Would not recommend this place at all! Came to this shop to get my vehicle diagnosed and ended up paying over $500 to get my car fixed. They were confident in what was wrong with my car so I paid them to fix what they said was wrong. I left the shop and my car was making the same noises it was before so I brought it back up to the shop again just for them to tell me they weren t sure what was wrong with my vehicle. Along with all of that my alignment had went out after they had just done one on my car, brought it up the shop a third time and they told me my alignment was fine and nothing was wrong even though my car pulls when I drive it. I brought my car up there with one problem and left with my car having more problems than it did before. Over $500 later my money is wasted and my car is still broke even more broken than before might I add. They don t seem to keen on helping people out especially after they ve already gotten their money from you. Don't waste your time or money here, seriously disappointed!

Put a small lift on my truck and gave them the directions to torque everything to spec and parts were loose. Took 2 times to get an alignment close to right and the steering wheel is still sitting at 2 o clock. Had a small sound coming from the front axle and they tried replacing everything but what actually needed replaced. I m sure this place is fine for oil changes and basic auto repair but I would avoid for anything deeper.

Had an alignment done or attempted to on my 4runner. Could not get jam nut loose on one of the tie rods so they could not perform the alignment. They still charged me full price for an alignment!!!!CROOKS!!! Highly don't recommend this shady shop!!!

After noticing the position of my tires, I spoke with another mechanic that said either they didn't know how to do it, or never did the alignment at all. But still charged me $269 for a wheel bearing that cost 156.00 at O'Reilly's. Can't rate a zero, so I give them the lowest. Won't refer them, nor would I ever return. And I have a feeling that none of them know what "QUOTE" actually means.

Quick and good pricing. Walked in and back out in about 10 minutes getting a new tire on a loose rim. Also do excellent exhaust work!

My husband and I were traveling and our car overheated in Liberty. We luckily ended up at Milan Tire and Auto. The whole staff there is so very nice. Larry is a very knowledgeable mechanic. We highly recommend him. Gildon was so friendly and pleasant. And Randy, the manager, is awesome. These people know customer service! They made our inconvenient breakdown a lot less painful.

Milam Has been around a long time I always thought they were too pricey but when you call around for prices on auto repair they are five, ten dollars cheaper if not more, on tires and especially alignments they are the best people around when it comes to aligning trucks I take my trucks to them and never have a problem. And nowadays people are always in a hurry these people are pretty quick try them out you won't be disappointed

I asked them to put new tires on my truck, to fix front end if needed and align it They did good with the tires but failed with the alignment. I left there just to notice a couple of days later that my front tires were leaning in at the top really bad especially the passenger side. I brought it back and told them and they said oh well that's because it needs shims. I kindly reminded them that I asked them to fix whatever needed to be fixed before alignment. So they said they could fix it but it would cost another alignment I politely argued that I shouldn't have to pay for another alignment when that should have been done in the first place. They said they would work with me on that. Well they supposedly put the shim on one side and realigned it. It did take them very long to do so while I waited. Charged me a decent amount which seemed to me the shop hour rate would be doubled. I'm sure I got charged again for another alignment but I don't know. It was still wrong and started wearing the inside of my front tires quickly so I took it to another place to have it fixed. They may be alright with tires but definitely not alignment. Probably won't be back because of the way they handled it.

The employees here are fantastic. I had my tire light come on right before I got to Liberty. Since I was traveling to Louisiana to bring Christmas gifts to families that had lost everything, I am so grateful it happened in Liberty. I pulled right in and the guys immediately began to repair my tire which had actually gone flat not just low. I waited in the lounge and had an awesome conversation with Melissa while I waited! The guys got me repaired quickly and all employees went above and beyond ! GREAT PLACE!

DO NOT bring your Vehicle here!! Brought my car for them to fix my AC. They said to solve problem was to change the unit, which they did, took my car back several times because I was still with out AC.then they told me I have to pay more $$ because they have change something else now it wasn't the unit it was something else .if they knew what they were doing they would of figured out the problem the first time. Lost $1500 and with NO AC

So I had them do a front brake job. The lady at the front desk insisted I needed to have the rears checked as well. I knew where the rears were and they did not need attention. So off they go replacing the front pads and turning the rooters. $189.00 or $289.00 I cant remember doesn't matter still a lot of money plus a credit card fee. Who blatantly charges customers that? How rude make sure you don't let us know to bring cash when gas prices are at an all time high. Back to my review so a month later the front start's to shimmy. Well I took it back they said rooters need turning again. They turned them $50.00 labor cost. They started again to shimmy. I took it to Street Dream Creations in Dayton. He said I need new rooters. I went to Orally's in Dayton bought new rooters and pads they installed for $90.00. Good job street dream creations. Now why these people cant figure out that I needed rooters in the first damn place is beyond my understanding. The man with the long beard seems more knowledgeable then the girl at the front desk. You'ed figure if they wanted returning customers and they wouldn't waste peoples time and money. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY. Oh but don't worry they have their friends from 20 to 40 years ago and 20 and 40 year associates and customers to rely on that been going there since the 1970's and 80's .Thank you street dream creations body and auto repair. I won't be returning to these money grabbers.

