I would advise anyone to stay away from this place. There s many great body shops around. I had a car wreck, and everyone in the process was so helpful and wanting to provide good service. Except that is Lindale auto body. I chose them because they were the closest to my home, but they are very difficult to work with. They have been putting cars in front of mine so my length of stay there was longer than expected. At least a week. And still they have not started. At the end I found out it s not that they just kept putting other cars in front of mine I don t think they ever planned on working on mine. My insurance company told me that they said that they were unable to do the repairs. They never advised me of this or ask me to start looking for a different auto body shop. Today they called me, and I figured I had to be at the top of the list to at least start on Since since I ve brought it, they admitted to me they ve been adding other cars in front of my vehicle. When he took the car they should ve evaluated it. I would ve understood a day delay not a week. But when they evaluated that they were not able to obtain the parts or know how to do this repair or whatever it was, it was needed I should ve been advised right away. I would 100% have my vehicle back by now and a week later it still hasn t even been started. Going to precision repair In Emory. Already they were very helpful on the phone and are going to start on my car today. Not sure why it had to sit at Lindale autobody for a week with no progress and no Explanation. They are not very friendly

A deer crossed my path in Nov 2021 but I couldn t put my Yukon in the shop until Jan 2022 ! I looked online at several different shops & decided on Lindale Auto Body because of reviews & location to me ! I dropped my car off Jan 10th & picked it up Feb 2nd ! During the process, Yolanda called me at the end of each week with updates ! I am very pleased with Lindale Auto Body & their turn around time ! I had heard so many horror stories on lengthy times for repairs at so many other shops, especially with parts being hard to get ! I would 100% recommend them for any auto body repairs you need ! They were the only ones I took my car to & I am glad I did !!

Staff was very accommodating to my needs, kept me informed, and were extremely helpful. Very pleased with quality of work. Paint matched perfectly. Car returned clean and in excellent condition. Completely satisfied customer. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

I was rear ended on 9 20 23. 9 21 23 stopped at this biz for estimate per call to them. No estimate, just a couple of unknowlegable secretaries met me. 9 28 23, secretary calls and says come by for estimate on 10 9 23. One business day before that, Yolanda calls and leaves message they can't do monday and does not leave new date for estimate. I call yolanda and tell her I am unhappy, she says file a complaint if I want, my choice, she could care less was her point. Avoid, avoid, avoid this place if you don't have time for big run around. Now I have to find another body shop where they want to work and actually care! I an about to ask state farm who recommended these jerks to take them off "select" list and quit telling their customers to go there!

Took my truck to them after scraping my fender leaving a noticeable dent. The fender was repaired (not just swapped parts) and painted to look like new. Excellent paint match and returned my vehicle like a new purchase. Even cleaned the windows and vacuumed. The price was definitely competitive, actually the best of three. We were so well satisfied, we took my wife's vehicle for a little touch-up. True Customer ServiceService: Body & Trim

They were absolutely amazing!!! My collision was back in October and the fact that I wasn't able to get it done till now was so stressful. When I called they were so nice and answered all my questions with great expertise. They were excellent at telling me step by step what had to be done. I had no questions and felt reassured that they were confident in their job. Yolanda was absolutely wonderful and went to bat for me with the insurance company and kept me informed every step. I couldn't have asked for a better job and my car looks amazing and brand new. They even went the extra mile and did a few extra things that were so appreciated so if your not going to these top of the line people and doing business with them..your getting screwed. Amazing work from AMAZING people! My daughter's car was side-swiped but after being repaired and re-painted, it is like new again. Even pin-stripe is perfect and identical to other side. I definitely recommend Kenny and Yolanda - they will treat you right!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had a bit of a fender bender in a Mini Cooper. The insurance listed Lindale Auto Body as an option so we took it there to have the number replaced and painted.Dropped the car off on Monday and picked it up Friday. The staff was helpful and friendly. The car looks great. Would definitely recommend Lindale Auto Body and Frame for anyone needing work done.Service: Body & Trim

I had my mirror on my passenger side smashed last week and this company took one look at it and told me" No problem, it'll be quick and painless." It took a day to order the part and they called me when it was ready. It took them thirty minutes to fix it!! I was totally blown away at how fast they were! They were completely friendly the whole time, as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

They have great customer service. The ladies up front and well as the workers in the back. The only problem I had is that I told them twice that my car was Pearl and not white. And even on the paper work crossed out white and put pearl. And they still painted it white. Now it's not a huge difference but its definitely noticeable. They also said that they are not a mechanic, so if you need anything other that the body work fixed on your car, please find a mechanic. That might be self explanatory to some but for me and many others its not that self explanatory. Again great customer service, very nice, just didnt do what was wanted.

Commication was excellent. Body and paint work was done very very well. My truck was in and out in a weeks time. They even cleaned it inside and out. Would highly recommend this business to anyone.
