Will not use Walmart for tires ever again, even with Black Friday deals. I d read reviews for this location and was a little hesitant given the low ratings, but figured it would be fine if I scheduled for the first appointment in the morning. Boy was I wrong. My appointment was at 8 and my car was not done until 11:20. Unacceptable. They told me when I walked in that they only had one tech so they wouldn t get to my car until 9 when another tech came in. I had an appointment for 8, you should honor my appointment or not double book if you only have one employee working. A tire appointment should not take 3.5 hours either. The employees were polite so that is the only reason I m giving 2 stars.

Got an oil change. Got new tires here last year. Always professional, friendly, fast, and affordable! That's why I always come here!

Had an appointment to get tires put on that I bought through Walmart. 30 minutes before the appointment they call me and tell me they have to reschedule for that evening (which I couldn't make) because they didn't have enough employees. Would've been nice to know sooner because I already was on my way there. Being open for 2 hours I guess wasn't enough time to give me a heads up. I had an appointment, therefore you should be able to honor that time. If you're understaffed, don't allow appointments you can't honor. If you have people call out, figure out a solution. Also, when I tried to call back 3 separate times to figure out a possible time for this weekend, no one picked up. Probably a blessing for me that no one answered. Don't be fooled by their cheaper installation prices. They probably wouldn't do a great job given some of the reviews that I've seen. I'll be happy to go elsewhere, pay more, get better customer service and have better peace of mind.

Took my car here on a Monday, thinking it would be better then on a weekend.WRONG!Arrived at 10:00 am. Was told there was only one person doing oil changes.I said no worries I can drop it off and come back when it was done.Was told they won't get to it till after 12:00 because the guy was going to lunch.I asked how does he get a 2 hour lunch?Was told he had 2 cars in front of me then he was going to lunch.Ok , was told they would text me when it was in the garage.Received a text at 12:45.Headed over there at 1:15 , got there the same car that was in the garage was still in there with the hood up.When I asked if my car was done was told there was 1 ahead of mine????I told them that was my place 3 hours ago . Was told there was only 1 guy and he just got back from lunch???Was told they would put the car in the bay now .2:15 now I'm still waiting.Will update after it's done...Thought I wasn't doing anything while waiting.Update:It's now 2:30 after talking to a store manager it's getting worked on.Unbelievable!

Went here Saturday hoping to get my mother's flat fixed. It was 5minutes till 5pm.attendant told us they were closed although the website said"open till 8pm" this is Not the service I've come to expect from an company that likes to consider itself part of the"neighborhood". Sorely disappointed in this display. The service we requested would have taken this particular gentleman MAYBE 10 minutes to perform. But alas money & probably O.T. probably rule the day other than customer service.

if i could give zero stars i would. worst service i ve ever received paid over $200 for them to have lost my tires then they slipped a $40 fee onto the end of the service on top of everything else, also they were behind schedule by about an hour despite having no other customers worst experience would not recommend will not be going back

The car is leaking oil because the engine oil tap was wrong placed. We went 2 times to solved it, but the supervisor refused to solve it because if they do it they need to replace the oil. I never received this lack of accountability for any Walmart before. I am going to check with the claim manager.

Took my car in just before it closed to get the back wheels balanced and the techs Sakaria and Hebert noticed that one of the tires was badly warped. Even though it was at the end of their work day Jose and John did not think it was safe for me to drive home. The crew worked over time to replace my back tires!John has helped me out before and he always puts safety first. This Walmart auto center has a very professional crew!

I love coming to this shop. The mgr John and Mackie are great to deal with. They help me out with my battery and tires. I recommend this place.

I got an oil change. However you need to know these technicians get paid hourly not per car. I walked in after their 2:30 break.. I was told by one of the technicians, we only have 2 employees. Look I understand if you're backed up and have 5-6 people ahead of me. I'll go somewhere else. Listen everybody, all I needed was a oil change once I went inside, I was told I was 1st in line.. To everyone reading this don't bother talking to the technicians go inside and talk to the person in store, get your slip, and hand your keys over. This will eliminate your problem of what I went through. I haven't been in here in 3 years due to similar "busy" issues and I finally took action. Once again I can't say every technician will be dishonest and like the one I experienced. However if so, go inside and check.

