Today I went here to get an oil change and left thinking everything was fine, and I was wrong. I got on the highway and heard thudding from underneath my car and it turns out they didn t put all the screws on the plastic cover that covers the place they do the oil changes. After waiting for my dad, we went back to get it fixed. When we came back nobody did anything. My dad who works for Ford was the one to put it back on correctly. When he told the employees that they forgot something else as well they all walked away and didn t respond. They even almost let us leave without the under piece because they had lost or didn t have the screws. When I said I wouldn t allow it they finally handed MY DAD the screws to let him fix it. My dad was the one who fixed their mistake when he shouldn t have to. I got a refund and that was it. I will not be going back.

Came here to get a quick oil change. I like the fact I don t have to get out my car as I have my kids with me. Was out quick wait and quick service. Very friendly and professional. They even gave us cold water bottles to stay cool. I called before coming and they sent me a coupon which was awesome. I ll definitely be back. I love quick service!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Connor helped me use my military coupon and informed me of a promotion they have where, before you reach 3,000 miles after your oil change, you can bring your car back for a free oil top-off, and then they'll give you another sticker for 2,000 more miles. (Then repeat the process. It's a nice deal!) Connor also alerted me that my air filter needed changed and gave me a no-pressure quote to replace it (which I did). I'll definitely make this my go-to place for oil changes.

This place is highly innovative and has completely revolutionized the automobile maintenance experience. With all the hustle and bustle in everyday American business, Take 5 values their customers time. I usually don t leave reviews but for this establishment I ve made an exception. I love this place!

This crew is amazing very inviting, efficient, and provide honest work. Jonathan was very attentive and manager Eli (I hope I remembered that correctly) if not then the Manager was also very kind and approachable. Great service overall!

Pretty good, left some oil on the hood but it ll wash off. Overpriced as usual but much cheaper than a dealer. Verdict? Get a jack and stand and do it yourself. Unless someone put the wrong kind of oil in your car and you can t wait any longer to get it swapped out.. in that case Take 5 has you covered.

I recently had an extremely poor experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The oil change took an astonishingly long 55 minutes, and to make matters worse, they removed my car s undercarriage splash guard and casually inquired if I wanted it back, which was quite shocking. Naturally, I requested it back as it is an essential part of my vehicle providing protection to the undercarriage. This level of carelessness, unprofessionalism, and lack of expertise in their service was truly disappointing.During my previous visit, they even admitted to not knowing the required amount of oil for my vehicle.I have decided not to return to this establishment. I strongly urge you to reconsider utilizing their services.

I always have a great experience every time i come to take 5. Only thing i would ask them to work on is resetting the service light after i get my oil changes.

Went to get oil change and an inspection only 1 person was infront of me. While i waited about 10 more cars came they took care of everyone before me didnt give me an estimated wait or anything even after i had driven in and waited somebody else showed up then they went to them and finished their oil change before even starting mine what should of taken 30 minutes top ended up being almost 3 hours. To be fair to the employees they were kind and respectful as far as i can tell they weren't staffed with enough people.

If you like your car please don't go here. My car was fine when I came in but when I let I stalled and now my engine keeps reviving up. I can't prove it was them through the courts, but they were the only ones that touched right before it started to act up.

New management isn't focused on customer satisfaction.His new hire also attempted to give me an expensive synthetic oil when I clearly ask for conventional. I didn't find out until service was completed and the price was presented.Good thing I made a stink to the GM (but I had to talk past several rejections before getting what I asked for. He was originally trying to make me pay for the synthetic after I explained to him that his employee told me I was getting the cheap conventional oil and then charged me for synthetic.)

The people who work here are always so friendly. 2 times now the tech told me my intake filter was still in good shape and didn t push me to get things that I didn t need. I ve had nothing but great customer service and was in and out of there in no time.

02/29/2024, 2PMWent in for a top off at the Hwy 121 Location in Lewisville, TX between oil changes, was declined by the staff and provided information contrary to all the information I ve ever received from Take5 through the years. I was told I cannot have my vehicle topped off because it wasn t within 3,000 miles of a new oil change. The staff advised that the sticker was a top off reminder and not an next oil change reminder. Please note that I ve received service at Take5 for a number of years with different vehicles and my oil could have used a top off. I have never been provided such conflicting information by the staff before and am very disappointed with this location. I left extremely frustrated, probably will not be back at this facility and will share my experience with others.

Usually a pretty decent experience. This past time I don't think I'll go to Lewisville location. I do enjoy the speedy oil change and I have 3 vehicles I take there. It seemed the employees were a little too relaxed... and they didn't have my oil type so I had to upgrade, and that was pretty irritating already have drained my oil. But again, usually a decent experience.

Found a coupon for $25 off a regular basic 40. Something dollar oil change and when I got there even with a veterans discount. It would have cost me 80 something dollars. Because I was told. They were out of the oil that it took. And when I asked about there other companies in the area. They say that they would probably not have the oil also. Very disappointing

Just had my oil changed. When we drove in everything was fine. After the oil change a check engine light came on. He opened my door to plug in the machine to check the code and hit the table beside my car with the door. Then he just cleared the code and gave us a paper that said what the code was. Said he didn't know what it was but if it came on again take it to a mechanic and show them the paper. Big mistake coming here.

They were understaffed.It took way longer than 5 minutes.The line of cars waiting filled up the driveway and spilled out onto Hwy 121.The 2 workers that were there were really nice and professional.I know it wasn't their fault.But it was an ok experience.

These people are criminals, pure and simple. Expect to get an intimidating hard core upsell for totally unnecessary synthetic oil and of course, the standard air filter scam.Please avoid this predatory business at all costs. They do not care one bit about the health and maintenance of your vehicle. Consider yourself lucky if they don't seriously damage your car after they "service" it.

Went in for an oil change. They Left the oil filter loose an if I didn t spot the oil under the truck I wouldn t have know it had zero oil in the truck

Went to change my air filters. When I tried to pull off my car kept stalling. I had to go on trip that weekend and I had to leave my car behind. Turns out the guy who changed out my air filters didn t hook up the tube back on to the engine. I had to call my friend who s a car tech at Toyota of Dallas to look at it. I ll never comeback to this place or recommend it to anyone else.

Always fast (my full synthetic usually takes about 10 minutes and I don t have to leave the car), polite, and knowledgeable. They always top off fluids, tire pressure, and check your air filter without you having to ask. Massive military discount as well.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Been to several Take 5 s but don t recommend this location. Been in line for over an hour and was just now greeted. There were one two cars in front of me. This is the slowest location I ve been to. Maybe try a different one if you can.
