Called at 5:45 pm. and asked service rep if they had time to mount and balance a full set of take offs before closing? All work is completed timely without any issues. All service crew were responsive and respectful!

I called them one minute before closing to ask if they could help me because my tire blew out on the side of the road and I didn t have a spare. They kindly stayed over an hour past closing time to help me out, which they really didn t have to do. Kyle was great and did a great job and sacrificed his time to help. Went there to get my oil changed this morning. 4 employees just standing around doing nothing. The kid that came to my car told me it would be over an hour wait. I was the only car there. This place is absolutely useless.

Got me in, got me out, they texted me before I was done shopping, never have had an issue with Walmart auto care and $54 for full synthetic is a great deal.

The past 3 times I ve went not only were they very slow to check in the cars to be worked on but they shorted me a quart of oil all 3 times. I waited 30 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I was checked in to have my oil done. The employee there that usually checks in the cars moves like a sloth.

I've been here for 45 mins to change 1 tire. The girl was on her phone most of the time. Then said well if you can be back by 6 (when they close) I can get to your other tire. If they did it when I got here I could have but now idk how I'm gonna go put this tire on and get my other tire within 15 mins....smh very terrible service!!

Man, this auto center is awesome!!! The crew stayed late to help my son who was traveling alone after he hit a curb and blew out a tire! My son tried to give them a tip and they wouldn t take it. They said a handshake would be plenty. Old fashion values and great customer service are hard to find these days but not at the Walmart Tire Center In Lindale. Thanks guys!!

Came in just to drop 2 trailer tires off to be replaced, it was 5:20 some woman meet me at my truck told me they were closing soon and weren t taking any more vehicles. (They close at 6) I told her that I didn t need to have them today just wanted to drop them off and she said they were not taking any orders.

What they said they had in stock was different front app. When I asked if they could check their physical inventory he stated that he was when he was looking at his computer and that that was checking his physical inventory. Come to find out of course they actually did have my tire in stock but their "physical" inventory showed it as out of stock.

Had my car an hour and half and they are just now bringing it in to rotate tires. They need better or more help. The lady at the register had a lot of customers and needed help. Walmart auto center has a lot to be desired.

They are so nice!! Michelle and the mechanic really helped me out and figured out my battery problem so fast and got me in and out of there in no time. I would definaly reccomend them to you for any battery problem.

I was in Lindale this weeked with my daughter for a horse show when my car started making weird noises and pulling to the left. I went to a local tire dealer (who is rated highly) and he told me I had a bad tire. He never looked at the other tires. It is an unusual size and he told me to "call around to find one" without even trying to help. I ended up in Tyler, had to special order and got a tire the next day. The car started doing the same thing a halh hour later. They never checked the other tires either. On a Saturday afternoon, the only place open was the Walmart. The auto care manager, who is a woman named Michelle, inspected ALL tires and told me what the problem was immediately. She also called several places trying to find a tire to fit and the next day tried again. She went beyond the call of duty trying to help. After trying all venues, we decided to make it on the spare all the way to Bossier City where we found the tire. I cannot thank Michelle enough for all her help and kindness. It is not everyday you find people like this and it left us with such a good feeling about the sevice at Walmart Auto care. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You have made us loyal customers of Walmart Auto care.

Employees at this location are extremely rude.There was one car in the bay and one car waiting, when I arrived, but there were at least 5 techs running around. Waited by my car for several minutes, employees walked past me without acknowledging me. When I walked inside to tell them what I needed, I was barked at by 2 employees, "Outside!, Go wait by your car!".Then they couldn't find the product I came in for, despite it showing to be on hand in their inventory system, both online and in-store.

Walmart in Lindale, Texas was Awesome...Ozzy the technician was able to get my batteries in my diesel tended to fast and efficiently...Iam very appreciative of the service and I made it to work ON TIME!!..

Ups and downs at the Walmart auto care service seems a little better I raised my one star to a two the staff seemed friendly and helpful today and the man that helped me seemed to be knowledgeable and very friendly but I still haven't forgotten the terrible treatment before there and the things they broke on the vehicles or forgot to put back on like oil caps and oil plugs etc etc but if service improves again there I'll consider raising it if not I will leave it the same and if it goes back to the old ways I'll just lower it back down fyi

Came in to have my tires serviced and when I left all my tires were under pressure. My tires are 80lbs and they didnt have any over 40lbs, it's quite a big error to make. I wont be coming back for service

Luisa in the auto center needs an attitude adjustment like yesterday.Worst "manager" Walmart could retain.I'd leave a negative star if I could.

Slow tire leak could not be looked at in a reasonable amount of time, because an employee "was stubborn and refused to leave the pit". Seems to me a write-up and/or termination is in order...

Auto Technician Wes at Lindale Walmart is wonderful! He not only helped us with our issue, he educated us on prevention and cared about our safety.

It was very bad. Bought new tires and they put the wrong ones on. Didn't have the ones I wanted. So had to leave with old ones after two hours

My battery had died and I was parked at the front of the store. Automotive dept came out and gave me a jump. Then went back and serviced my vehicle. Thank you Walmart!

Always get my oil changed there sometimes it takes longer than what I would like.
