Unsatisfied customer service.Today morning I went to Walmart auto care center at colony for flat tyre its in front passenger side and employee told me to change driver side tyre is bad he try to change new one I sow he doing wrong work and told him flat tyre is in passenger side he said any way you need to change tyre .. either he didn't look at tyre if he can repair or not.. he was forced me to change tyre so I ask can you repair it he didn't listen me .. so at that time I follow him flat..Finally I ask him to give my old tyre back ..Am adding my old tyre pics with .."I dnt know why the employees have an insensitive for changing tyres"...

They gave me an estimate of 1 hour to fix my tires and I gave them my number to call for any defects. After over an hour, they didn t call so I checked the app and it says they put my service on hold with no notification. I had to go up there and they took my car out of service and told me my tires were unfixable (which I understand is not their fault). So I stayed to get it replaced because I had no other ride. But then after 40 mins, they gave me a call saying it ll be over 1 hour to get it fixed. 3 hours for 1 service is horrible especially when you re not giving any notifications or calls on what the problem is.

Time wastersHave lots of excuses not to do workI have Walmart tires and just want rotating and the guy suddenly went out and came back and said this is unsafe to work on these tiresAs if he was ready to make excuses not to do workI think better get rid if these people who don t want to work.

I ve been to Walmart now for many years and have had zero issues until recently. When asking for a tire balance and rotate, as well as an oil change, they broke my tire sensor and didn t tighten the screws on my engine guard all the way. The engine guard got loose during my trip to Austin, and I had to call roadside assistance because I couldn t drive with it dragging across the ground.

First of all I came in on a Monday because on super bowl Sunday every place was packed. These guys were courteous and extremely fast that is literally the fastest oil change I've ever seen and they did everything!Not to mention they even reset the Chevy Silverado oil change indicator which no other shop ever does!Thank you for exceptional work today!Service: Oil change

My two front tires were bald and I needed new tires. When checking me in she asked which two tires I told her the front ones but how I know they will place the new ones on the back. She asked if I wanted a tire rotation and I looked at her crazy and said no because everybody knows new tires go on the back. I just figured she didn t know what she was talking about because she is not a technician. Red flag number 1! When my vehicle was ready I noticed that the tires were on the front. I questioned this and the technician tells me I didn t request them to go on the back. I m like if you read anywhere they go on the back! He proceeds to tell me about how we were in Texas and it didn t matter where they go because we are not in a wet/snowy area! So now I have to go somewhere else and have them rotated. I also asked if he measured the thread on my back tires and he said no. Will definitely be speaking with the manager. Unacceptable! This was the automotive center in the Colony WalmartService: Tires

I would not recommend going to Walmart tire. I came to this place 3 months ago and got all 4 tires replaced for my car. Just recently I discovered, one of the tires had 3 bolts missing. I ve been driving my car with missing bolts for more than 15 days. I didn t take my car anywhere else after I got the tires replaced from them. I went to Walmart to discuss this situation with them, and they didn t accept their fault. Instead, I was told by their employees to go to O Reilly and buy the bolts and they ll fix it for me. They expected me to drive my car with 3 missing bolts in a tire. Once I bought the bolts back to Walmart, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager didn t even bother to come outside to speak with me and instead relayed a message to one of his employees we will check the camera and will get back to you tomorrow . It has been 3 weeks now and I m still waiting to hear back from the manager. The manager's name is David Cortez.Service: Tires

Worst auto experience ever! Just needed a new tire put on my rim. Waited a half hour while they did absolutely nothing. Literally 5 guys walking around playing around, having a good time. Then their boss came out and instructed them to assist with my tire. My car was on the side of the road the whole time. Very disappointed with the employees here

Stopped in today for an emergency tire change turns out all 4 were worse than I thought. Andrew (front desk) was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a priority. Alberto and Leonel worked fast, found some real issues that I didnt know about and were amazing. Thank you all. Will definitely be returning here.

Just got to give a shout out to the staff here. I was dealing with some issues with my flat tire and they were amazing. They worked so hard to get my situation taken care of as quick as they could while keeping me calm because I was stressed out. It was my first time ever having to put tires on the car and they explained everything. They helped walk me through the entire process and answered all of my questions no matter how silly they were. My car got new tires and so far so good. Every single person I dealt with was so nice. Thank you!

