The team at Crash Champions was very helpful and communicative. Nick deserves a special shoutout - he kept me up to date on every step of the repair process, addressed any concerns and genuinely cared about my satisfaction with the repair. The whole team had great customer service with every call or text and I truly felt they did their best with a speedy and high-quality repair. A week later and my car is running perfectly fine and looks great!

Let me preface this by saying Steve is awesome, very timely and respectful which I truly appreciated. This would easily have been a 4 star review if not for the fact than someone from this facility named Paul, called me and harassed me almost two weeks after the work was completed and I had already picked up the vehicle. He called me to inform me that he disagreed with the After Action survey that I filled out? When I asked what I could do to help him out, he said "Nothing". Okay so why are you calling me in the first place then? Just to argue? I mean seriously, it was one the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a shop, and my wife an insurance agent so we deal with them all the time. I gave the shop 7's across the board, one 8, and one 6 because it was written for a 2 day repair, and it took almost 10 days before we got the vehicle back(weekend included). Now as Paul explained to me, his team and management staff get bonuses based on these reviews so he seemed to be frustrated that he wouldnt be getting a bonus off me. If you are the owner of this company, please feel free to reach out and I can explain much easier over the phone than typing it all out. In 30 years Ive never had a company reach back out just to tell me that their scared that their boss is gonna read the review and chew them out. Completely One-Hundred Percent!!! Unprofessional!! The way your management treats you has nothing to do with the interaction that I experienced and therefore irrelevant to any part of our conversation. I do hope that your Department Manager reaches out, I would love to have a conversation with him about this encounter.

This business really takes care of customers. From the moment you walk in to leave your damaged vehicle to the day you return to pick it up, they keep you informed of the repair process. They're friendly, professional, and customer-focused. And the repairIs superb!

They don t even deserve a star! They asked me to pick up my car and it is not fully repair. The fog light is not working, so I need to go back to have it install. Aside from that they ruined my windshield it has paint. When they scheduled me to go back to have my fog light installed I told them about the windshield and guess what they did NOT clear my windshield so I need to go back AGAIN to have it fix! After a month I was able to get an off to go back to them however they said they do not have the thing to remove the paint on my windshield so they will have to order and will call me back whenever it s available! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING HERE! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! FYI, until today my windshield is still ruined with the paint they did!!!!!

The Customer Service at This Service King - Crash Champions is Amazing!! Ruby the front desk Lady is friendly, knowledgeable , Polite, and does Customer Service The Way it Should Always be Done at a Company !! I would hire her!!! But it does not stop there!! Every Tech or person I encountered there was Helpful an Knowledgable!! and Polite!! Also the work they did looked Amazing!!! They will be my collision repair shop from here on out!!! Thank You All for your service!!!

They told me my car will be ready after three weeks, but they take two months to repair my car. No phone update, I shoot call To them for any update. Also, any time when I call they said: They received All the parts they need for repair for my car but when I call back after a few days, they said: the part are not arrived Yet and they still waiting for the part. I used service King before but it was the worst service I had from Servise king. This location just want to make the money and they don t have a good customer service at all.

While the repair service as such was good and has been over the year - the whole insurance communication was not handled well and at one point someone from their office was threatening to repo my car for a deductible they should have collected upfront but came back only months later (when they were 'closing' the file). The tone of the lady was rude, they sent text messages that didn't have any business name demanding I pay up, making me think it was spam. Also I am certain, threatening Repo when the repair is not secured by the car and no written notifications are sent, is downright illegal. With several insurance payments on the account, it was difficult to figure out what i needed to pay. In the past they have handled insurance directly with minimum fuss and in a timely manner, so this behavior completely shocked me. Will not be going there again

I don t know what has changed here but the repairs were very childish. It took 3 weeks to get my car back which is fine but my front bumper is not even properly installed. They claimed to fix my alignment and my car still pulls to the right, the a/c is taking longer to kick in, there s still glue on the side mirror, and overall I am disappointed. I have used service king before and they did great about 4 years ago. I have had to contact State Farm to report this location and have to take my vehicle to another repair shop. Their customer service was decent but the repairs were not good and I don t even typically make reviews but this is not cool at all. Ruby at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Very helpful and made the situation less stressful!Andrew was awesome at making sure my car was fixed properly and when I found an issue he got it fixed ASAP! Victor the technician was great and I appreciate the time and effort he took with my car, even when I had to come back. Always have a great outcome here!

