectation for what was to come, so that I wouldn t be surprised about my vehicle. Maggie G is a total keeper. This woman goes ABOVE and BEYOND for people. I walked in as a total stranger, and walked away feeling like I was being take care of by family. Give her a raise/promotion, what ever to retain her. People this good are rare in this world, and I m super lucky to have had her assist me.

Poor customer service, does not follow up nor try to provide contingency plans on their screw ups. Insurance assigned them a claim and they never followed up despite communication that s how the flow would happen. When I reached out they wanted to offer a reservation for over a week later. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Not even for a tire air fill up.

Connor was the MAN! Not only did he personally follow through on his promise to do things in as timely a manner as possible, but he even remembered unique details about me during our call that I would never expect from someone just working on my car. Collin just lied about next steps in my claim. Can't get Jordan to answer my call or to call me back. Can't schedule an appointment online, it says I have to call the office for that. The phone just rings. Voice mail is full and I can't leave a message. I got through once to a rude man that told me to 'slow my roll' that they would call me back and that just hasn't happened. ** I just want to get my car repaired. **

Everyone was very friendly from the front desk till the end of our repair. We were informed with updates frequently and was so happy to get my vehicle back and repaired very nicely. Staff is honest and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. We are very pleased and appreciative of Darian, Joey and team.

My car got hit in the roof by a missing bullet and I picked the Caliber Collision at Navo to do the repair and they did a great job. It was a complicated kind of repair, but so far I am happy with the result. Staff is friendly and communication is great. I d reccomend this place!

What an amazing experience! I judge a company by how they handle mistakes (vs just the absence of mistakes). And this Caliber location has excelled!I had an accident last year. They were great to work with my insurance, and the job came out wonderful.Fast forward 10 months and I am having problems with one of the parts they replaced. Matt immediately worked with me to find what could be resolved with warranty. Within hours Matt was able to find a resolution that worked well for me, and had parts already in order. I brought the car in a few days later and Matt and team worked to get my car back out same day (no waiting behind other repairs).Not everything works the first time, but Caliber showed me that no matter what they will work to make it right. And that s the type of service I can trust in the future!Thanks team!