I very rarely do reviews, however this particular Wal Mart Auto Center takes the cake!!I took my wife's car to this Wal Mart auto center on two separate occasions(first being the 7th in which they upcharged me for a new tire to replace the old one, the second being today 16MAR20) for the same exact tire. Initially, we thought maybe we had a stroke of bad luck or a bigger issue than the tire itself(rim, broken seal etc.).Today, March 16th, I had the car towed to the Wal Mart to have the same tire fixed that the same exact team "fixed" on the 7th. During that time, I thoroughly explained the symptoms(I don't see a puncture to the tire but I can very easily hear the hissing of the air escaping) to help save some time to diagnose and fix the issue. 2 Hours later, the car still hadn't been touched. Cool, it's a Tuesday, not very many people working today. I utilized that time to pick my wife up from work to bring her to the Wal Mart Auto Center as it was nearing the time I had to be at work. 2 hours more, and she called me to say she'd been told they didn't "find anything wrong with the tire"(we'd already discussed this with everyone working during my time there) AND didn't have the tools necessary(Valve Stem is what the deductive reasoning led us to believe was the issue since the tire and rim were fine) to fix the tire and she'd have to go elsewhere. She asked if it is possible to call the nearest Wal Mart to see if they have the valve stem, they don't know and don't have the capability to call and check. lolThe kicker here is, we originally bought the tires from the Wal Mart on Stonebrook(about 3 or so miles further north) and went to this Wal Mart because A. It's Closer B. It's a flat tire so, of course we want to minimize the distance traveled by the tow truck. After coming up short at that Wal Mart, the technicians at the Stonebrook Wal Mart hadn't had the tire off for more than 5 minutes before they were able to isolate where the leak was coming from(a noticeable hole in the tire NOT a valve stem issue, ergo the sound I was hearing!) and completely solve the problem in it's entirety.Now, my main issue is not the lackluster customer service nor is it the fact that they spent A LOT of time to then send her on her way with no solution. But my real issue is that they knowingly let her leave with a tire that quite possibly could've blown out on the freeway and injured her. Take my advice: Drive the extra 3-4 miles up the street to the other Wal Mart and save yourself the time, energy & headache in the long run.

Went twice in 1 day for a oil change and they keep saying 2 hours for an oil change. Cashier was very rude even to the employees in the automotive department. Had 1 young guy that worked in automotive told me it should only take 5 mins for an oil change then the guy in charge says 2 hours. I showed up at 6 and they close at 7. So your telling me it takes 2 hours for an oil change after y'all close? Horrible.

Extremely poor customer service! Mr. Lopez is horrible in communicating. Told me next car is yours after an hour waiting, then after another 20min he said tires are taken to replace by technician. Ok agreed! Then again after 15 min when I went for just walk outside, my car is still there without doing nothing. I won't recommend this place to anyone that I know.

Great customer service and quick service. The price for sintetic oil for our 2015 Nissan Sentra was under $50 everywhere it was more. They use pennzoil.. I highly recommend this Walmart Automotive Service Shop.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

bait & switch - called ahead to make sure they had the tires I wanted. check in wait for tires to be mounted get a call there is a problem. they have only 3 tires when their inventory says they have 6. they say I need to buy a more expensive tire. car is already on lift with tires off. no offer to provide the more expensive tires at the lower price I was promised. I would wager if I call today they still show 6 tires in stock. stay away from the service center

Horrible customer service. The associate was very rude. I took my car for filter change and my place was cancelled in the system due to their associate s mistake. The manager came and said sorry you will have to wait for 1 more hr and wait for your turn. When I asked for estimated time the associate rudely replied how would I know I m not a mechanic and when I asked the mechanic he said ask the associate .

Ive been to this Walmart several times in the past to get my oil changed , not once have they ever refused me service but today they did , they said they didn't have oil filters for my vehicle and when i went to buy one i saw they had the exact oil filter for my car. This walmarts customer service is very unprofessional refused to give me service and lies to their customers, Very disappointing will not be coming back the employees attitude are terrible and disrespectful as wellService: Oil change

They broke one of my wheels studs last year. And just today they stripped one of my lock nuts and blamed it on my lock key. Got home and the lock key still worked on my other 3 lock nuts when doing it manually. I've been using them for Tire Balance and Rotation for 2 years. Not anymore !!!! Had to come here and vent.

Came in for a battery change and was told its going to take an hour and fifteen minutes to get done feel like I have been here for ever. Don't understand how it takes that long to change a battery if there is no one really here and only one car getting it's tires changed

Turned me away at 6pm when they closed at 7 and all I needed was a tire patch. Ran over to Firestone and they handled it for $30 in 15 min.

Poor service, took 1 hr to change oil on a slow day one customer in front of me. Asked to rotate tires they failed that as well. Stood in line to pay for another 15 min. with no one in line. Very frustrating experience.

I got nilI in my tire at Walmart store when I ask the auto department to do it because I can't go with the car like this and I will pay for the service he said we don't have time for that and they still have one hour before they close.!!!!Bad service

DO NO GO TO THIS STORE TO PURCHASE ANY TYPE OF TIRE. THE SERVICE MANAGER PHIL IS VERY RUDE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR ROAD HAZARDOUS WHEN THE TIRE IS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE!!!!! I WOULD NOT EVER IN MY LIFE AS LONG I NEED TIRES WILL NOT COME BACK HERE. THE STAFF IS RUDE, NON-HELPFUL AND THEY ARE STRAIGHT CON ARTIST. I WILL MAKE SURE MY GETS ALL TO CORPORATE . THANKS FELLOW WALMART EMPLOYEE!!!

Waited for 2 hrs for my oil change for them to tell me they couldn t do it. They should of told me that before I waited 2 hrs.