These folks are the best! The everyone I met was pleasant and helpful. The work was done on time and under the estimate. My car was returned spotlessly clean inside and out. They exceeded every expectation.

Dave the GM was super helpful. Service King has always been good to me. I know they changed the names but I hope they don't change their customer service! I went for an estimate. I may not need his services but if I do I'll definitely go back to his location. His honesty helpfulness and the work they've done on previous cars for me has definitely kept me as a loyal customer

The staff doesn't respond to email inquiries, lack of communication and continuity of information in my experience. I don't know if they don't respond because they are understaffed or they just don't feel like talking unless they're ready to. Had to drive up for a status update, Robby was a contrarian and spoke so loud in the front in denial of what he told me on the phone everyone could hear my business. He could have taken me to a office first to speak instead of carting me around the building carrying on in front of other customers and staff when he saw I was in a frustrated state. Poor form. When you behave like that expect people to mirror your energy Robby.

This is my second experience with Service King in Lewisville. I returned to this location because my first experience was great and I was not disappointed! This experience was also great! Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying, Ruby the front desk representative was excellent. She was very professional even though I was a bit frustrated. Excellent demeanor. I had to say that due to a review that was recently posted. As a matter fact I was there and saw the entire interaction. Anyway, as stated before I was a little irritated about the amount of time it took to get my vehicle; However, the shop was doing everything possible to find the exact aftermarket headlight I have on my truck. Long story short we work together and resolved the problem. The shop also gave me a discount for my inconvenience. Great customer service goes a long way. Horrible place! They have no customer service skills and all they care about is collecting money. I dropped off my car on 10/29 for repairs due to a collision where another person ran a stop sign. My rep was KACEE HARRINGTON and I told her that I did not want any repairs started until she or I could confirm with the insurance that they would be paying for the after market bumper that I had replaced because of a PREVIOUS ACCIDENT to which she said she would reach out to them as well as I would. I never heard back from her until I called her after speaking to the insurance which had said they wouldn't pay for the aftermarket and she informed me that they had already disassembled the car and that I would need to pay 128 so I reminded her of our conversation which she remembered but said that since I had signed the paperwork she still went ahead and started it on it (shows her lack of listening skills) after a few days passed the insurance called me back and said they would go ahead and pay for the aftermarket and that the shop was aware (but again they never bothered to call) so I called and sent her the info for the bumper and all was good until she called me back a few days later saying that they weren't going to repair the vehicle because of previous damage that the car had and that it had not been repaired correctly so they weren't going to touch it because they guarantee their work and I had to pay 138 for the second disassembly so I could get my car back. And once again I told her that she already knew about the previous damage because I had told her the story behind the bumper to which she acknowledged she remembered but again shows how much brain cells she has. So I was forced to pay the 138 and picked up my car and since it had started to drizzle I just did a quick visual to make sure the bumper wasn't falling off as I drove it away and took off. As soon as I get home I see that they had messed up my front signal light, they completely trimmed the wire. They had marked all these things that needed repaired but they had only informed the insurance of the bumper. As soon as I saw this I called and was told she was busy with a client and I left her a voice mail. If they would have had the decency of letting me know that they had trimmed some wires and all these other things they left hanging because they decided they didn't want to repair it, it would have been fine but they decided to try to be slick. This was on 11/9, I am still waiting on a phone call back from this idiot. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND STAY AWAY. I will be getting in contact with my insurance to get that $138 back especially with how they left my car. KACEE has hearing problems and no people skills.

