Went to get my vehicle serviced with the $24.88 pit crew oil change and apparently according to the service tech, they don t fill up certain fluids. From what I gathered the tech informed me they don t fill up power steering fluid brake fluid. When I asked the Front desk what came with the package that I got she couldn t even inform me on what the package deal was. So then, I asked to speak to a manager the manager comes out and informs me. They fill all fluids up to the neutral line. Then technician comes out and tells me that the fluid we were looking at is not my steering fluid, but in fact my brake fluid, so he didn t even know which fluids were what, on top of that my fluids were not filled up to the neutral line like the manager had said, and he then just walked away as the conversation was continuing between me and the tech. Save yourself time, go somewhere else they don t know what they re doing at Walmart, nor do they care about the service their customers are receiving nor do they know what comes with the service, nor do they know which fluids or what.

Again, I have my car serviced here for two new tires. I have received fantastic service from Jonathon. His care for the customer is impeccable. This is my second time working with him. I think I am the lucky one here.

My personal experience was overall positive as I went for batter replacement and I knew I got the original back there some time ago.I did not expect it, but they located my order, identified the battery, showed me the date (past 3 years) and told me it has 2 extra years of pro-rating, so I ended up with replacement for less without asking for it.on the other hand things there are clearly hectic and most of the techs have developed a healthy habit of not pushing too hard. There was a young black dude with a Walmart hat on that was on the service desk and handled my case and a few others. He was operating about 3 times the speed the techs working at the nearest two lines looking from inside.That same dude sneaked in a few customers while handling my case, which was not good for me, but was probably better for the company and as I said he was reasonably fast...so no hard feelings.I still take off one star for the overall organization of the place. I think it would have operated differently if it was owner operated.Probably would not have had the Walmart prices though.

It's not a bad service center it was about 8 or 8:30 in the morning shop was not busy so there shouldn't have been any kind of a long wait just really wasn't a sense of urgency like yeah okay I was kind of in a hurry I didn't push the issue because you know I didn't want to be that that guy that person. Then they had system issues and which was not the fault of anyone technicians once they got a hold of it after the computer issues and all that mess took him 10-15 minutes technicians did a great job

Good service. Been here twice this month. Once to get the battery replaced and today to get the oil change done.Not much wait, good service, friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Far better than dealerships where they try to overcharge. Next time i am going to get my tyres here and take the warranty. Seems promising. Btw, helpful people here

I had a flat tire from hitting a curb and the employees at this location made getting it fixed so quick and easy! I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a brand new tire! They really saved me since it was New Year s Day and all other tire shops were closed. I can t thank them enough for their help!

I have a 2011 BMW. I went to this Walmart Auto Care Center here in Lewisville; I had scheduled an appointment for 5 pm after work. I arrived on time, and a worker approached, asking me to open my car's hood. After inspecting it, he told me that it was impossible for them to perform an oil change on my vehicle because it has an electronic oil gauge, and they don't do oil changes on cars without a manual oil gauge. I explained that I had previously had oil changes at Walmart for BMWs, and I had never encountered an issue with an electronic oil gauge.This is very stressful because I needed to change my vehicle's oil as I have a long road trip today. Now, I have to wait until the next day to get the oil change elsewhere and hopefully make it to my destination on time.

I went today and they were so nice and helpful and patient with all the customers there today. From Doreen, Johnathan, Kareem and Trey. I really appreciate y all s help and will be back for sure. They also helped me find the battery w/ warranty within my budget! With a unmatched customer service

Lazy employees work in this bay finding excuses not to work. Waited an entire hour for them to tell me they don't service my vehicle type after ive been servuced in this same vehicle at walmarts nationwide. They were making excuses not to schedule another very standard vehicle. Would not reccommend huge waste of time

Yesterday evening I took my car Toyota highlander to Walmart Lewisville, for oil change. When they finished replacing the oil and filter, I went straight back to my house. Today early morning I went out and didn t realize that my parking spot was full of engine oil. On driving 20 miles the engine oil light turned on. When checked, the oil tank is completely empty and a continuous loud noise is heard from the engine. I towed the car to the Lewisville Walmart.Mechanic examined and said the filter gasket has been wrongly installed and thus broken into two halves. Then they replaced the gasket and oil and then the loud sound is gone. When I asked them they told they won t be responsible if there s any engine damage occurs due to driving with no oil.I will never recommend that place.Service: Oil change

I've Been coming to Walmart for 4 days straight to get a tire changed. All four days I've been turned away. I can see wires on one of my tires and I've been turned away. I have 3 nails in a second tire I've been turned away. This is not acceptable

Disappointed with the service of This auto care center, I scheduled an appointment by reaching out over phone at 2 pm 04/24/2023. I reached out to the center ad per scheduled time, then they are saying appointment got cancelled, I was not notified about the cancellation. Saying system cancelled the appointment automatically. And the response also not good by the associate given here.How could any customer come to this auto care center after scheduling an appointment, if people/system doesn t notify about the status of appointment.Service: Tire rotations

Last minute on New Years Day my tire went flat for no reason because the temperature dropped fast. My wife works overnight and I was at home with my little girl and needed to make sure my tire was fixed, I called and Tyler and Kareem at the Tire Center let me come by and fixed me up after they were technically not supposed to take any more customers. They went above and beyond and we re super friendly about it as well. Thanks guys!! Show this to your boss if they ever question you again!!!Service: Tires

You get what you pay for, that's especially true with Walmart. Horrible experience.There was only one car ahead of us and they had us wait 1 HOUR only to tell us they didn't have filters for one of the cars and COULDN'T DO IT. But the other one was in the process of being done only to then tell us the other one didn't have the filter either.The fake nails girl working the counter was so bored / hated her job and so low IQ, she kept putting in the license plates wrong even after going out and taking pics. And blamed it on us for giving her the wrong information. I guess only people like that work at Walmart.Manager Diane wasn't any better. Horrible / angry attitude. Like what are you getting mad for? Your people were the ones that messed up a bunch. I mentioned that it texted me that the car was done and she replied "show me!" as if I was lying then when I showed her she made some excuse. Like why would you guys not check if you had the parts first before having us wait and hour for no reason? Only 1 car was ahead of us.

