My husband is an owner/operator out of PA and had a blown tire today in Lewisville TX. After hours and hours of calling around trying to find someone to come replace the tire and no one wanting to do it, we came across The Rock Towing on Google and called and they said right away that they could help. They were out right away with the right tools to get the job done. We're so thankful. They were also able to save the truck rim (a $600 repair if it couldn't be saved) for us. Highly recommend

I contacted Rock Towing & Recovery to request local mobile service to replace 1 tire with quality used tire. I was quoted $250 for the tire which seemed very reasonable but I failed to ask about the call-out and mileage fee. He got me. The invoice outlined the following charges:Labor $2 hrs x $185 = = $370.00Mileage 60 miles x $3.75 = $225.00Call out fee 1 x $150 = $150.001 used tire: 1 x $250 = $250.00TOTAL: = $950.00Any questions?Service: Tire change

Dispatched them for an abs call and they somehow scammed the driver to bring the unit to their shop. After submitting an invoice for $3600 because they don't know how to diagnosis abs they basically locked the unit and charged $1300 for absolutely noting. Biggest scam artists in Texas so stay away. You're better off calling more reputable vendors further out. Highway robbery at its best

Had to get my car towed in the middle of the night and the rock towing came out to where I was and helped me get to where I needed to be and took car of my car getting to a safe shop.
