These guys are awesome! Took care of hydraulic failure on our brand new motorhome and allowed us to enjoy our stay at The Boulders on Lake Tyler. They came highly recommended and we now understand why . These guys are really good people, who also understand RVs, and will do the job right. Thank you so much!!

I can't say enough great things about Shipley's! Their Customer Service should be a model for all other companies to look up to. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. From the first phone call, I could tell it was a top notch company. The Mobile technicians Brian and Kevin worked efficiently and the result was professional, quality work. What an outstanding service! Thanks very much for what you do.

WOW!!!!! When I say this is an AMAZING company ~ it doesn t even do them justice! I was in shock of how fast this company came to our rescue in 105 degree weather and an RV air conditioning problem! They worked with our Good Sam warranty and replaced the entire air conditioner! We mentioned a small issue with the refrigerator and with out even having a work order in that they fixed it as well! All of the employees are super friendly and LOVE what they do! I even love the fact that one working on our issue actually lives full time in an RV ~ THEY UNDERSTAND the life and have true compassion for all our problems. WE will NEVER use anyone else!!1 million stars needed for this company !! My house is cool and my refrigerator is working properly

For sure a customer destination for great service. They've done my warranty work since I bought my trailer and I share in a complete trust with them when I can't be there. Recently during an ice storm I reached out and while everybody else were closed these guys called back and talked me through my trouble. I'm gonna hang out with these guys..

Attempted to charge me 2 trip fees because they failed to fix the issue that I called them for. I informed them that I would not pay twice for the same issue. I believed the issue was handled. Now, when I called for a new issue. They refuse to do business with me.

Excellent service. I got into some strong sidewinds and busted the cover on my A/C, so I needed a quick fix to get back on the road. They had a matching cover in stock and had it installed within an hour by one of their mobile trucks. BTW - their mobile trucks are the most well stocked I've ever seen! Great guys!

I called asking for RV service where I was located not knowing that they didn t travel as far as I wanted. The reason for a 5 star is simply that the woman who answered was super nice and when she put my location in maps and said it was a little too far for them, she instantly put me in contact with someone who was in my area. Just a good company that instead of leaving it at we can t help you, they found someone who could help me and gave me an accurate name and phone number. If I m ever in their area I will definitely call them for service. A bonus was the fact that the lady on the phone in a few minutes made me laugh twice and she was super down to earth and helpful. I wish other companies could be like this where they are willing to help you find the help you need even if they can t. Thanks

Wonderful company! Penny, David and Brian were all so helpful, kind, and just amazing really. Changed the motor and other parts to our furnace, replaced a toilet, and fixed water heater. Top notch service at reasonable price. Thank you so much :)

We have a 6 month old Travel Trailer and our refrigerator went on the blink. Since we are currently living in our RV full time until our home gets remodeled we couldn't take it into the dealer who sold it to us and become homeless! We called Shipley's on a recommendation and blessed that we did. We called them on a Monday and they came to us Tuesday morning. Turns out the factory had miss-wired our RV when new. Shipley figured it out in a couple of hours and we are back functional again. I asked them for their card which states, "Mobile convenience, Affordable prices, Exceptional service." We couldn't agree more! Very, very impressive!!!Well, we have now used Shipley's a second time with even more amazing results. We moved our travel trailer to behind our remodeled house and were not worried about the 10 degree freeze coming the next day because we kept our heater on at 55 degrees. Of course, our heater then quit working and we didn't know how to winterize our unit. We drained the tanks and water lines but it's never enough. We also put a small space heater in the unit and hoped for the best. We did call Shipley's and the earliest they could come out was 5 days later. HOWEVER, when the technician reviewed our order and saw that we were not able to winterize he called and said, "I'm making a special trip out to you today because you will have pipe damage if we don't get your unit winterized today (10 degrees the next day). They made a special trip in really bad weather, fixed the heater and winterized our unit. We were beyond humbled by their incredible service and you MUST USE THEM TOO, as they are amazing in every way!