I was very unhappy with the auto center. I waited an hour and a half while they had my truck to do an oil change on it and when they called me back they told me that they were not able to change the oil because it had oil seepage and they did not work on vehicles with oil leaks. I have had that truck for 9 months and have never had to add oil and have never had a drop stain my driveway. They were not even willing to show me what they were talking about or even show me a pic of the leak. I am a busy person with a business and caring for my 83 year old father and every minute counts to me let alone an hour and a half for nothing to happen besides me spending money in their store while waiting.

Went in for a simple oil change and head shop manager told me he could not touch my car because they were sludge in the oil. Said that my car was overheating and he was it going to be liable for it it on reality he just didn t want to do work for it to the dealership hadn t oil change done no issues with the engine and yes it was black but nothing abnormal like sludge.Service: Oil change

IF I COULD GIVE THIS NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD!The mechanic here was very very rude. I came here with my 8 month old baby and he made us wait around for 2 hours and told us to walk around the store and came back and still he said i dont have tools for this VW car also made a rude comment to another customer about our car saying i don t understand why people be buying these volkswagen car while im hearing this.This mechanic which he is the only one working there was lazy, incompetent and needs to be replaced! I went there today to check my battery that I installed last year. There were 3 cars in front of me, and there were many customers, not enough staffs. Then, Cory came out and he handled all the customers very fast. On top of it, since I was there for just a quick battery check, he checked my battery really quick, and moved on to the next customer. His service was truely superb and efficient. I had a long day at work, but Cory's excellent service absolutely made my day. Great job, and Thank you very much for your excellent service on my battery.

I had a flat tire with a small incision. Other auto servicers told me to just get the whole tire replaced, but here at Walmart, Tyler took the time to thoroughly inspect the tire and put in the effort to carefully close the incision.He successfully fixed the issue and I was able to save money by not having to buy a brand new tire.10/10. Great service and professional work.

It is what you expect: an affordable oil change that takes about an hour to an hour and a half, and nothing more. You can only imagine that the workers don't get paid as much as other shops, therefore you don't expect them to go over and above. Usually that's the case, but during my visit yesterday the man who was helping check us in provided great customer service and even made meaningful conversation while he was getting our info. Hopefully that experience will be replicated in the future!

Corey was a great help tonight. I came in with a tire that I was hoping would be repaired. They already had some cars in the pit but he quickly took a look at the tire and confirmed it couldn't be repaired. So, he got me in line quickly and had a new tire mounted and balanced in about 10 minutes. Thank you for being so quick and helpful on a very busy evening!

I went to get a flat tire fixed so took about 2hrs yo get it done n balance all four tires. I was happy to have gotten it fixed and parked inside my driveway. before leaving on a small trip once I got back home I noticed my truck leaning and the same tire was flat!!! Since I got it fixed I parked on my drive way hasn t been moved and now I have to take care of it again!!!

I dont really know where to start. If there would have been someone else running the register this review would have been completely different. Possibly 4 stars.Lets just say the cashier had no idea what was going on. I have never had to answer so many questions when going to a garage for a simple oil change. It took her 45 min to check me out, which by then, the manager had to take over.The manager- under different circumstances this interaction would have played out completley different. Its the job of the garage and its technicians to ensure the correct services are being performed. Not the customer.Walmart- please ensure there is a competent cashier to assist the auto care team. Today was absolutely unacceptable. Hopefully one that knows a little about cars.

I came in store 5092 to the auto shop for a oil change and to rotate my tires. I asked one of the workers if they sold 20 inch tires and he said no because you usually have to order online for 20+ tires. So another mechanic name Cory was able to locate a tired for me and the manger Benny gave me a Greaaaat deal on the tire. This store customer service is one of the best services I have ever had coming from Walmart and I live in Arlington and now this will be my one and only Walmart I will deal with on a daily .. Since I work in this area. Thanks so much u guys for winning me over.

Waited a whole hour for a battery change. There was only one other car there at the time. Manager was outside smoking a cigarette 3 times during that hour. Why aren't you helping run the shop?! I'll never come here again!Edit: They were unable to install due to a terminal they did not have in stock. Very frustrating

This review is about the new crew, in previous 13 years we have had nothing but good experiences with this Wal-Mart auto center, but unfortunately this new crew in summer of 2021 is lazy unprofessional and twice we go there for service they make up excuses why they can't do oil change or fix a flat while they are sitting arounddoing nothing or smoking.They see us there waiting they stare at us pass by and say nothing we tried to get their attention to engage but they don't help.Services: Tires, Oil change

This auto center has the worst service. I arrived at 5:18pm on a donut. All the bays but one was closed. 3 auto center employees were all setting out front talking and laughing. I told them I needed a tire and the gentlemen all looked towards the guy that was standing up and he responded with, " nah, we arent taking anymore tires today. We are about to close." So i had to come all the way to Pepboys to get help.
