We have Grumpy's Garage in Liberty, TX. We use AutoZone everyday. Bobby and Laura go above and beyond to help us take care of our customers. Amazing people and store. Walking in or making a call, we feel like family! Thank You so much!

I am the caretaker for my elderly Auntie who needed help with a car part but has limited English language skills. The store Associate Melissa Lozano was able to guide her with information she needed both by phone and the Spanish website navigation. I stopped by here to pick a new set of windshield wipers. Bobby, the manager, is the guy to see.When I bought the blades, he offered to install them for me.When it wax discovered I was sold the wrong ones, even after looking in the system.Bobby quickly corrected the issue, got me the correct one and installed them for me in no time.

Auto zone in liberty Texas was very helpful to me when i went 1 day melissa lazano helped me find some screws to put my license plates on and she actully put them on for me...i wasn't feeling good and she put them on and told me to sit down. .i tried to give her a tip but she adked if i would give her a review...she was very helpful..thank you melissa lazano...the next day my chech engine light came on and this very nice man checked it for me...said it was my catylic converter was going out and recommended me this cataclean oil that you put in your gas tank...hopefully it works...

I came into to Autozone for help with my stalled car and everyone was so nice and quick with trying to help my problem! Brandon P tried his best to help me get my car started, and although it wouldn't start, he tried his absolute best and I appreciate it so much! This location is great and huge huge huge thank you to Brandon!

I must say I do not have much knowledge when it comes to vehicles. A young lady by the name of mellisa Lozano made me feel very comfortable also bilingual which made things really easy. Turned out my battery was bad. I purchased a battery and she changed it. I didn't have tools. She did it with no hesitation. She definitely takes pride in her work and most of all very professional. Thank you Melissa!!

Normally, I would rate this store a 5 but, this experience wasn't great. First, I called on Saturday, ( I will leave names out) I was looking for light bulbs for the third brake light. The person said "yep, got 7 2pks of them in stock". ($6.99 per pk) My mom went in Sunday to get a pk and she was told that the only thing they had was $11.99 and I don't know if it was 1 or 2 bulbs. She went next door to the other guys and told something similar. I believe she might have asked for the wrong bulb. She purchased neither. So, I called the Dayton store "yes sir in stock, $6.99 a 2pk". Ok, come Monday, I had to go through Liberty and I stopped to see if there was some mistake on Sunday. The person said "nope, don't have any". I went on to Dayton and got a 2pk $6.99. Was told "yeh, Liberty has 7pks in stock. I was changing out the 2 bulbs and saw, there were 5 bulbs in the assembly. 3 were not working. I wanted to replace them all at once anyway. Went back to the Liberty store, walked to the display and was asked "Can I help you sir?". (Same person, didn't recognize me). I said no thanks, got the 2 pks more that I needed and took them to the counter. Completed the job. 3 stars only because the first guy I talked to, knew his job.

Customer service is always excellent at Autozone. I buy the majority of my parts here. I like the accumulated discounts they give for purchasing items there. A lot of times I go to buy something and I get to take a decent amount off my purchases or get something for free because of how much I ve spent. They re all around better than their competitors that are almost always next door to them lol.

So if I could rate them a 10 or more I would they went above and beyond to help me!! I will never use orilley s again! I had to jump through loop holes with them getting wrong parts and spent a lot of money and time! Now Auto Zone got me a coil pack and they helped me above and beyond! Got the right part! These people actually know what they are doing and go by policy amazing customer service! You get what you pay for! No hassle no hoops to jump through! Thank you so much Bobby, Eric and Gerald! You are a God send! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I was a loyal customer here for ten years until my most recent visit last week. I won t go back. Short little guy was very rude and was too busy on the phone to help me (he said he was on the phone trying to help his boss) I thought customers were your priority?? The next customer who came in received help from him immediately!! So I said it s okay, I ll go next door. I received the absolute best service and they were way more knowledgeable and helpful at O Reilly s auto parts. Also, it is worth noting that when I asked for a headlight for my vehicle the guy at AutoZone told me it was $160 and when I went next-door it was like $15 because the guy at AutoZone told me the wrong one. Oh, and the guy at AutoZone wasn t strong enough to open where the headlight is so he could check to see if that was the correct one.

I had to get a new battery yesterday.Everyone was so kind and helpful at AutoZone in Liberty TxSpecial thanks above and beyond to Mr. Bobby Grissom. He was so dedicated, my old battery was so corroded and hard to remove.Can't thank everyone enough!!!

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the Liberty store!!!! Bobby is so cool knowledgeable, & helpful. All I have to do is walk in & I'm greeted with a smile. He always takes care of me! If he's not available, I get just as friendly service from other crew members! I live in Dayton. I make the extra drive to Liberty when I need to go to AutoZone. I'm treated like family/neighbor. My go to place for ALL my AZ needs!

We stopped in today after having a situation somewhere else that had me upset and Bobby was absolutely phenomenal!! I seriously can't rave about this man enough!! We left with my Little Bits saying they wish he was their Grandpa (heck I wish he was my Dad lol). He heard about me being treated some type of way at another place (you know the take advantage of a woman's mechanical ignorance type of thing) and he went above and beyond to take care of us. Even walked us thru everything and had my Little Bits watching and learning. He even insisted that he would replace the battery for me himself. It touched my heart so much that I stood there at the checkout with tears in my eyes. I can't thank him enough. Hands down the best customer care!!!

Great customer service. I left the Dayton store because of the terrible attitude from the associate. Liberty auto zone associates are actual mechanics not recruited from Walmart cashiers.Dayton get your act together. Thank you Liberty A.Z.

I had an issue that couldn't be solved by the dealership. I went in and Dawn was my best friend. She found the part I needed and helped me put it on hold. Made the pick up easy and when I went back with an issue the next day she made it right. Not only refunded me but helped me find a replacement. Great service and great attitude. Very knowledgable and kind. The epitome of texas hospitality. 10 of 10 will be back for any auto needs I have.

Just go next door. The policy prevents employees from erasing engine codes , so they tie the hands of employees. I work out west where gasoline octanes are 85,86 for Regular. Anytime I drive back south.., PO420. I run fuel treatment through, have it erased..,& i m back to normal. Autozone employees are crippled from helping. The fella told me to lift my negative cable for a half hour or so. That erases all my presets. Or, he said, just go nxt door to our competitor.., they ll fix ya up. Emissions is justa sham to keep consumers paying for chaos,& Autozones policy ADDS to the problem, while Oreilys approach helps CORRECT IT