Customer service is not the best. Had to take my truck back to be realigned. Had brake job done and told the lady to please recheck them, as they don't feel right. When I press on the brakes, they almost go down to the firewall. She told me they did a visual inspection, but did not drive it to evaluate it. When I asked if they would please do so, the lady seemed put out about it. As though I was asking them to do something over and above what I feel most folks would consider a normal inspection. You wouldn't even have to leave the parking lot to check this out!In addition to this, I had referred my son-in-law to Milan a few weeks back and they charged him $2500 to fix his AC. After the 3rd trip back because it wasn't blowing cold air like it should have, we're hoping the 3rd time is a charm.Time to find a new mechanic!

Jeeps are notorious for having electrical issues, and horns going out with age. I brought my 11 year old jeep patriot in for a horn that wouldn't work, after trying pep boys, who apparently couldn't figure it out, and Randy seemed super confident about the issue. My dad has brought every car we've had to Milam at some point in the past 20 years, and we're never let down. Randy didn't have to replace a single part and just found a loose wire, and the job ended up costing way less than I thought it would. Really glad we ended up going to Milam, they're tried and true.

They were friendly an very helpful to my car needs.. an I though I would be there most of the morning but they worked very fasted wasn't even there a hour my wait time was next to none. Very reasonable prices an all around great place to have work done on your car.. don't have to worry about them doing more to your car without asking of you if u want it done.

I took my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 in for an alignment this morning. My truck was pulling to the right. I was told that I needed a new Hub Assembly, a new Tie Rod, and new U Joints and it would cost me around $600.So I sat there all morning while the work was being done, passed noon when they close. They told me they got the work done which was good. I was told there is a slight pull to the right. Mr. Milam said to come back on Monday and they will take a look at it some more.So I get in my truck to drive home and it is still pulling to the right just as bad as it did when I brought it there for the alignment this morning. Plus, I almost rear ended a truck at a red light because my breaks didn't engage correctly. So all of this still after I almost spent $800. I am not very pleased and I have been bringing my truck here for almost 2yrs now...****************************************Since posting this review, Mr. And Mrs. Milam went out of their way to call me not once but twice to ask what they could do to make things right and to not lose our business. We appreciate their willingness to make things right. They said they are going to do their best to work out some of the issues my truck is having. We shall see if the issues get resolved. I am hoping and praying they can.

I came to Milam with what I thought was a $1000+ wheel stud problem. Randy and the team looked at it and came back to me to let me know they didn t think that was my problem. After careful explanation, it only turned out to be a $200 lug nut problem. They could have very easily done what was asked of them and taken the extra money. That s not the type of team that they ve built here. They re very knowledgeable, professional, and have a sense of integrity that you don t find everywhere. Thanks men!! I appreciate it and look forward to working with you guys in the future.Greg

Nice people and professional but took 2 hours to replace a tire on my truck and they couldn't even balance it. If you have bigger truck I wouldn't recommend them until they get the equipment and can balance bigger tires.

Went and had the brakes worked on. They replaced the brake pads and turned the rotors. Next morning pulling out of the driveway and the brakes were making a loud squealing noise. Drove it back to shop. Picked it up that afternoon and they told me the mechanic had not cut the drums all they way. No problems. Things happen. The next morning it did the same thing. Brought it back. Picked it up that afternoon and was told there was a bad part they had to replace. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I paid for it. They also said this model vehicle was know to have noise issues after replacing pads. WHAT? Had been a mechanic working at a repair shop while in school and never heard this.Next several mornings same thing. Squealing through the neighbor hood at 5 am. You know the neighbors loved me.Gave up on Milam Tire and Auto and went and purchased new pads. Premium Bendix Pads which i used to install where i i was a mechanic. Went to loosen the lugs and they were so tight i had to get a long breaker bar to get all but one off. The last one the nut stripped off at the lug.If i was stuck on the side of the road i would have had to pay for a tow truck instead of just replacing the tire. After putting the new pad on and TORQUING the lugs down as they should have been everything is good. 2 weeks and no embarrassing noise. Conclusion,They did not torque lug nuts. This is a big problem. By using an impact there is possibility of over torquing and causing safety issues. They use very CHEAP Parts. SAD. Do it right the first time. They said they changed a part and i know which one they said they changed and it looks as old as the rest of the parts. Not shinny parts. Just rusted ones. They have lost me as a customer and i was so hoping i had found a place i could trust to bring my vehicle to.

Taken all 3 of my cars there on numerous occasions, always do me right and never try to swindle or upcharge. They fix what's wrong not try to sell you on another more expensive issue. These guys are great to be honest.
