A few months ago, my husband paid for an oil change here, and they failed to securely attach the new filter. The oil leaked out of his car, and we had to go back to replace the oil that had leaked out. We thought this would just be a one-time slip up. I went to get my oil changed last weekend, and they failed to attach my heat shield back to the bottom of my car. While driving, it started dragging and scraping the ground. A random guy at a gas station was kind enough to help me zip tie it back to my car until I could get into the dealership to have it replaced. Kwik Kar s negligence to properly and securely attach parts onto customers cars has cost us both time and money. We won t be taking our vehicles back to this establishment.

This place is normally pretty decent, but today they changed my oil and failed to connect three of the screws to the drip pan so I was driving down the highway with it dragging. I had to reconnect them myself when I got home. I called and the manager told me to drive it back (with it dragging) and they would reattach and give me a discount on my next service. No thanks. Not going here again.

Told me I wouldn't pass inspection because my headlights weren't "Secure" enough. Didn't charge me tho, so two stars but that's a load of bull in my opinion. Side note. Vehicle was taken to shop prior to inspection to be able to pass... was given the all clear. Wouldn't recommend taking vehicles here for inspection. They'll make up excuses as to why it won't pass.

Needed a Tesla inspection. No emissions test so takes 3 mins to check the lights and honk the horn. Told me it would be a 40 min wait. At 42 mins said it would be another 1.5 hour wait. Should have just said in the beginning they didn't want to do it. Very rude and disrespectful of my time. Have been several times with other cars. Will never be back.

I sent my son or an oil change on his pick up. He was quoted 1 price and charged another at the register by the manager Cory. After learning of this, I called and spoke to him. He stated that he explained the additional charge was because he put synthetic in lieu of regular oil and that why they had to charge more. He stated my son said ok . As though a kid knows how to argue with a grown man. This is a total scam and taking advantage of a child. I will never use this place again.Service: Oil change

Owner told me that they don't perform trailer inspections when it has been wet and rainy. I laughed, thinking it was a joke until he told me, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." That doesn't even make sense. Won't be going back for oil changes or anything now.

Witnessed the most unprofessional behavior this morning (10:30/July 10, 23. I brought my car In for an inspection and backed in behind the building next to two other waiting customers. Twice, for inspections, the employee came out and, not exaggerating, raced the customers vehicles through the rocks between Kwik Kar and the Golden Chick. I could hear the rocks bouncing off the wheel wells and could see the front tires spinning as he sped around to do the brake test. I understand they need to test the braking, but they have never had a problem before doing it along side the building from a stop by the front. The last instance, same employee was pulling a car straight in to get oil changed that was parked next to me and again, spun l the tires in the dirt and moved faster than what was necessary to move just 20 to the bay. After that, I left. I wasn t going to let this same guy treat my car like a rental. I will never bring not only my car, but my 4 other vehicles here for anything! What I witnessed was true unprofessionalism and directly reflects the services they provide. Such a disappointment. I should go back and just video it for proof as this must be his regular behavior.

ABSOLUTELY horrible business. Do NOT COME HERE. 100% rip off on pricing and pressuring for unnecessary services to get more money. You are better off at a dealership than this place.

Used to love this business, but the new management is horrible and they re out to make money off of customers by lying to them and take advantage of them anyway they can for a small town I would avoid this business at all cost possible.

Went in to get an inspection and got the usual "well, it's going to be at least an hour" in a sarcastic tone. This has happened multiple times now, I've never been to a business that tries so hard to get you to not be a customer. Message received, I won't come back again...

Took my car in and got an oil change, didn't drive it all weekend and got to my son's appointment which is 4 hours long, the nurse stay with him. Make a short story I sit in the car well anyway I get out of my car and I have oil everywhere found out themat they didn't tired the oil filter and soil called them after much discussion they told me someone sabotage my car really ,will never use them againService: Oil change

Took my truck in to get my brakes fixed went ahead got my old change even though it wasn't time since I was already there. Called and told me it was ready went to pick it up and they only checked the brakes didn't fix them. So basically paid for an oil change I could have waited on.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Needed an inspection for my RV. Called ahead and verified they can inspect an RV. They said no problem and gave me instructions as to where to park and that it was first come first served.I arrived at opening time and informed the guy in the shop where I was. He told me to wait in my RV. 45 minutes later some other guy comes out, takes my info and mileage and tests all the lights. He tells me he s setting up for me and goes back inside. 15 minutes later a third guy comes out and tells me they aren t certified to inspect my RV because it has air brakes.Really? So I waste all this time and fuel to drive to liberty hill because this place doesn t know what questions to ask about a vehicle inspection. Would you trust them to change your oil correctly? I wouldn t.

This is The Best place for your vehicle ervice requirements. BTW, they fully service my 6.7 liter F250 Super Duty pickup including new fuel filters! From Inspections CV to medium duty mechanics, this the place to go in Linerty Hill TX and Hill Country region!

Just took my VW SUV in, after hearing what sounded like a serious problem, to find out kwik kar techs hadn t reinstalled my air damn completely, and it was hanging down being torn up on the road as I was driving. There was also speculation that the oil filter had not been replaced. I called to simply request that they have their techs double check things like having the air damn completely reinstalled because it just cost me quite a bit due to their overlooking that. The man said Ok in response. It seem to me that he couldn t care less about their mistake costing me another bill at a European mechanic. I inquired about the type of oil filter and explained why. He proceeded to try and talk over my head. No apology. No customer service. Just bland stoic responses. Will not be doing business here again.

I ve been coming here for years, and through all the name changes, they only seem to get better.My attendant today was very enthusiastic about helping me out; showing me everything he was doing and explaining why. When all the fluids were swapped and topped off, and the engine cleaned, he insisted I drive the car with him to make sure I was satisfied before paying the bill.I m very impressed with theservice, and definitely recommend this Kwik Kar.Very friendly and super helpful.

I have been here twice. The first time I came I had my oil change and car inspected. The service was phenomenal and the employees were really nice. I went again today to take my husbands vehicle in for a inspection and again, the service was phenomenal and the employees were really nice. This is become my go to place. I am always in and out, little to no wait.

I took my wife's Mercedes in to have the state inspection completed. The staff was courteous and friendly. They used paper floor mats to ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle. I was extremely pleased with the service.The next day I took my company car in for an oil change. Again, a friendly and courteous staff. The service was completed in a timely manner at a fair price.I will take my vehicle back for service, and I highly recommend Kwik Kar and Lube in Liberty Hill.

Not sure how to reach out to the manager there, but wanted to commend an employee there named Israel. He went out of his way today to help with my service and it was greatly appreciated.
