Hands down!I did my auto repair here and Ashley is great to work with and she provided me the updates while repair is in progress. She is available all the time and answered all my questions. We can directly chat with her for any questions. Also, she atAlso, they provided FREE pick up and drop off service to rental location. It was very helpful.I highly recommend this place to anyone. And the lady front desk is so welcoming all the time.

Great experience with Caliber Collision Liberty Hill! Terrific customer service beginning with Michelle at the front desk and the entire way through the repair process with Michael Tyner. Michael worked directly with my insurance company to ensure they covered all of the repairs and only high quality replacement parts were used. Michael proactively communicated with me through every step. My 2022 BMX X4 M40i was returned in spotless condition... it looked brand new!

Absolutely amazing service. I got my days confused for my estimate and they still did the estimate and the work on my vehicle. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. The receptionist was super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Staff was friendly and professional. Eric is knowledgeable and keeps you up to date with what s going on with your vehicle throughout the whole process. They also clean your vehicle before giving it back to you which is awesome. 10/10 recommend

Last Wednesday, I was driving to commute. I'm a new driver and not very knowledgeable about cars. With an hour left to my destination, the tire warning light came on, so I hurriedly stopped by this shop where they checked my tires. They were open early and kindly inspected my car, for which I'm grateful. I was quite flustered, but thanks to them, I made it to work on time. Once again, thank you for your kindness.

I had a pleasure of meeting Eric Weaver and experince a true rock star performance.My van had a serious problem with the passenger door hinge. Estimates at other repair shops had me well over a $1k and it was forecasted that my van would have to remain overnight.After I met Eric, he quickly assessed the discrepancy and fixed it. This only required a 1hr wait in the lobby. I also was drastically under the budget I estimated for the repair.

I can t thank them enough. Michael was great! I dropped off my car at 930a on Tuesday and got it back on Friday by 5p. He knew I hated being in a rental car so he got the job done quickly but efficiently. My car is good as new. I highly recommend!

Caliber completed the repairs and kept me in the loop at all times. The vehicle looks great. Eric articulated what repairs were to be done and was very detail oriented. He ensured everything was "right" and am happy with the results.

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Caliber. They never left me wondering where my car was at in the process of getting fixed. They went above and beyond in customer service and communication. Ashley worked hard on my behalf with insurance. 100% all around.

We had an amazing experience having our car repaired at this shop. Walking into the shop, it appears very new and clean. It's a little hidden behind the Autozone. The staff were friendly, attentive, and stayed in good communication with every step of the process. They assisted us with a rental and were available when we had questions. The workmanship in repairing our vehicle was excellent. There was no evidence of the previous damage. The car was even detailed and came out looking brand new! I got my door/scratch/dent fixed at Caliber Collision at Liberty Hills. Everyone was very nice, friendly, polite, professional and communicative. They communicated with me throughout the time that they were working on my car. It was amazing. I didn t have to inquire about my car status at all.My car came back like it was a brand new car. Great experience after a car-disfiguring wreck. High-caliber employees; professional and knowledgeable! The car looks brand new, and we're impressed. CC communicates regularly... we never had to "wonder" if the repairs were on track. CC even took care of rental return! HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALIBER COLLISION - LIBERTY HILL!
