The guys were amazing.. explained what they were doing and the different services that are offered. Was able to get in and out quickly while taking a lunch break plus the Veterans discount was even better! I ll be back

Alex and Terrick were absolutely awesome. They were very busy when we arrived, but they worked steady taking care of everyone. When we got into the bay they took time to ask my needs and discuss what my vehicle needed at this oil change.Something you all should know: my 14 year old was shocked at how friendly, polite, and respectful the entire staff was. She has went to other places with family and said these places were rude and didn t care.Keep Up the Good Work!!!

Went to get my oil changed at the Baker road location in Baytown. They overfilled my engine nearly 3 quarts. My car is in pieces at the mechanics shop, waiting on someone to ok the engine damage from the overfill. I had just gotten a tuneup 1hr before the oil change. I had to cancel a surgical procedure because I won t get my car before Monday. Am I satisfied? I am pissed. I think I should receive a full refund due to negligence and possible other engine damages.

The ads lead you to believe this is a quick in and out to have the oil changed. Waited in line for over an hour and took over 20 minutes to change oil on one truck. Took 45 minutes for another truck. They couldn t find our fleet program information. Very long wait times and takes much longer to change oil than expected.Looking for other options.

The Liberty Texas store is always friendly, fast, respectful, and have competitive pricing. My wife and I use their services on a regular bases. I am a veteran and they give a very good discount to all veterans. Well above the 10% .

Very professional, offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited. Apologized for having to wait. It wasn t very long. Showed safety precautions continuously while moving vehicles in and out. I ve been going to this location since it opened.

They kept pressuring me to buy a new air filter. My car is new with 23k miles. The car tracks life of Oil, Brakes,, Air Filter, etc. I showed the technician that I had 83% life left on my filter, he insisted I needed a new one for two reasons. It was dirty and it is recommended to change after 15k miles. I then pulled up Cadillac s recommendation, which is 50k miles.

I like the idea of being able to stay in your car and most of the time it doesn t take long to get a oil change but the other day I sat for about 20 minutes and it was only 1 car a head of me and this worker came and told me it would be 25 minutes before he could get to me that would have been a total of 45 minutes wait I could not wait that long so I had to come back some other time so a few days later I went back and this time it didn t take long

Service was very slow, I was waiting for over an hour and only had 2 cars I front of me when I got there. I did not stay, wound up leaving after waiting for over an hour. The workers did not mover with a purpose they just slowly moved around the facility.

We recently got our car inspection at Take 5 since I knew they were unable to charge us more than the $7 required by the State.(This review does not reflect the inspection, however, our last visit to Take 5 for oil change for our Rogue.)First of all, Take 5 obviously keeps track of when they suspect our car is ready for a new oil change based on our last visit there because I will receive email alerts from them.With that, there is no doubt they keep a history of the type of oil changes we typically get at the times we have gone there.I usually take our vehicle in for oil changes and ALWAYS have gotten the synthetic blend of oil which is considerably less expensive than a full synthetic oil.The last time we needed an oil change in our Rogue, my wife took the car in.(This is what pissed me off and the reason we haven't been back for an oil change to Take 5 in Liberty, TX)First off, I agree we didn't discuss the type of oil to have put in the car before she went to Take 5 in Liberty, however, I figured the technician would be honest and tell my wife what type of oil changes we've had in the past based on our visits there and she could make her decision accordingly.But that's not what happened. Instead, he played her and ended up selling my wife a more expensive oil instead of what we've always gotten in our Rogue.I HATE shady A-holes that take advantage of people!Jeff ShipleyLiberty, TX

Take 5 is the only place I ll go to for oil changes and inspections. The experience is consistently top notch at every location: friendly, fast service, *honest* recommendations (!!!) no pressure to get something that isn t needed, well trained staff.Did I mention friendly? Happy employees = happy customers!Shout out to Aaron at the Liberty location

My uncle got his oil changed at Take 5 in Liberty yesterday and now we are broke down in the middle of Houston with NO oil. Every time we try calling them, within the hours of service, it says the mail box is full. Do not recommend anybody use the Liberty location.

I was on my way to work and stopped by Take 5 for an oil, windshield wipers, and filter change. I was in and out quickly and the service techs were very good I really appreciate the hours of operation, it is convenient for early risers and on the go individuals.

This place took forever to get my oil changed. They had 6 workers on one vehicle and I sat in the other bay for 10 minutes. Then the employees had a long laughing conversation before they walked over to me to start on my truck. I don t think I will use this take 5 location in liberty again. Giving one star because it won t let me submit with hitting a star.

Everything was smooth until the bill $190.00 for an oil change on a 2011 GMC diesel dually. I went to Take 5 because the GMC dealer in town was charging about $145.00. Imagine my surprise. I can t afford to go back to Take 5, sorry

New 2023 Buick Enclave 1st oil change done on this car. Went to the Take 5 in Liberty Texas aprox 2nd week of December. Drove the car for a week then left for vacation and left car at home on driveway. When we returned the car had a puddle of oil under it. Husband looked under the car and saw oil had been leaked while driving it and had gotten all over under the car. He also reached down through the engine and felt the oil filter and it was very loose. Drove the car to the Take 5 location 1/2 mile away that did the oil change. After the manager came up from the pit, he said there was no problem and that the oil dripping was from just doing the oil change that it was normal that it drips sometimes. I showed him a picture of the puddle of oil and asked him if he tightened the oil filter while he was under the car. The car was also 3/4 pint low on oil. He lied and said no. My husband saw him tightening the filter as he was looking down through from the topside of the engine. When the mgr lied my husband then reached down in the engine and felt the filter and it was tight. I confronted him and told him it was loose 1/2 mile up the road at our house and he still deigned it. I told him that he was telling a lie and that all we wanted was for him to pay for the wash to clean all the oil from under the car and to top off the oil. He insisted that he had not done anything to the filter and the mess was normal do to performing the oil change. I told him he was going to lose our business and he could have cared less. I told him I was going to call the corporate office and he did not care. Accidents happen and we could have understood the filter being left loose but to tell a bold face lie is not goid business. Very friendly and they looked like they actually wanted to be there I could tell they were having a good time while also remaining very professional I was in and out in 10 minutes not to mention how friendly the lady was at the front desk I had never been to a take 5 I just got my first car and she was very kind and explained in detail how everything worked I wish I had gotten the two names of the workers but I unfortunately didn't either way 10/10 experience will be back for any of my cars needs I went Saturday at like 11

Went to Take 5 for oil change 1st they didn t have the oil I use. She told me if I bring the oil back they would still change it so I did. While she was down there I can hear her beating on something under my car. The next day I started hearing a woofing sound, took my car to the shop to find out my drive shaft bearing needed to be replaced, which caused me to replace my complete drive shaft 1300.00. Never Ever will I go back to Take 5!