I have used Shipleys before. I have found them to be an average mobile RV service that is good for some things and not at all for others. I had a need to have my patio awning and slide topper fabric replaced. Shipleys shows up as an approved vendor on the Carefree of Colorado site so I contacted them and made arrangements for an appointment. I arranged this appointment 5ish weeks ahead of time and requested mobile service. Two different individuals at Shipleys confirmed my appointment. During the time leading up to the appointment I reconfirmed a couple of times and all was well. Two days before my appointment Shipleys called and said they needed to reschedule because severe cold in the area had impacted customers at a local RV park. I indicated I was happy to be flexible and we rescheduled for a day later. Again, the day before my rescheduled appointment Shipleys called to CANCEL my appointment and indicated they cannot help me due to the other problem. To say the least I was livid. As an RVer I fully understand prioritization but I also understand I had an appointment on the books for weeks and that my plans had been made around this appointment. Aa a full-time RVer it is important that RV techs arrive in a timely manner and are dependable. If this were my business I would have stretched to accommodate the additional workload and make sure all of my customers were taken care of - even if they had to come after hours.The way Shipleys handled this situation is beyond shocking and I will never - ever - use them again. I was told to expect a call from the owner but am still waiting.Service: Body & Trim

Always excellent service. They're busy but for good reason. Highly recommended.Update: I honestly cannot recommend them enough. I have an older model RV (2003) and the AC was not working nor fixable. I needed a new one and they were able to squeeze me in with a brand new ac the same day I called. With this heat, I am so beyond grateful. This may be my 4th call to them for various reasons and I have never been disappointed. I have met 3 of the repairmen. They have not only been personable but offered all kinds of tips and things to watch out for as an RV owner.

These people did amazing work! They are nice professional and reasonable! They replaced outlets, fixed a roof leak and fixed a door lock I could not be happier w the work- will never use anyone else they are the best!

Within one hour of landing at our next RV park and realizing our slides weren t working in our Class A Coach, Tony had two technicians at our rig. The problem appears to be a necessary part that must be ordered. These men were professional, skilled and honest. They did not even charge us for this service call. We will have to order the part and wait several weeks for it to arrive but Coach can still function. We are VERY grateful for their time and talent!!!!Service: Electrical

I had a leaking roof during the rain in August that I didn t discover until I was preparing to return to Michigan. Shipley s found some suspected gaps in the roof sealant and patched them while I was in Michigan and my RV was in storage. They were professional, efficient, and trustworthy and went out of their way to get my keys from the RV resort in order to access my RV in storage and then return my keys to the resort. I m back in Texas now, but there hasn t been any rain to check to see if that did the trick. If it didn t, I am confident they will find the source of the problem.

I had a great experience with Penny and the team at Shipley's. We needed a timely A/C repair and Penny got us scheduled on the same day, even though they were completely booked. The guys came out and fixed up our RV that evening. Highly recommend using Shipley's for mobile RV repair!

I've known the employees here for years. They will do everything they can to help you. There are only two shops in town that I would trust to work on an RV and this is one of them. They have more experience than any RV Dealer in Tyler. Now that they have a shop, they can help even more people than when they were solely mobile repair. Highly recommend them.

These guys rock! We came home from the river and our front left leg sheared the pin and would not hold the camper - so we had to leave it hooked to the truck. They were out first thing in the morning...all tools needed on hand, here for an hour and done!Hands down...excellent service and knowledge! Our camper will be in their care moving forward! The first time using Shipley's service was to have an rv inspected. Two gentlemen showed up, were very good at what they were doing and kept me from buying an rv that needed approx. $4000. of repairs. I should of had them check the used rv that I bought from a dealer. I believed that the dealer would fix everything that was wrong with it. I should of had them inspect it because I definitely wouldn't of purchased it. Hindsight is 20/20 but if you ever purchase a used rv, have a professional check it. Whether from a private party or a dealership, use them

Brian did an outstanding job. I had been trying to get my 5th wheel door to close without slamming it. The door has friction hinges and he knew exactly what to. If I lived in Lindale he would be taking care of my trailer! Great guy!!!

These people KNOW THEIR STUFF! Bought a travel trailer that had major slide damage, worse than I thought, and they took the time to make sure it was truly ready to go before they called me to pick it up. Used parts from the big slide to fix the little slide to help save on costs. They re honest people that have your best interest in mind. The guys and Penny are fantastic!