Excellent all the way around. My Audi was hit and my car was taken in the same day. They gave me a projection date of when it would be fixed and it was fixed multiple days before then. They were nice and informative.

i was hit in the rear bumper bending it in on the spare tire.went to Service King expecting to pay $$$.they said you got 15 minutes,i said yes.they fixed it in 10 minutes and wouldn't charge me a dime! now that's service you won't' forget the next time you need body work on your car! thanks for the great customer service! Worst location ever! General manager was rude when I tried to get warranty work done on my car. I contacted insurance about this issue and it get it handled internally. I would not recommend this location or the company in general ever stay away

Great service from beginning to end. They explained the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. There was initially a delay in receiving parts but they delivered on time! Ok, to be honest I had heard things and read some reviews that made me almost want to change shops. However, I was pleasantly surprised by their obvious consideration for their customers. Also, in tough times, the efficiency was great. They kept me informed the whole time and my car was ready far before they had predicted. Things go wrong and maybe some of the negative reviews are warranted but my experience has been worth the 5 star review.

Unfortunately, this was the most unprofessional experience with a autobody shop I ve ever had. I have taken many cars to service King and never had a problem until now. The service has been rude, and not in a timely manner. My car got rear ended, and they only fixed the cosmetic damage, and claimed that they overlooked the damage to my muffler and undercarriage. This was an hour drive for me each way. They then informed me that they did not do a thorough inspection of my car, and strictly went by the estimate sent by the insurance company. They said my car would be finished by the end of that day. So I did not go into work, and waited all day. I had to call them. They did not even call me. They then said my car would be ready Monday. I obviously will not be taking any more of my vehicles into service King. I still do not have faith that they will fix my car correctly. Therefore as soon as I do pick up my vehicle I will be taking it to another mechanic to look it over.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Service King did an EXCELLENT job with the communication on top of repairing my damage.You can choose how you want to be updated on the progress of your car. I chose text. They gave an estimated date of completion and met that date. Everyone was courteous.Upon picking up my car it was better than I had left it. It was clean. 10/10 is what I d give them. I dropped my car on a Friday and it was ready the following Thursday! Best experience ever from the time I dropped my car, receiving daily notifications about the progress and when they predict the car will be ready. They were ahead of their own prediction! Not only they fixed what needed to be fixed due to the accident, they also took care some minor dents in the area. So happy about choosing to take my care to this location !Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This location was recommended to me by the insurance for my car repair. I left my car here for repair here on July 2019. I had to move during this time so I arranged a shipping company to pick my car up from this location and deliver it to me. I was pretty happy with the service they offered and were going to offer until this point.Then i got my car and they forgot to reattach my step pad rear bumper. I tried to get a hold of John Linskey the person who received my car for repair. He never answers his phone. It always goes to his voice mail and after leaving a message, it takes a day or two for him to get back. After couple of conversations which took over two weeks, he offered me $100 gift card for the part which I accepted. This was around august 2019.Fast forward today, I have not received that gift card yet and I have no idea what happened to it. And today, i finally had the time to call the corporate office who connected me to the branch manager and he offered me to take the car to one of their location near me and have the pad replaced there which is a better solution for me as the cost of this is around $300 based on a quote from one of the body shop which is much higher than the $100 gift card I was offered.Basically, the summary is that they forgot to reattach one of my car accessories and the service king showed no urgency or care to resolve their MISTAKE in a timely manner. And the alternative they provided was lesser in value than the cost of their mistake.

These guys were so fast and friendly. I took my car in for a repair estimate and the gentleman helping me had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. He took pics of my VIN, odometer, 360� of the car, and then damage specific pics as well. He then explained to me that he would send everything to the estimate specialist and I would be receiving an email today with the estimate and all the info necessary to schedule repairs. After 3 weeks of dealing with the at fault drivers insurance company, it was wonderful having this process go so smoothly!!

I was devastated when I had a fender bender in my brand new car. Between dealing with the stress of having an accident and dealing with insurance I am glad the guys at Service King were so nice and understanding. I got my car there about an hour after the accident. They were at the mercy of getting the parts but they still were able to get my car fixed a week before scheduled date. I couldn't believe it, it looked like a brand new car. My experience was great and I highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