Got my last oil change here just out of convenience. Took my car to get an oil change today at my usual shop. Turns out Walmart had stripped my oil drain plug. The oil change here may be cheap, but it cost me more money in the long run.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very friendly and helpful counter person, but one technician kept giving her a rude attitude and when she politely asked him to retrieve the old wiper blades from the trash, because the customer asked to take them home, he stomps off like a 2 yr old, mouthing something in his native language... This is the reason for the one star and why I went and bought my tires elsewhere.

I have free tire balance and rotation option because I have purchased all tires in walmart a year ago. I left my car today for balance and rotation. One hour later I have received a call from Stacy, she said that everything is completed. When I came to the store, Stacy said that nothing done technician declined to do tires rotation and balance. Horrible place with no communication between manager and technician. Absolutely negative experience about customer service and professionalism. 4 technicians are walking around and not doing anything, just waiting for the end of the shift. Highly not recommended!!!

Refused to change my oil because they couldn't get my dip stick to go all the way in. When I looked at it myself. I was able to push it in without any excessive force. Showed the employee that and he still refused to do it. Seemed like to me he was more worried about avoiding more work than the dip stick.

Tire center review.I know about COVID and the difficulty finding good help but dang. RUDE not helpful and darn near useless.I just took the tires and went down the road to a local tire shop. They had my tires one in 15min no drama.

Horrible customers services, waiting for 2 hours for an oil change. Went to check and was told they didn't do the oil change. They said the wrong kind of oil was marked on paper work. The girl at the counter filled that out for me. They didn't take the time to call me to let me know about the problem. I talked to the assistant Manager JAX He told me for good service he goes to the dealership. He doesn't do his car maintenance at walmart.

We called and the guy (Dave) told us the automotive department closed at 6 so we drove up there to get an oil change. As soon as we get up there, we're told that they are closing at 5 and can't do it. My husband then calls the same number and is told they do close at 6 only to hear the man we had just spoke to tell Dave( who doesnt even work in the automotive department) that 'we are closing early'. There needs to be better than communication between coworkers, especially if it's someone filling in so that issues like this don't happen.

Extremely slow and poor customer service every time! Not worth the time or headache (or even the 1 star) for a slightly lower price! The last straw was when we came in at 4:30pm needing 1 new tire and being told they didn't have time to get to it because they had 2 oil changes in front of us. THEY CLOSE AT 7:00pm!! We have purchased our last 6 tires from them, and have had multiple oil changes done there and have had to put up with the long wait times each time. No more! Unless you can be there by 8am and have a full day to spare, I would definitely not recommend!

Very quick service when I got there early. Bought two new tires, and ifttt took about 45 minutes. Time for some shopping and then they were done. Limited selection of tires though. They cheapest were sold out.

Customer service was lacking, like every where right now, and they are short staffed. But they were finally able to find my tires thanks to Stacy and they lnstalled them quickly.

Today was such an amazing experience dealing with Edwin and Zee. They were able to turn a bad situation into a great experience. Even down to helping with my disability. They were just phenomenal worker and if we could make them higher than a five we would! Thank you guys so much for your help!

This auto center always has me in and out even while seemingly short staffed. Stacy is an absolute angel and I'm always glad/relieved to see her there. I've seen her deal with some ridiculous people and maintain her composure, it's very impressive. Thanks for all you guys do!

The dude helping me tried to give me bar and lube oil for a chainsaw when I asked for lube for a motorcycle chain.. tried to tell me to add it to my oil resivaur and it will lube the Cain when I ride.Motorcycles do not work that way.. I talked to a manager and he said that they should never have let the kid out of the back store room.

Had my oil change, Pitt crew price has gone up,I always buy my oil and filter and pay Pitt crew to change my oil,Now it's higher Pitt crew price now is $30.00,Its like $60.00 with your oil and Filter...And the guy Spilt a bunch of oil down in my engine when he was putting the Oiler back into the car I could smell the oil coming through my air vent I went back and asked them to clean this oil off and they raise my hood you could see the engine smoking from the oiler I made a note on the back of my receipt in case I have engine problem from this Negligence
